I am always happy to see a new restaurant open in the neighborhood. Carbry's Restaurant has just opened in Eastlake. In the Vineyard's Shopping Center. My first impression was a very positive one. We were greeted promptly. The dining room was small but very clean. I ordered a Rib dinner with Mac and Cheese and baked beans. The ribs were amazing... fall of the bone moist. I enjoyed the sauce. I also enjoyed the Baked Beans, which much to my surprise, had beef in them. I am definitely impressed and will be coming back for sure.
