Went to the store today and was stopped upon entering by a women that said they were closed because their wifi was down. I assumed that since they don't have wifi maybe their cameras were down? However, there were still many people in the store shopping and checking out at the registers. So i thought maybe the wifi had just went down. I had traveled pretty far to get there and deciced to grab some lunch close by and would check back to see if they were letting people in. When I came back i pulled my car up by the entance to see if people were getting denied access. I saw 3 asian people that were coming from different directions walk in and they weren't denied access. Was about to turn and park to enter when I saw 2 small groups of white people try to walk in and this time the lady stopped them and denied them entry. Thought this was strange. The asians that I had just saw walk in didn't look like they were employees there. Just looked like normal shoppers with their purses on entering the store. Either way not letting people shop their when your registers are working fine seems a bit strange?

Dirty store, dirty woman's restroom, not fully stacked resulting in many empty shelves, very poor selection of international products, as far as prices I do better in international isle in supermarket. Total waste of time.

The only issue I have is that it doesn't smell clean . Otherwise- the selection & service is good for an Asian supermarket.

Prices ring up higher than on displays. Then staff are disbelieving. Produce often sold out or not fresh-looking. So so so much junk food.

I wanted live lobster. They don't got live lobster. Sad. Mr/s. Owner, if you're reading this, please supply live lobster. They're tasty and in a lotta Chinese dishes. Would make the Asian population here happier, methinks. Clean and modest. They got a small barbecue area (think of Kroger's rotisserie chicken area). The glass panes outside the store advertise some boba and noodles. Didn't see 'em when I went in. The biggest Asian store is the one in Troy, MI if you live near the Ohio border, it's more worth the trip cos they got lobbies and r bigger with a bakery, barbecue, and food court. But customer service there is worse.I tried their duck. Worth trying. Tasty.

This is probably the cleanest and most organized Asian grocery store in the Greater Cleveland Area (it's on the way towards Beachwood really but I'm still counting it). It's also really rather massive. However the reason I'm reviewing it is not for the Asian food (decent variety of Chinese, Japanese and Korean foods - with more variety of Chinese than the others) or the fact that it has a lunch cafe (I came well past it being closed unfortunately). No, the reason I'm reviewing it is because it has a European corner. That's right. A European corner including a European deli (which my parents frequent and are fans of because 1. It's good and 2. It's cheaper than the European stores in Parma). The food in this area is definitely Eastern-European focused like the stores in Parma but it's closer to the east side. This is a great place if you need any Asian groceries or Eastern European goods and you don't want to go to Parma - especially if you're on the east side.

You'll find hard to find items here and a large selection of products. I have never purchased fresh items here. You must know what you want because the employees will not assist. The store has a strange odor.
