Ugh! I was so looking forward to devouring this sandwich when I got back to the office from lunch. I asked for extra mayo, ranch and teriyaki so my sandwich wouldn't be dry and oh boy is it drier than a dessert storm. Sooooooo disappointed!!!!! The sandwich has no teriyaki and no extra mayo. Only ranch.

It had been years since my last visit to this location. The service was terrible, so I stayed away. I figured we'll give them a try today.We got 2 small chicken teriyaki subs, fries and 6 wings. Both sandwiches were literally dripping wet with some kind of nasty sauce that tasted like that worst version of "teriyaki" I've ever tasted. It was basically inedible and I literally wrung it out like a damp towel, but it was a lost cause. The bun was saturated and falling apart. Nasty stuff.The wings were overcooked until they were beyond dry and again like the sandwich, swimming in a sweet "Thai" sauce that was not great. I had to wipe off the sauce with a napkin to make it barely edible.Fries are cut fresh on site, but still are below average. They were sadly the best thing we ate there.Bye bye Charlie. I won't miss you.

Good place for a quick bite. Place was clean. Quick service. Chicken Philly was great. Toppings were fresh. Very tasty. Fries were hot and fresh. Good seating options. Worth a stop when you are looking for a quick bite.

Went to Charleys this week. I wanted to try there Philly Steak sandwich. My wife did as well, my son got the chicken Philly. First my son, the pickiest of the group... he would go back. So that says a lot. The boy just doesn't enjoy many restaurants. My wife also enjoyed her food. I thought the sub was a little dry. It's almost like some forgot to add some au-jus to my sub when it was on the flattop. We liked the variety of Philly subs on the menu, customizing some veggies and beef vs chicken. We also got the fries with cheese and bacon. The cheese is the creamy cheese, and the bacon was from a bag. Neither are my favs, but the family enjoyed it. Overall, the family enjoyed it, and it wasn't terribly expensive. I think it was 35 for 3 people with fries and mozz sticks. I wouldn't go back on my own, but if the family wanted it... I would go back.

This was our first time finding a location not in the mall it was a pleasant experience it felt good to dine in. The staff was very attentive to the guest needs and efficient. We enjoyed the atmosphere while enjoying one of our fav places to grab a philly!! Still the top of myList to enjoy a phill. I was surprised that they offered wings something that's not offered at the mall stations... thumbs up keep up the great work

You can now enjoy Charley's cheesesteaks without having to go to the mall food court! You place your order and an attendant brings it to your table. A great quick stop for a Chicken Philly! I ordered a philly with cheese and onions & peppers. At the soda station, they have a variety of flavor salts to sprinkle on your sub to give it a kick. I ordered the cheesefries with classic bacon. Ewwy Gooey cheese sauce requires a fork :) I was not impressed with their boneless chicken wings.

False Accusations. Terrible customer service. The customer should always be right. Here's the story 1:56pm -at Charley's for 2 Philly cheesesteaks and 6 piece chicken wings 2:16pm-Determined the 6 piece chicken wings weren't in the bag - called the number on the phone to let Charley's no the wings weren't in the bag- customer service said they would call the local store and let them know to pick up the wings 2:50pm- returned to Charley's, my niece asked for her 6 piece wing showed the receipt and informed them we called the customer service about the missing wings - manager said they she personally made the wings and they should be in the bag. That my niece should go check. - my niece then brought the entire bag into the store.- the manager left and the remaining workers did not make her wings - I went to inquire about the mistake. I then called customer again . They said the only person who can give you the wings is the manager.- I told the customer service the manger left. I want a refund of my entire order - I sat there and finally the other workers called the manager - the manager came back. I said I want a full refund. I don't appreciate you calling my niece a liar. This is all the food that was in the bag. - the manager then says fine because YOU INTERRUPTED MY BREAK-I said well you interrupted my day my messing up my order then accusing my niece of lying about some wings - I received my full refund and the manager threw the order away

Their regular cheese steaks are decent, but the wings are really oversalted, and the teriyaki cheese steak is just too sweet and sugary, overall it's a decent spot for a quick bite but some of the food on their menu is just inedible and dangerous to your health.
