China Express

My family and I placed a really large order instead of cooking Thanksgiving this year because no one really felt like cooking or cleaning up. I had my parents order as well as my order and others all written out with prices next to it and with what would've been my total cost. Needless to say I was surprised when my order was about $13 more than I had anticipated. It seems the menu that I picked up the same day the prices had gone up at the minimum $.75 per item. The food is actually pretty good and it's pretty standard Chinese food. I will say that the happy family was a little spicy but still very good. They do have coupons where if you spend over $38 you get a free General Tso's chicken. I would go back again, but I just wish the menu was updated so I knew exactly what my total cost was going to be.

I must say the food is great. The customer service is horrible. This lady is rude and is always messing up an order. First time ordering there, I asked for bean sprouts, she gave me extra onion because they didn't have bean sprout and didn't say that until I got there to pick up my food. I have many more complaints on this lady but continue to go there, not anymore. I live in Lakewood, as long as I see that lady in that restaurant working , I won't step in there again.

I love this place. I was hesitant to come here at first because of all the reviews, but it's too convenient for me to pass up. Bottom line, I've been to this place probably about a dozen times and have yet to be disappointed. The food is always hot, veggies are plentiful and well cooked, and the General tso's is delicious. Very cheap, and the staff have always been friendly.

BOO!!!! DONT ORDER!!!ESPECIALLY THE GENERAL TSOS , I WOULDNT SERVE IT TO MY ENEMY!!how about nasty customer service and messed up order dont even think about ordering here, total bs i order food and wonton soup is soaked into the rest of my fried food wtf!!!LITERALLY IF U PICK UP THE BAG ITSELF THERES A 1.5 INCH OF SOUP ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG, then i complain to call n she told me not to order from her again and hung up, wtf is wrong with ppl, not getting a red cent from me AGAIN!!

Terrible food, terrible delivery service. Only received part of my order, and they were out of barbecue ribs and sent me the Boneless ones instead, and the meat was Rancid. No Chopsticks, no free General Tso's like promised, and just not good food. Will not order again. No response from the owners to my email.

Always Always good food, Nice full portions I always order the Egg Foo Young Chicken without gray and My Favorite White Rice ! They definitely get a 5 starts in my book!!

I'm never really impressed with Chinese food but I just ordered from here for the 1st time & it's fantastic. Chicken Egg Foo Young - a huge portion, enough for 3 meals for me. Fried chicken dumplings - I love these but don't usually order from others because they always have some phantom weird crunchy parts that freak me out. These don't have those! The dipping sauce is very flavorful & salty (in a good way). Order extra because you'll love it. Chicken fried rice - all the chicken is white meat. The onions in it are bite size so it's not overwhelming. It's not very flavorful on its own but I buy Yum-Yum Sauce from Giant Eagle & smother it with that. Delivery was quick. Definitely only ordering from here from now on. Also - they have free items if you spend a certain amount. I got 3 Crab Rangoon for spending $12+.

Oy...have to downgrade. Which is unfortunate, since China Express has recently developed an online ordering system which is very convenient (and they deliver for free).However, I found three little shards of plastic in my food yesterday. Not. Cool. It was probably from a plastic fork or something they used to stir...maybe? I'm hoping, because I'm kind of afraid of what else it could be.Gross.But the food still tastes good to me.

I love getting delivery from china express. Theyre alway so quick and they have great food , reasonably priced, and friendly people . Keep up the great job

I ordered the shrimp fu yung, wonton soup and shrimp egg rolls . The meal was delicious, crunchy and not to much salt . This was the first time I have eaten there The egg rolls weren't greasy and neither was the main course. I was thrilled to have purchased something that I liked which wasn't old or greasy. Thank for my lunch while at work .. thumbs up to you. To the cook , it was great !!!
