This was our first time at the Chagrin River Diner, and we were absolutely coming back again. We picked the place here on Yelp because it had outdoor seating and the many looked great. We loved the fact that we could order breakfast all day and we chose some great brunch items. My husband had the Eggs Benedict substituting a zucchini patty for the pork. He really liked the taste of it and would order it again. I had the Sandy Bar and it was cooked to perfection. We both especially loved the breakfast potatoes, and how they were prepared. The wait staff was fantastic, and high compliments to Kevin, our server. He was very attentive and helpful. We will be back!

Came here for a breakfast with a colleague who,wanted eggs Benedict. I opted for a traditional sausage and eggs. Mine was very good. The sausage was nice. The Crispy Spuds were crunchy and soft - nice alternate to hash browns. My colleagues egg Benedict sauce looked thin. She said it was ok. The weather was perfect and it was really nice to sit outside !Our server did a great Job of keeping our coffee full. Will definitely be back.

I love this place. My favorite plate has got to be the Brussels sprouts which are topped with candied walnuts, Gorgonzola, balsamic. The servers are so nice and accommodating, It is one of the few places I can go with my friend that has celiac disease and she has never had a problem here either. There are a lot of booths in the restaurant and there are large dividers between them so it doesn't get too loud. Always a great choice for me

Conversation friendly, variety of menu options, quick friendly service, liquor license. Good food. Everyone happy. Family of eight gathered here on eclipse weekend. Perfect place for us. I felt blessed as I made restaurant choice after having a couple of really good breakfasts here over the past few years.

We've been to this diner twice and have been disappointed. It's in a cool location and the staff are nice enough, but the food was disappointing. Requested a medium-rare burger, it was well done. Not seasoned at all. Pork medallions were over-cooked. Aioli sauce on friend's zucchini cakes was way too strong on the garlic - she had to scrape most of it off. Great French fries, though, and the portion was generous.The diner itself has poor acoustics and it gets really LOUD when busy - can be hard to carry on conversations, especially for anyone with hearing issues.
