First the food was horrible and not fresh at all. Ive eaten the curry chicken w/onion combo and never had any taste this gamy. The food definitely did not taste fresh. There is a big issue with this place that i find morally wrong. The man who runs this restaurant has his daughters working the register while they play around at the shop. The younger one was throwing packets of cookies around while the other was yelling at her. But the oldestof the two young girls runs the register and she looks like she is 11 years old. Again, morally kids should not be working at such a young age.

Walked in and ordered veggie fried rice.Cashier took my $5 and gave me change. He then proceeds to go to the kitchen and grab ingredients to cut up for the fried rice.I yelled back to him that he shouldn't be touching food after handling money without washing his hands. He walks back and washes his hands and then starts cutting the veggies.I grabbed he change and told him to give me my $5 back. He did and I left.Kitchen full of other workers and nobody said anything. The people in this establishment don't even have the basic common sense to keep their hands clean.Avoid this place if you have any standards.

The food was great and cheap and the service was quick. I would definitely recommend the place for delivery over carry-out or dine-in. It's not in the best of neighborhoods and there's only two tables inside. Other than that, it's everything you could want from Chinese food.

China Star has lightly breaded and crispy fried tofu with General Tso sauce, and they will use that tofu style with other sauces if asked to. The Kung Pao tofu is also great, and not too sweet. The vegetables they use are very fresh and seem to be seasonal. We always order for pick up, and it never takes more than 10-15 minutes. The owner recognizes us by our order and is always very friendly. The restaurant is small and clean, and has a few chairs to wait for you food if needed.

I seriously hate trying new places, especially for chinese food cause you never know if it's gonna be the same as ones you tried before. So anyways I was out of luck because the other close by was closed or at least wasn't answering and I'm super hungry. So I decided to order a pint of Sweet and Sour Chicken for 5.25 served with a side of rice, and fried dumplings. I got a huge portion of chicken and a huge pool to dip my chicken in which was amazing to say the least. And the dumplings, they weren't as I've had before, they were really full of flavor, the sauce it was served with was a little thicker, which I really enjoyed because it didn't drip all over me and it was so flavorful. The dumplings were really big compared to the ones I've had at other places. Anyways, long story short I love this place! Thanks!!

This was the worst place ever! First of all they gave me the wrong order and would not give me my money back when I requested it and they said stayed customers are not always right, she said I was wrong because her employee did not take note of my order correctly, how funny is that! To top it off my roasted pork fried rice had black curly hairs that look like pubic hairs, my orange chicken had a glossy creamy thickness that look like someone ejaculator all over my food like semen! I could not believe my eyes! Please people report this restaurant to the Better Business Bureau, be cautious of ordering here as you don't know if you're eating food or someone's body fluids! I told the owner and she just yelled at me between English and Chinese, I could not understand her. She said "no refund"Unfortunately I was hungry and I did not eat my food and threw it away and went to Burger King! Please this is not a joke, and is that even a one star restaurant! it is zero! God bless us all with what we order!

I've only been here a handful of times so far this winter but my experience has always been very good and I'm hooked. The place is what it is--and for me, that means a convenient place to call up and have my order ready to take home with me by the time I get there. Cheap, fast, Chinese-American comfort food for me. I don't order a lot of different things. Service has always been friendly.

A note to the people who gave this place 4 or 5 stars. Have you ever been to a restaurant before? Was this the first time you ever eaten food? This place is bad from top to bottom. The food is not good, and the dining room area smells terrible. There are no signs that can be seen from the north, so anyone coming from 90 would miss it completely.
