Trevor was our server. He was so polite and professional. I had the chicken parm and my wife had the eggplant. The food was hot. The portion was perfect and the food was delicious. We bought gift cards to come back. Great restaurant in Wadsworth

We decided to try here, since it sounded good. Boy were we disappointed. We were a party of 4, very few people in the restaurant eating. We ordered, then husband was told they don't have the sandwich he ordered and to pick something else. Food comes, my sister and I ordered chicken Parmesan dinner and 1 extra side salad. Waiter brings a meatball sub, not what we ordered. He says sorry and will get the order rushed. We got it and the chicken was ice cold, as in refrigerator cold and the sauce was super sweet. Husband said his salad tasted like a bag salad. They took part of the cost of the chicken Parmesan off the bill, but charged $5 for the side salad it came with.Needless to say we will not go back.

The old UnWined returns rebranded as Cambria's Bistro. Same cocktails as UnWined so that was a plus. No onto the menu: Since the ambiance is fairly similar to UnWined it wasn't that much different of an experience. Some new pictures donn the walls. Menu is smallish. 8 entrees. 3 of those chicken. A Reuben on the menu feels decidedly out of place. No more deviled eggs - my fav UnWined app. The Polpette Mozarella - plate was burning hot but meatballs inside were lukewarm. Sauce was very sweet like very sweet. Sweeter than Romeo's pie sauce which is just a 1/5 for me. Meatballs - tasty. Sauce just killed this for me. My dining partner loved it. Net Grade B.I alone - very thankful I didn't order pasta for second course. I ordered a "special" - blackened shrimp tacos. Dining partner Mozzarella en Carrozza or deep Fried Italian grilled cheese. Blackened shrimp tacos - 3 decent sized shrimp. Nice drizzle. Wouldn't call it "blackened" but it was overall tasty. To me, it needed like one more thing but it was $9.99. Extremely reasonable and this gained a little extra half point. Italian grilled cheese - dining partner - "heart attack on a plate. I loved it. Could only eat half." Served with the same sauce we disagreed about earlier. Service was good. Although I got carded - which is weird - I'm older by 2 times that age but whatever. Cool for ladies annoying for men. Just saying. I was a 3 and my dinner partner a 5 so I spilt the difference. Check out the drinks though.

First time trying this place my father and I went on a Saturday and the space is really nice and spacious. I was happy to find they had bread and the spiced oil for dipping. Caesar Salad was very good. My Chicken Saltimbocca was very good and risotto was spot on. The root vegetables were carrot, broccoli and zucchini and seasoned sweetly, like almost with a hint of cinnamon . It was okay but not what I expected

Reading the previous reviews, I was kind of worried about going, BUT everything was fantastic. Service was good, Drinks were good. Food was great, everything tasted great. Only thing I'd recommend to chief or business is to impress people with portions. My chicken was cooked perfectly tasted amazing but was too small being a main entrée. Only prep the big pieces for the main meal save the small pieces for apps. Usually, going to authentic Italian places you get chicken anything that thing is hanging off all sides of the plate we like that.

Consistently awful service. Keep trying to give them opportunities to redeem themselves and it's solely because of their location and the city's calendar of events. The food is overpriced, under portioned pseudo Italian mess. This place was better as UnWined and didn't pretend it was an Italian restaurant. Avoid.

FOOD: I'm sorry to say the food was not good. Two people in our party had the lasagna and both dishes were luke-warm at best. The description boasts sausage in the sauce, but it was barely detectable and gave the sauce a came-from-a-jar-like taste. One of us had the fish...I think it was flounder? It was just okay and looked like the stuff you'd buy already breaded and frozen, ready to pop in the oven and heat up. The dish was described as "with hush puppies" but there were literally two hush puppies on the plate. I had the chicken picatta. It arrived in a bowl literally sitting in an unappetizing pool of oil. I tipped my dish over a bread plate to pour off the oil, and then stuck a piece of bread in to soak up the rest. I did not eat the bread. Despite the Exxon Valdez situation, the chicken actually tasted really good, was moist and flavorful. The "risotto" it came with should definitely not be called risotto. While it had a nice flavor, it was the mushiest & most over-cooked risotto I've ever had in my life. I understand that most restaurants that serve risotto cannot cook it to order to ensure that classic al dente texture, but this was really more of a mashed-rice situation than anything else. It was unrecognizable as risotto. The ricotta bruschetta appetizer was very delicious. Coincidentally, While we were eating, two coworkers happened to come in to try it for the first time as well. The following day, I asked them about their experience. They said, "we won't be back. Maybe for drinks, but we won't eat dinner there again." They also had a poor food experience. SERVICE: very nice server. Slow service though. ATMOSPHERE: very loud. Please invest in sound baffles. OVERALL: Cambria's tries to be an Italian restaurant, but the food is just not up to par. I don't know if they cut corners by using a lot of GFS-type pre-made ingredients/food or what, but that's the vibe we got and it's just not great. Cambria's is more of an American restaurant that serves Italian food. It feels like it's having a bit of an identity crisis, as its menu is a mixed bag of American and Italian. I would recommend skipping the "Italian entrees" and just go there for appetizers and drinks.

Avoid this one. It will be an uncomfortable and awkward meal. 1 server staffed the restaurant on a Friday night (Aug. 9, 2024) The meal took over an hour to get to our table. The entire experience took over 2 hours for 5 people. We made a reservation, and responded "yes" when asked if this was a special occasion. Two had a birthday and nothing was mentioned or offered to the table the entire experience. What a let down. Food was mediocre to low quality, with poor options. It felt like it just got dropped off from Sysco. Additionally, the entire meal was interrupted with beeping kitchen notifications throughout the restaurant. We couldn't keep a conversation without the beeps throwing off older folks in our group of 5. Staff was clearly unhappy and unsupported tonight. No smiles, no hospitality, the owners need to discuss an entire culture reset for their team. The most concerning dining experience this group has experienced in years. Again, recommend avoiding unless new management takes over -- there was too much wrong tonight to trust this place again.

Service slow and the food was sub-par, I had the eggplant parm a huge piece of eggplant covered with breading that was slightly warm and thick laying atop spaghetti. The sauce was more like tomato paste . There was not even a sprinkling of parm on top. I Left 75 percent for the trash can. My wife had the spaghetti with vodka sauce and meatballs, it was a similar experience and hit the same garbage can. The atmosphere was nice a little loud and very hard to communicate. My advise get a decent chef train you service staff to be more attentive and do something about the sound issues.

We were excited to try Cambria's but were severely disappointed. The food was not good. They were busy and we got there early (5:30ish), service was fine. The ambiance was relaxed and pleasant. We tried:Bread for the table: tasted stale and bland, seemed like it was store bought. Fried mozzarella planks: more breading than cheese, the sauce was grossly sweet and tasted like it was from a can/jar. Meatball sub: Again the sweet sauce totally ruined the sandwich, meatballs were just okay, they had a chew like you'd get from a frozen meatball. Chicken parm: sauce overtook the flavor and the chicken was clearly a frozen or prepared patty rather than a real chicken breast, reminded us of an old cafeteria lunch. Can't speak to the old UnWined experience but we unfortunate won't be returning to Cambria's.
