This is a big, very decorated Christmas museum tour. It takes about 2 hours. In my opinion, it's not for very young children, they might get bored with all of the talking. You get passed off to a different tour guide for every leg of the tour. It was meaningful to hear the story of the owner of Castle Noel, and why Christmas means so much to him. It was a secular take on Christmas (no religious overtones at all) which is fine, just know it's a lot of Christmas movie references and a lot of absolutely beautiful department store Christmas displays, as well as nostalgia. If that sounds good, you will love going on this tour!

Our first time and we loved it. It is a lot of walking and standing. It was a bit long for our 5 year old. I would recommend 6 years old and up.Tons of fun stuff inside with amazing displays.

If you have kids, or even if you don't, this place is a must visit if you love Christmas and Christmas movies. Being the largest indoor Christmas attraction in the US, there is something that will bring everyone back to their childhood Christmas memories as it relates to Christmas movies and games. The tour guides are all entertaining and informative, the short clips throughout are funny, and the attractions are like nothing I've ever seen. I particularly enjoyed all of the Christmas story memorabilia, as well as the Grinch and Elf, and I loved the game room which had all of the games I remember from being child. Absolute must visit!

This is an amazing place for Christmas lovers and movie buffs. My son (8) and myself went today and enjoyed every minute of it. The tour guide and owners are amazing. So many cool displays and interactive things, so fun!!

This exceeded my expectations! I have seen advertisements for years but wasn't sure they would have enough stuff. From movie memorabilia to interactive activities to storefronts from NYC this was a great way to spend 2 hours. We had kids ranging from 7 to 12 with us and they loved it. We went in early November and it put me in the Christmas spirit. We bought tickets ahead of time and there are tour guides on the tour. Parking lot nearby but probably fills up when busy. It is in the downtown area so we walked to a nearby restaurant after. There is also an indoor putt putt place next door but we didn't have time for that. Planning another trip back next year!

This looks like a very charming and magical experience but in my opinion, it is best to make a reservation a year in advance. I have been trying to see this exhibit for two years now and every season it is completely sold out even though it is open from 10 in the morning until about 8 o'clock at night and they do tours about every 20 minutes or so. it is constantly sold out with no weekend availability. This may be due to the fact that they will do private tours for groups for about 400 bucks which likely takes up a lot of their open tour spaces cell, I would get your all of your family, friends and coworkers together and try to do a group tour for several hundred dollars because in my experience, if you try to buy a couple of tickets, you'll be very disappointed. Such a shame that they can't just have this as a walking museum like any other museum but it sounds like it's a tour so they must be leading people through in small groups or something. Very unfortunate. We've given up we're not going to try this again in the future.

Okay, let's just say that when my wife first said "let's go to Castle Noel" my response was "okay" but internally, I was saying to myself "what did you get yourself into? You should have said no!"A week after Christmas, here we are! Right off Medina square, the place doesn't look "much" outside but once we got in, Christmas hits you right in the face! The tour is 100% guided, imagine being in a museum and they walk you to each section with a narrative and back-story. They do a good job mixing up the guides, video vs guide narration and the different props and animation. We came with our 3 kids (6yr old, 8yr old and 11yr old). They said they enjoyed it, but I believe some of the material and references were beyond them. In our tour, there were 2 other kids that were younger than ours, it was easy to tell that it wasn't for them! The tour lasted about 1.5 hours for us, we didn't linger around, but we also didn't rush. I would allot at least 2 hours. Definitely not what I expected, very well-done and you can tell the people who put it on have a true passion for preserving the details and integrity of the material. This will be a yearly tradition for us, but we'll make sure to plan on visiting on another day than Sunday. Medina seems to have a lot to offer, or at least walk the square and check-out the stores around there.

This place is a Christmas lovers dream!!! So many props from a lot of popular Christmas movies, and at the end you can meet Santa and actually go down the slide from A Christmas Story. Let me tell you, the ultimate big kid experience! I was in pure heaven! Didn't want to leave! If you're ever in the area, even if not...make a point to come just for this. So would not be disappointed!!

The displays are beautiful and the information is amazing to learn about . But don't take your children here unless they're above the age of 5 . Got told my stroller wouldn't fit because "it would take up the room of two people" by the lady at the front (mind you a jogger stroller isn't a big one). I already have back problems and loved my back hurts this morning from having to carry around a toddler who had his accommodations in place . I considered going to the hospital when I woke up and couldn't move . This place markets as if they want children there but they don't care . They want money and money only. There was more than enough room for my stroller in the entire place . I'll be calling the ADA this morning as well as you claim my stroller takes up the room of two people I am very curious to what you would say to those in a wheelchair . Only care about money . Christmas spirit is killed by your staff. Please market for the older groups because your accommodations for children are a joke . Watched a lady struggle up a set of stairs who should've been offered an elevator but was told it wasn't working . Again wish this experience was better but i'm really glad we paid for group tickets for me to wake up this morning in physical pain due to this company's negligence.
