Be careful when booking. We had our wedding planned in 2020, then Covid hit. We cancelled over 4 months in advance. While I do understand what non refundable means-it was a pandemic,and my mother had such fragile health at the time-we couldn't risk exposure to the unknowns at that time. I was offered to use that money for another event-but why would I even want to? 800 dollars for a baby shower? No, I will pass on that one. My review on Facebook was removed-due to the owner blocking me. I wonder how many other reviews have been blocked as well?

Wonderful place for a wedding! Everything was perfect and the staff was amazing. My sisters wedding was here a few weeks ago and everyone loved everything!

Lovely venue for a bridal shower. We had a brunch and the food was wonderful and the staff was easy to work with. Would highly recommend.

We had both a wedding and the rehearsal dinner here. The food was amazing and the hall was beautiful. The customer service was outstanding! They worked with us every step of the way to make sure the reception was everything we wanted it to be!

Chateau Michele is a beautiful venue!! The service was outstanding, the food was perfect and the atmosphere is beautiful. A taste of heaven on earth!

Went here for Thanksgiving dinner buffet with a large group. Overall food was tasteless and bland. Without the gravy the turkey would've been really dry. The atmosphere was loud and slightly crowded in like a cafeteria. Many food items offered were not fresh or homemade. Parking was difficult. Never went here for a wedding, etc. but will likely not return for a special holiday meal event. Our hostess insisted on using 'honey' and 'sweetheart' when speaking with us. Sorry 'love', but I don't know you well enough to have that rapport. Not worth spending $$$ for cafeteria atmosphere & food.

Extremely pleased with the Venue, Staff, Food, pricing, etc... for June 2019 Wedding & Reception. It was a pleasure to work with Michelle and Shawn. Beautiful venue and table settings made for stunning photos. They know what they are doing. Guests loved the food and really appreciated wedding, cocktail hour & reception at same location. Close proximity to hotels for our out of town guests. They can handle small and/or large events. They earned my future business for any occasion.

Hosted a bridal shower there. Very poor customer service. Overcharged me. Unorganized. Rude. Sent a letter to convey my disappointment and ask for a refund of overcharged amount. Never got a response. Will never recommend.
