The menu is beautiful. This is a very small Cafe connected to the Hilton. I thought it would be a larger place. The parking lot was completely full. I love the food choices. The Server put forth a great effort, but was slow to bring the bill. There are salads, sandwiches and dinners on the menu. There are outdoor tables too.Something for everyone! Will go back soon.

What a great surprise! We were lucky to get the round corner "booth" for a fun date night. The seasonal martinis were outrageously good, as were the loaded kegs, and the bacon jam burger, which we split, came with the best tater tots ever. The peppercorn ranch was perfect with them. Service was perfect - personable, attentive, quick. Great attitude. Looking forward to going back!

I brought my wife in for Valentines Day tonight. There wasn't a lot open on Mondays so we decided to try something new. There was a snazzy Valentines menu but we ordered directly off of the standard menu instead. My highlight was the risotto balls as an appetizer...wow, those were awesome and I could have just ate those all night.Everything else was solid, no complaints. Keep it up!

I've been a long time customer of Bricco and Michael just continually impresses me with his cocktail menu. I had the new blueberry citrus martini and it was life changing!! The buffalo chicken wontons are amazing as well but not as great as Michael's drinks!!! Best spot in fairlawn for drinks hands down

On the fence with 3 or 4, so here's how the two compare. Given the area, it's attached to a hotel, well priced, and brekky was better than I would've guessed ... kinda brings up the stars to a 4. But if rating strictly for food, atmosphere and overall experience then barely a 3, but maybe had an off day? Hubby is a Diamond Doubletree member so brekky is comp, and I wasn't expecting much. We came down around 930 and every seat was taken including a group of 40 in the back. They were not staffed for the breakfast rush. In fact, we waited 20-25 mins before anyone acknowledged us or that we (and a few other groups) were even waiting. Seated after 35 mins, a table near us waited 20 mins to get coffee/water and the lady leaving when we were seated told us worst breakfast ever, ice cold when delivered then never saw anyone again. Now our experience wasn't as bad. Once seated and the large groups left, service was better. A bit slow but the food was ok. Although not so tasty that I'd repeat the wait again and would've been happier with a Starbucks brekky sandwich. But we're here for 5 days so I'm going to stick with oatmeal other visits :)

Michael was amazing and he was pretty much doing everything. Steaks were tasty and drinks very well made. He really made us enjoy our second time here and kudos to the service and the food.

Stayed at the same hotel for business and unfortunately had no other options for breakfast! This place is nothing but a train wreck!! Service was horrible, again! My breakfast burrito was burnt on the inside of the tortilla shell! How does this happen? Food was terrible! My companion was also disappointed in their breakfast! Coffee was weak and even though it was in a carafe, was only like warm!! Stay away!

Good heavens is this little sweet treat of a cafe hidden, but well worth the venture into the hotel, for its delicacies proved worthy of any possible confusion. We did not come for dinner this evening, but instead, a rare occasion, simply dessert. Sometimes that's the best way to do it though. Generally you won't get dessert at places because you're too stuffed from dinner, so coming for dessert was a nice change of pace and BOY oh BOY did Cafe Bricco DELIVER!Our waiter was friendly, fun, not annoyed by the fact that we weren't ordering meals too, and just an all around pleasure. He kept our water glasses full, which was key actually, because these desserts could certainly be rich.We ordered tiramisu, pistachio gelato, I had an Espresso Martini with chocolate drizzle, and the boys had caramel apple cheesecake. Is your mouth salivating yet? Because I'm about to pass out over here just reminiscing with my taste buds - overwhelming nostalgia. The cheesecake was rich and creamy, yet not overkill with the topping, syrup not too thick, and a nice hint of apple. My Espresso Martini was strong *good on ya, bartender* but not overpowering, and the perfect crisp cold temperature I need in a sweet alcoholic drink. The chocolate drizzle swirled into the cocktail making it that much more enticing. The pistachio gelato was MELT IN YOUR MOUTH delicious. We almost didn't order it because I felt like we had enough, but the waiter recommended it and I am SO happy he did. The tiramisu was UN-REAL. Seriously. I was in absolute love with every bite I took, but also had to limit myself from becoming so stuffed that my pants burst. Okay okay, I was wearing leggings. But you get the point. Made fresh and you could tell! Rich sweet mascarpone cheese hitting your lips with the exterior of nicely dipped espresso ladyfingers. Unbelievably perfect. The night was a huge hit all around and these desserts were, quite literally, the cherry on the cake. No that's not true. We didn't get any cherries! How about chocolate drizzle on the latte, or the caramel on the cheesecake, instead. You get the point ;)

Worst Customer service by Stacy Sharp the event coordinator. Do not recommend the meeting space in Bricco West Akron located in Holiday Inn Express. She is not friendly and very rude. She opened up the meeting space at the time of the event and did not leave it open for us in order to set up. Very inconsiderate and rude. 100% do not recommend using this meeting space.
