Anyone else completely enthralled by the pictures of shaved ice on the windows as you walk by? Just me?I finally did it, I got the mango shaved ice. On one hand when I paid for it I asked myself why it was $10 or so dollars. And then they brought out this ball of shaved ice to go. Shaved ice, condensed milk, fruit, red beans. I'm here for it.I'm still hoping pat bing su will make an appearance somewhere in Cleveland with topping option but in the meantime? Not too bad on a hot day.

Lot of food for a low price!! They really fill up the container. I think we went for dinner and I only at a third of the dish, so had leftovers for days!!My favorite was the shaved ice though, which had fresh fruit, lychee jellys, and sweet and condensed milk. That was probably my favorite. Otherwise, just very typical chinese takeout! I have occasional cravings for chinese takeout so this will definitely satisfy that!

This is a double entree sweet and sour chicken with. A drink for $11.50.Nothing is made to order/as you order.Think PF changs.THIS is sweet and sour chicken ....Wtf over ...Where is the pineapple and carrots??Seriously disappointed.I want my money back!!I peeled the dry breading off my chicken.The vegetable fried rice was bland and flavorless.I left there dissatisfied and still hungry.

Basically Panda Express. Service is quick because everything is prepared but it's not hot. Just lukewarm. People sweeping and mopping floors while we were eating dinner. Dust from broom and smell of bleach from mop. It was 8 pm. They close at 10. Not going back.

Terrible terrible terrible...fast to go Chinese place not cooked by Chinese ppl...Indian I believe...the guys behind the counter seemed like they were upset that ppl came to their establishment during lunch time...we had ask for fresh crab ragoon and the gentlemen behind the counter said they were fresh...even thought we saw then come out 20 mins ago...never coming back

Food was good...loved the noodles! Small portions on the combo meal but still tasty... pricing was a little outrageous i was ok with the overall quality and taste

Overall quick and easy... that's the best part. The food choices are all ready to go, and they are mediocre at best. Not a great value. Decent flavor, seemingly quality ingredients, but just short on the delivery. Spice level was perfect to my liking for kung pao chicken. Just don't expect much as far as fast food Chinese. Staff was underwhelming for knowledge... but it is what it is. Self serve soda machine and a few tables round out the interior. Street side outside seating is available.

A bit disappointing, but in the end, the food was good enough.I had hoped to go to the other nearby Chinese place, which seemed more authentic, but they were closed. This is more standard Americanized Chinese. Which I like too, but still. Tiny shop, maybe a couple of counter seats pre-Covid. They were out of some more interesting items I saw online, maybe on an older menu? I called; no online ordering. I got my standard Mongolian beef and crab Rangoon. The beef was tender, tons of green onions and a few white ones, and even some carrots for color and flavor. Sauce was not too salty; all in all a good version. The Rangoons were very average, with no discernible "crab." When I got to the hotel with my food I found no utensils, another disappointment. Maybe they were on the counter but I did not see them. Luckily the hotel had some, and the restaurant is of course right around the corner. So: convenient. Good not great. Reasonably priced.

The food was really cold and the chicken was too chewy, not only that but the food was overpriced. Just go to panda express.

I had a horrible experience at the University circle location!! I got the general tso and sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken was rock hard so I brought it back,the lady said you'll have to buy more we can't replace it! I got the attention of a guy working there and told him the problem he gave me more general tso chicken. Not done yet , the egg roll was mushy,and when I asked for sauce the same lady threw it in my bag with an attitude then walked away!!!!!
