WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN -- TERRIBLE BUSINESS ETHICS AND PRACTICESOn my way back from Akron, I stopped through Canton to get Chinese food from here. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with hot oil and then drove back to Massillon, which took about 11 minutes.I got home and they forgot my sweet and sour sauce so I called back and told them. I drive the food back to the restaurant and have them make it over again because, let's face it, it will be cold by the time I get back home and eat it. The lady seemed to have an attitude about it and as she was finishing my order, I asked for replacement hot oil because I dumped the majority of it on the first order of chicken.Now she's got a real attitude and tries to charge me $.50 for a replacement hot oil after in total, having to wait for my food for an hour. I don't think it's asking too much to have my order fulfilled in whole and then the skinnier guy there asks me what's wrong and explains. He's telling me there is nothing wrong with it and they refuse to replacement. The lady at the counter is super hot not and she cussing talking about telling her shit about her job. They won't replacement and we got into a shouting match because now, this is so disrespectful and poor business practices. I told them I had to drive 35 minutes in total to get my food right and the guy said, we don't care, find another Chinese food place to eat at.BET. Not impressed, the general Tso chicken was flavorless and extremely dry. It seems like the general tso you would buy from a frozen food aisle. The fried rice was extremely dry. The egg rolls taste like they came out of a frozen box as well no flavor overall would not recommend

The grossest dingiest hole I've ever seen anybody serve food out of. No one was wearing gloves while preparing food. They were touching raw chicken and then cooked products. Absolutely disgusting.

I ordered for dinner tonight before 5pm. I used the online app to do so. I chose delivery. About an hour goes by and my food had not been delivered. I called the restaurant and they said they forgot about the order and asked me if I still wanted it. Obviously I do because that was dinner.It eventually was delivered 20 minutes later. Upon opening my bag, the lids were off and food was spilled out everywhere. I called back and explained what was going on. The female employee was yelling at me and handed the phone off to the manager. The manager was somewhat more calm but both people acted like it was impossible that they messed up the order and denied the spillage in my bag. Needless to say I will never use this restaurant again. Worst service I've had!

just had my order delivered everything is fried crisp sweet-and-sour chicken crab Ragus and egg roll gave me not even half a thing of sweet-and-sour sauce for everything the chicken was entirely cooked too long it was dark on the outside it was hard and crunchy and very dry on the inside when I called to tell them about my order she told me oh well you want to cook soft then I said no I just want to cook the way it should be and not burnt will never eat there again I advised everyone else never to eat there again this is the second time this is happened woman on the phone is very rude thank you

Use to be good but has gone downhill. All you get is rice and veggies and it's heavy on the veggies. Your lucky to get 6 pieces of meat and the rest gets thrown away

First time back since 2018. We ordered General Tao's.... not spicy...but sweet.... broccoli was raw (large)also ordered chicken low main with vegetables with extra spice.... no chicken! vegetable were slice of onion and mushrooms! No spice (small)$20 We are going to look for a new Chinese restaurant! Dissatisfied!

This place is all about arguing with customers and treating them horribly. We were visiting town and have ordered here before. It was good then (2 years ago) Now they seem like a business about to shut down. They have raised there prices off the menu they have printed but don't have the new prices printed anywhere and when you ask what they are the owner (lady at the counter) screams at you that she doesn't have time to explain the price. I ordered 3 combos and and extra rice and crab Rangoons and it came to $69? I then asked for a receipt as it should show how much I paid for what and she printed a blank receipt with $69 on it. Oh the best part is it was supposed to be 15-20 minutes for the food. It took an hour and a half. This was on a Monday ordering at 3pm. This place seems to be waiting for the other shoe to drop and the lights to be turned off. Don't waste your time
