"Sarah's Vineyard is an excellent stop for couples and adults in the Cuyahoga Valley region! My boyfriend and I visited at the end of a day trip to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. It was a beautiful day in the upper 70's and the perfect day to sit in the outdoor pavilion area. Picnic tables with umbrellas were available in the grass area in addition to tables provided in the pavilion area. Indoor areas are also available for hosting baby/bridal showers or as a place to go during inclement weather. I particularly loved the giant fireplace in the outdoor pavilion area! The winery had several options available to choose from, and I particularly enjoyed the selections that used grapes from the on-site vineyard. We split the warm artichoke dip which was delicious! We imagine the other foods were equally as good! I would highly recommend this vineyard for those visiting in the area and looking for a place to relax!"
"Erik was our server and he was very nice and answered all of our questions. We ended up with the brie and pears and the sausage sandwich. The pear and brie with blueberry might have been my favorite thing this whole trip. The sausage was good too. The wine flight was very nice"
"Spacious tasting room. This is my first stop on my five winery wine chili cook off stop. Great chili but can't vote yet as I have four more to go!! Also pleasant service."
"If you come here you have to ride the ferris wheel. It's so fun and the views are amazing. During the summer months there is also usually live music and lots of outdoor seating. They obviously have lots of wine but also a couple beers. The food was pretty good. Fry basket portion was huge and the Pretzel bun on the chicken sandwich was nice too."

Lovely venue with large outdoor area. If you sit at a table inside you get table service, which we did. The waitress was friendly. The menu had a lot of bread items and no salads, which we would have preferred. The chicken salad on croissant was nice with a side of pasta. The hummus with veggies was excellent. Two ladies told us that they share the delicious Italian sub. Pizza is available after 4 p.m. We didn't have the wine. Other cold beverages are available.

I always enjoy the Grand River especially the ambiance, wine and sangria. However, I am seeing recent posts here and on Google maps from repeat customers disappointed by quality and service. I too felt my last two visits this summer were off, but do not like to post negative reviews. I am hopeful the issues being discussed are addressed and the Grand River can continue as a quality Winery with value dining. Best regards as I look forward to my next visit to restore my 5 star rating and hopefully once again enjoy the fall sangria with the actual cinnamon stick instead recent usage of a powder cinnamon.

Outstanding wines made in the old world style. We had a Cab Franc that was as good as any we have had at twice the price!Excellent wine and a super nice atmosphere. The establishment is in a very nice rustic building surrounded by vineyards, ponds, well manicured lawns...As good as it gets!

Fries were so bad that it was laughable. They had absolutely no taste. I liked the wine slushie a lot, and the patio area is a cool place to hang out. I'd recommend grabbing a drink inside then walking down near the water and imbibing there.

Got some samples inside for 50 cents each. What a deal!! Then went outside and listened to some live music. Split a bottle of white wine for $13. And got two small pizzas for $9/$10 each. Great day to be out in sunny Ohio!

I am so glad they reopened, after being closed for a few months! The winery is a bit of a drive for me, but it is worth it for the good wine, friendly atmosphere, and Thursday trivia nights! I had one glass of delicious and sweet blackberry wine ($6 a glass). Yum! I didn't really get anything from their very limited food menu (just small bites, really) but I picked up a small bag of locally made, buttered popcorn to help me curb my late-night munchies ($5). Then, after an hour and a half of trivia, we were declared the winners! Locally made wine and a chance to feel smart? Sounds like a good night to me!

Rustic with a little bakery and live music. Food but not fancy food. Decent. They make 4 ciders in house. I'm not a expert but any means but they weren't my cup of tea! Cute walk though gift shop. The frosted apple wine was Devine!

Man, I really wanted to give this place 5 stars and you know, next time I'm in the area and we get to stop by, I am confident I will have a 5-star experience. I can't knock this place. They're doing most everything right. My wife and I had some time without the kids on the way through town on a Sunday afternoon and were quite pleased to find a winery open on Sundays! We were able to spend over an hour here snacking and doing a tasting.I love the property. A large yard with some outdoor seating (a deck, maybe a gazebo?), but it was warm so we sat inside. The tasting room is very quaint and feels very "Country Living". Comfy, welcoming, etc. They have some events according to some flyers I saw around. We tried several wines that we enjoyed. We enjoyed them enough to return one day. Everyone had a different palate and I'm confident everyone would find something here to enjoy. There was a classic car show that day, so shortly after we were delivered our cheese and crackers and wine tasting (it was on our own to do the tasting, not walked through with the server), there was an influx of people for the classic car show. I mean one hundred people walked in.When it was time to pay our bill, there was a line of about 30 people that zig zagged across the entire restaurant. We were the first customers to arrive when we did and the two employees were very friendly when we did. But when I approached the counter on the side of this enormous line to pay my bill and get out of there an hour later, I was told by the server to go to the back of the line like everyone else. Now.... I feel like there should've been two lines or some system where customers could order, and other customers could just cash out when needed. Instead, I had to wait an additional half hour to pay my bill. It literally would've taken a minute to cash me out. I even had cash. I think I get where the guy was coming from, and he was certainly overwhelmed, but my beef stems from this idea that they would've had to know about this even ahead of time and should've accommodated other casual customers at the same time. Therefore, the service and planning for busy times may be lacking.Besides my ending experience, we really enjoyed the place and would love to give it another shot. I'd even recommend this place to others!

"We had a great experience doing a wine tasting here. Samples are a quarter each and there's basically no limit. They are small. Enough to get an idea of the taste without really having to be invested in the selections you are making. You can try just about all of the wines. The only problem was, I just didn't care much for the wines. You also aren't allowed to eat in the tasting area. I get that it would probably be messy, since they aren't really cleaning the tables between guests. But it gets hard to distinguish all those flavors when you can't cleanse your palette. I'm not sure if that is the reason I didn't like the wines or not. They also have a lot of wine-related gifts and snacks you can buy."
"Had our daughters bridal shower on the back porch. Absolutely beautiful setting, great service and even better wine. Such an amazing venue. Highly recommend!"
"Spacious. Friendly service. We attended as part of the 2023 Tannenbaum Trail. So much fun with hubby and friends. Also great little gift shop for those wine enthusiasts."
"Had date night here recently to listen to our buddy Jesse (aka the Next Nolan) play music. Lovely, rustic place. I liked that it wasn't overcrowded and we could actually talk. My husband and I split a bottle of elderberry wine, and I had the taco special and he had two small pizzas. I even ended the night with a glass of pineapple wine-which is a lot for me, I never drink these days. But it was all so tasty. I can't wait to enjoy that patio in the summer."
