Chagrin Valley Beverage

For a smaller store, they have an impressive selection of both craft beer, wine and spirits. I was especially happy to find Jim Beam Maple, as it has been discontinued and I could no longer find it in Buffalo. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and the prices were about what you'd expect. They have a nice selection of craft Brews from across the state of Ohio.

I just happened to notice this place sitting back off of the street. I went here expecting to purchase Vodka, however I left with a better understanding of "wine". I was totally impressed with the Manager/Owner, he was so helpful, he even demonstrated the proper way to taste wine and also the proper way to hold the glass. He thoroughly explained what makes a wine sweet, less sweet, dry etc. I told him that I am interested in wine classes, he even offers wine classes! This place is a win-win and the staff is always pleasant. My visit for New Years Eve 2020 was supposed to be an in and out trip, nope I enjoyed speaking with the owner and staff so much, I ended up being there over 30 mins! LOL Love this place, this is the ONLY Beverage store that I go to now!

This is the best experience I've ever had at a beverage store. My friend and I spent at least an hour in awe of this beautiful establishment. The customer service was beyond amazing! What great service! I ordered through Grizzly for a wine delivery. The store called me to let me know that a couple of the wines I ordered were sold out. They offered me good options. They were very appreciative of my order as well. These are the kind of people I want to give my business to. The Door Dash delivery was quick and friendly. I will ask Grizzly to order from Chagrin Valley Beverage again. I am very happy!

Just called to order delivery of wine, they were very helpful in picking out what we wanted, very knowledgeable about the wines they carry. The delivery was prompt and courteous we will go to the store in the near future
