Cherry Street Creamery

One of my favorite things to eat is Ice Cream. I also love finding a good ice cream shop, my family has moved to Ohio to the town of Canal Fulton which has two different ice cream shops which are both located in the Downtown Canal Fulton area one of the streets that lead into town is called Cherry Street and that is where Cherry Street Creamery gets its name. They are located at the corner of Cherry Street just before you drive into town. Cherry Street Creamery offers a plethora of different types of ice cream products such as sundaes, cones, milkshakes, slushies, soda, and custard. They also offer food as well hamburgers, Chicago style hotdogs, nachos, and many other classic foods. My family decided to take a stroll down to Cherry Street Creamery for Father's Day, so we could get some creamy delicious ice cream. My wife ordered Banana Batter ice cream on a cone and my son got Blue Moon ice cream which was a blue raspberry flavored ice cream. My wife is a huge banana fan and she thought that the Banana Batter Ice Cream didn't have enough bananas and banana flavor, you could taste a little bit of the banana flavor but I agree it could have had more bananas. The service was good, they took our orders fast and our food came out fast as well. Cherry Street Creamery is a lovely small little ice cream shop, it has lots of charm and the ice cream was good and was reasonably priced. So if you are ever in Canal Fulton you should make one of your stops The Cherry Street Creamery.

This is our second time visiting Canal Fulton for a running event. The one place we were really looking forward returning to was this ice cream shop!! They are cash only as other reviewers have mentioned, and there likely will be a line because their ice cream is so good! But the line moves quickly, and the workers are really nice. I wanted a cone, and there are two options: cake or waffle cone. I went with the small waffle cone with mocha almond fudge. Even the small size it huge! Yum!! Around back there are picnic tables to sit at and there's an overhang, so it's shaded. It was a perfect treat on a hot day.

We love Cherry Street. They are a cash only business, so know that before you go. There is an ATM on their property so you can lways use that if needed.They have a different flavor each week and they post it on the sign outside the creamery and it's also shared on their Facebook page.I can honestly say there's not a single thing on their menu that I haven't e joyed. They've got over cream, custard, no sugar added ice cream, slushes, floats, shakes, and then a bunch of food too.There are other I've cream places that are close by, but we prefer Cherry Street. You can't go wrong!!

Best ice cream or custard in the area. Families goto for sure. Service is always good!

Cash only!Not bad. But they forgot the caramel on my turtle sundae. So I just had hot fudge basically. Friendly girls working there, so we'll let it slide. The custard is not the best or creamiest I've ever had, but it'll do. Small parking lot with spots at an awkward angle. Small sized sundae is plenty big.

I so wanted to give this place more but honestly, I was disappointed and I know it's hard to be disappointed when ice cream is involved. Was super excited to try the toffee ice cream and had dreams of toffee pieces throughout and was let down with very little actual toffee! I can't recall my other flavor now but it had chocolate and nuts but again very few actual mix ins. I tried a taste of the chocolate kustard and by far that was a winner so bravo on that win! I ordered in a cup and it came on a cone just like the guy ahead of me so someone isn't paying attention. The prices are very reasonable so that is a bonus. I would say if you are in town, it could be worth a stop but don't go out of your way.

They have great Icecream but a little more on the pricey side! Staff is friendly and attentive. Make sure you have cash as they are cash only
