So I just moved to this town.. I've seen this place look so inviting as I passed by but I've never had the time to stop in until today.... By the looks of this place ( clean area, in a store front, high traffic.. you get the point) I thought it would be five stars all day. I placed my order online and told them what time I would pick it up and it was ready.. star for that. I walk into the restaurant and was warmly greeted by three employees.. star for that.. food was hot by the time I got it back to work (18 minutes total) star for that. But ummm that's about it for me. The taste was blah I order 26 dollars worth of food and to me it was not worth it. I ordered buffalo chicken boneless wings, cheese fries, and a chicken Philly cheese steak sandwich. The buffalo wings were half way coated with sauce.. and didn't come with any dipping sauce although I paid for ranch. The cheese fries were just okay.. glad they were hand cut and not out of a bag and the cheese sauce was good. The sandwich had pickles and tomato on it.. not sure why they put pickles and tomatoes on a chicken Philly but okay it still didn't help the dryness. The sandwich needed something more not toppings but sauce. Three stars all day. I hadn't ate all day so it cured my hunger but I probably will not return.

Half of the menu disappeared to make room for chicken wings, and these people can't even get that right. There's a pretty big difference between "classic" wings and "boneless" wings but why should I expect the person who makes them to know that, right?If I wanted "boneless wings", which really should be called chicken nuggets, I could have made them myself. But hey, I'm already all the way home now, and what am I going to do? Drive all the way back and complain? Call and complain? And if so, to what end? Will this product of the kitchen staff's laziness suddenly turn into actual chicken wings? Or will I just end up waiting for a replacement while the rest of my order, which isn't even for me, gets cold? Could I even count on the replacement to be correct? Is this on me for not checking before I left? You tell me.BTW, this is not the first time that I've been let down at this establishment. I'm not just going off for no reason. I've been in a few times before and it's been a general pain in the ass every time. The staff is always robotic, if not passive aggressively rude, and more often than not there is SOMETHING wrong with the food.In the half dozen times that I have patronized this business since it opened I have never been completely satisfied or felt like I've gotten my money's worth. That's a lower success rate than the McDonalds drive-thru, because at least there I expect something to be wrong.

I love Charley's menu. The steak philly is great! This Charley's is clean and new. Plenty of parking.. usual issues with traffic at chestnut commons as with any retailer it's annoying to get in and out so you really have to want what you're after. That being said this particular Charley's can never get my order correct. The first time i attributed it to just opening and training issues. But I've NEVER actually received what I've ordered. So my advice check your receipt and your bag before you leave....uggg driving back order to get my order replaced... again... . Received boneless wings instead of traditional. Replacement... had sauce.. ordered plain...i give up.

Stole my money off. The gift card said that it had a zero balance. I checked with the company they show that the money was taken off by Charley cheesesteak. Jessica, the manager very rude. Very unprofessional. Very on, kind and combative. This manager tried to change the narrative, tried to bake me into a argument. All about my money that was stolen off my gift card that can be substantiated. I paid for it with a different credit card. She took my receipt that I paid for my order and refused to want to give it back to me. I had to ask her three times to give me back my receipt. I need that for my record keeping for what I paid for. Totally on call for totally unacceptable. I want my money back.

We had gone to Charley's in North Canton the week it opened and they were experiencing staffing issues (like many many other businesses ) at the time.We went back just yesterday and wow were very pleasantly surprised. We went inside this time and found the look inside to be better than expected. Signage/menu was a little wonky but we figured it out. Service was good and the food was fresh. Old Time Philly Cheesesteak was awesome!! Buffalo Chicken Cheesesteak was also outstanding!!! Fries were terrific too. We will back soon.

got a chicken california and it came w no lettuce sauce or tomato was all messy and cold and the bread was hard as a rock it tasted gross and was just overall un appetizing. do not recommend.

Amazing Food all made correct and of high quality. The customer service was impeccable and I am very pleased with my experience here. I highly recommend coming to enjoy their delicious food and excellent customer service! 10/10!

Their Cheesesteaks always fresh, hot and always tastes great. No complaints. If this place had decent service, they'd get a 5-Star review. However this place needs a manager. My last 2 visits, I walk in and nothing. Place wasn't busy, but no one behind the counter to take your order. But hey no problem, right? There are 2 or 3 cooks behind the wall who make the food. Surely, one of them will say "Hey, welcome to Charley's, someone will be right with you." NOPE. They keep their frowns on and eyes downward, so you can't make eye contact. No head nod, no smile, nothing. Basically they send you a strong signal that, I don't give a rat's sass about our customers. Finally, someone comes waddling up to the counter and they seem real excited, just gushing with personality and want to help you and take your order, NOT. I'm betting the crew from Grafton Prison Farm act happier than this bunch. As I said, I like the food here, and have been coming in here since you opened. But your owner, manager, supervisor, needs to clean house, kick some butt and have your staff get it in gear. Please, just step it up a notch, or even two or three notches.
