Capp's Pizza

"If we always mess up your food, you can always go somewhere else"! This is the response that I got tonight! Food is usually always great. Ordered a sheet tonight. Asked for a large container of Parmesan cheese. Shows up, driver tells me it's in there and seems like she knows about the cheese! (come to find out, the driver is the one who took my order, very nice girl) called just to make sure it's not a charge on my card! Miss Manager tells me that I already have a credit on my account ( due to a mess up that happened a year ago) and that's all they could do for me. I stated I just called to let them know and to make sure there is no charge. Miss Manager pops off at the mouth telling me "If we always mess up your food, you can always go somewhere else"! Great fine with me! Nice customer service!! Seems like she could use a training. Food is still good, just watch out for the bitchy manager with a chip on her shoulder!!

Waited forever because of short on help, we like everything but the pizza, it seems to be lacking the pizza appeal. Bu you can get delivery

I always love my food from Capps. The workers are super kind and so funny, like I can talk to them for ages. I have never had a bad meal, and I love how they give back. Two for Two Tuesday's are great.

Love there pizza order here alot. I love the calizones too I get it with butter sauce and dip it in marinara. Lots of choices for burgers matter of fact the menu itself is pretty big. Im Trying the ribs next time. I have tried the burgers they are very good I got the bomb burger filled with all the cheeses they have then it's battered and deep fried tasty. Also the wings are good I've tried a few sauces and recommend them all and you can't go wrong with a order of garlic balls.

Had a large order and it was handled well. No issues. The food was great!!! Happy to hear that the deliver to Roaming Shores.

Fairly good food, very pricey though. Live in town where we have 4 other pizza places and this is usually our go to.

Good burgers , but very expensive compared to other places.We only order on Thursday gut discounted burgers.

Good food, prices to expensive but everything is now. Haven't had a delivery of any kind since COVID

The Rodeo Burger made me go YEEHAW.Best burger in Ohio. In the world. Staff were very friendly and helped me with my order since I wasn't sure what to get. Very clean and tidy, plus they were super fast even though they had other orders too. I would 100% recommend!!

Capp's Pizza is some of the best pizza you can get in the area. So delicious! I always used to prefer it over Domino's and their garlic balls are GREAT. Super garlicky, but definitely tasty. Their sauce is a little different, too, in the best way.
