W-O-W!Met the owner, Art - he's great. Super friendly, and you could tell that he loves making great food!I had the meatloaf, mashed and mac 'n'cheese, and everything was absolutely delicious! And the Banana Pudding is crazy good.Only advice to the owner: you need some nice lights for your storefront. On these dark, wintry nights, it's tough to see that you're open.Looking forward to my next trip to Cleveland - I know where I'll be having breakfast AND dinner!

My point has been proven about the customer service of this place, the owner is very defensive, combative and a liar. I'm thinking he should increase the budget so that he can afford white meat, that's unheard of to not offer it AT ALL! Also, prepare more than a pan or 2 of desserts, I mean it is a restaurant and to be sold out at 1pm is bananas. In response to the "double dipping" Archie told me that he would refund my money but when my husband arrived to pick it up, he said Uber Eats had to distribute the refund. So again he isn't and wasn't knowledgeable about how to run a business. Save your money peeps because this isn't REAL SOUL FOOD, "Big Mama" should get in the kitchen and take over because this one man show is an epic fail!!

Delicious food and very friendly service. This is a great find in Cleveland with amazing meat loaf, chicken and waffles and other soul food favorites. You are guaranteed to leave with a soul food smile!

eh the food is okay but nothing to brag about. The service is the worst part and the main reason for my 1 star review. save your time and don't bother coming.
