"Quick service. Really good food, margarita was excellent and was $10. Highlight of the tacos was the birria. Followed by the Carnitas, and el pastor. They were all quite good, and they came out within a couple of minutes with the order we appreciate it the good service. But order the birria. Outstanding."
"This is not the best taco joint in which I've ever eaten. In fact, it may not even be the best taco joint in downtown Sandusky. BUT...This place is cool, fun, has a great drink selection, has great atmosphere and has great views of Sandusky bay.AND... The food and service are pretty good too. I, personally, would skip the carne asada taco, but EVERY other taco was, yeah, you guessed it, pretty good.If I gave OH Taco less than 5 stars, my kids would disown me."
"Haven't been let down once by the menu and staff! Absolutely amazing authentic Mexican spot in Highland Square. Proud supporter and highly recommend!!"
"Our family always has a great time dining here. Fast, friendly, and affordable service. Definitely on our monthly dining list! I would also like to mention we are pretty picky, they always deliver!"
"We were so lucky to have stumbled on JJ's! The craft cocktails were perfection. I tried the blood orange jalapeño margarita (2 of them!) and my husband ...and I... tried the pineapple upside-down mimosa and some kind of rum drink I can't remember the name of. All amazing! Shrimp the size of a small lobster in the shrimp cocktail, and every bit as tender and delicious. Followed by fresh, filling, and not at all bready walleye cakes and topped off with mushroom truffle risotto that was the best we've ever had. The staff and mixologist were super friendly and helpful, and made the food recommendations we loved! We live almost two hours away and agreed we'll make the trip whenever we can! Looking forward to trying the rest of the menu ... and craft cocktails!"
"Their chicken and chorizo tacos are amazing. Looking forward to trying their tamales they haven't been available the couple times I've gone. Decent prices but great taste. Salsas have a great kick. Instant favorite of ours."
"Found this place because we had a large party and wanted a reservation on very short notice. Didn't realize it was inside a Holiday Inn, but don't let that scare you away. The interior is comfortable and a bit classy. The menu has quite a bit on it, so everyone should be able to find something, and the offerings are several steps above what you might find in a hotel restaurant. The food was very good! Several of my party had steak and enjoyed their meals, I had one of their flatbreads, which was very good, and another had a very good burger (which came with really tasty fries). Service was attentive, not hurried, which allowed us to enjoy our time together. If you're looking for a very nice meal in Mentor, put this place on your list!"
"We have been catching these guys every Tuesday infront of the SubZero building in Painesville. They're killing it and often selling out. My hubby's top pick is the lime chicken. It's tasty, freshly made food...if you eat meat. They keep promising a veggie option, but have yet to deliver on it. The past few times have just been 3 tacos with only all the toppings they offer. No vegetarian protein option is available and they charge the same as 3 meat tacos. Hmmm."
"Fun outdoor atmosphere where they call your name by using cartoon characters. Fish was excellent."
"Had a great meal for my first visit to this or ANY El Torito. I ordered the Chicken Avocado Salad. I didn't snap a photo, because it didn't look too promising, honestly. It was just shredded iceberg lettuce with the toppings.I misjudged this salad. The chicken tenderloins were seasoned and grilled perfectly. Avocado was fresh, as were the veggies. The chipotle ranch was good- we were dipping our chips into it at the end. It was also a good portion size- I was the last one eating.I didn't order a drink, but Kristin C ^ seemed very happy after 2 margaritas and expanded her vocabulary to 7 Spanish words. Everyone enjoyed their food and I thought the tacos were good sizesOur server was friendly, efficient. Food came out quickly.I would go back, certainly. In fact, I already have a taste for that salad!"
"Big taste with little frills. Eric made one of the best burgers I have had. Juicy, full of fresh flavors. It hit the spot without hitting my wallet. He has a clean restaurant. Easy street parking. From start to finish the service was polite and friendly. I'm definitely going back to try a different burger."
"Always fantastic. This is a top go to for us! Food is always a win. Please don't ever get rid of the cauliflower app--- we may die of withdrawal. They do switch their menu around seasonally, but always in a good way. Ambiance is chill."

We had dinner here this evening and it was great. Last time we wanted tacos In Sandusky we tried Barra and Oh Taco was so much better!! Our server Gabby was fun and attentive, my sons adored her. We had fiesta fries, chicken tortilla soup, chicken and chorizo mulitas. We also tried the gringo, barbacoa, and chorizo tacos. Their salsa verde is fresh and delicious.

I tried this little food truck and was really surprised. They are in Highland Square's Walgreens parking lot a lot but other places too. Follow them on FB to see their location/daily hours. The food is so good! The service is fast and friendly. They have a limited menu-tacos, quesadillas, burritos and i forget the 4th choicethen you pick your meat. Sometimes they have specials like tortas or street corn. The tacos have double shells and the lunch/dinner portions are large. You can also get sides of beans and rice. And each entree is only $10!!! They are a small, family run business. Very authentic. You seriously should check them out!

Has potential. portion size was very good. My main gripe was that the fajitas seemed to be steam cooked rather than grilled on a hot skillet. Street taco also was good but the corn tortillas were not browned on a skillet before heated in an oven. Has all the making of a great Mexican eatery if they can tweak their cooking as mentioned about. Service was excellent--waitress was very attentive.

No need to add anything. Interesting food but what I had did not meet the hype. I will order something else but not the Thursday burger special.

The absolute BEST tacos around!! I can never pick a favorite so I love that they have the "try all 3" option...delish! Everything is always made fresh and cooked to order so you know it's great quality. It's also veteran-owned, which I love supporting!

"Absolutely delighted with my experience at Danny's on Professor in Tremont! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance struck a perfect balance between cozy and vibrant, fitting right into the Tremont scene. The highlight of the night was the cheekily named cocktail, "I'm tired of this, grandpa," which was a refreshing and expertly mixed delight that immediately lifted my spirits. As for the late-night food, it was nothing short of mouthwatering. Each dish was a flavorful journey, with high-quality ingredients that could be tasted in every bite. The service was impeccable, with staff that made us feel right at home. Danny's has become my go-to spot for unwinding after a long day, and I can't recommend it enough. If you're looking for a place with a fantastic vibe, top-notch drinks, and scrumptious eats, look no further than Danny's on Professor. A true gem in Cleveland!"
"This is a delicious Mexican restaurant located in Larchmere. It's often not busy has a great vibe a good happy hour and excellent drinks and food to dry. They have indoor and outdoor seating plus live music on Mondays and Friday evenings. Parking is on the street and free if you come after 6 PM. They also have valet close by.I recommend trying the tacos for sangria or any of the things on the brunch menu. They have fast and friendly service with a great selection of brunch, lunch and dinner foods. They also have a nice selection of desserts and are happy to celebrate a birthday if needed."
"We LOVE spicy food, so I had to come try the Ghost Pepper tacos. This restaurant is almost an hour away, but we so glad we make the trek. The atmosphere was very on theme and relaxed. The ghost pepper tacos with chicken had a lot of heat but perfectly balanced with cheese and salsa. Also tried the chorizo and egg taco, which was flavorful! The fried ice cream dessert was massive and perfect sweet end to a spicy dinner. I wished I lived closer!"
"I typically get the AJ bowl. The brisket is amazing in it. Always fast. Delicious! They are located in the parking lot of advanced auto."
"First, the vegan menu is extensive. So much to choose from. I had the loaded vegan taco with corn tortillas and the chorizo vegan burrito. I started with the taco, and it was, by far, the best vegan taco I have ever had. Then I started on the vegan chorizo burrito and I found out what heaven tastes like. Amazing! The staff is incredible, the owner, Jacob, personally greeted me, and my server Veronica was so nice! A must visit and eat in downtown Toledo!Vegan Chorizo Burrito"
"I've come back here a couple of times since my previous review, including a recent visit. Friends wanted to go out for a last minute dinner, and I wanted to be able to make a reservation. Crave Cantina had openings, and booking online was easy. I was a little surprised to see how empty the restaurant was on a Saturday night at 7 pm. The bar was totally empty and maybe half of the tables were occupied. One big difference I noticed was that the drink menu was significantly reduced and a lot less interesting. However, the margarita and sangria I had were both good. We started with a large order of chips, the salsa trio, and a plain guacamole. This was outstanding. Everything tasted so fresh, and I appreciated that the salsas actually tasted different (a red smooth salsa; a chunky, black bean salsa; and a salsa verde). I was feeling pretty basic and ordered a quesadilla with steak and a side of refried beans. The quesadilla was what I wanted, the steak was tender, and it had great flavor from the chimichurri marinade. The beans were not good. They were made with meat and there were tons of stringy pieces of beef. Dry and not creamy. The quesadilla was so filling, though, that I actually didn't care.My biggest complaint this time around isn't related to anything that happened during our meal. I find it kind of off-putting that the taco menu just . . . doesn't change. While I appreciate that now you can get burritos or the aforementioned quesadilla, I wish there were more appealing choices. I'm from Louisiana and I'm just never going to order an alligator taco. Some of the combinations (like that one) seem wacky for the sake of it, and I feel that choice--while trend driven for sure--is feeling a bit dated in 2023. I will say, though, that I appreciate the amount of veg and vegan options. This most recent meal was probably the best over-all experience I've had at the cantina. Service had been an issue here before, but our server was great. The right balance of attentive but not smothering us (we enjoyed appetizers and drinks before ordering). This isn't my favorite restaurant, but we had a great experience, and that merits a new, better rating."
"I came across this popping restaurant as I was walking around downtown on a Monday evening. Thankfully, it was not too crowded & I was seated quickly. Aaron took care of me & was super helpful with recommendations & what drink to order. I didn't have to ask him for anything because he was attentive. The ambiance was artists & chill. The decor is wall murals & chandeliers. Very funky & cool. I was dressed very casually & did not feel out of place. I felt like the music was a tad too loud, but that also could've been because I was sitting underneath the speaker. But not upset about their playlist. They immediately brought me water & told me about the menu. I ordered the Mac N Cheese Beignets to start. I didn't know what to expect with these, but they sounded delicious & I've never seen something like them. So I had to try them. I was initially hesitant because they were served with maple syrup. I tried them by themselves for the first bite. Hmmm, hit the spot. Crunchy on the outside & creamy on the inside. Very flavorful. The second bite, I dipped in the syrup & was surprised to learn it was spicy! Highly recommend ordering these! I had to do my best not to fill up on these & save room for my birra tacos. For drinks, I ordered the Strawberry Bombshell! It was so yummy. It reminded me a lot of an alcoholic version of the pink drink from starbs but a little more coconut. I ordered the birra tacos. Words don't even describe how good they were. If you're contemplating them, just go for it."
"Typical brewery and burger place so burgers were good. Salads are not. The place itself is huge, lots of people and standard menu. Friendly and efficient service"
"This food truck was at the Hartville Flea Market on labor day, we decided to stop for a bite and got the Chicken nachos. For $9 you got a ton of chips, cheese, and pico de gallo, which was all really good, only reason i gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because i got maybe a tablespoon of chicken, about 5 chips had chicken on it and that was it, I don't know if they were running out because it was a holiday or if thats the normal portion but would have loved to have an adequate amount. The flavors were good and everything seemed price well for a food truck, would love to try the tacos next time they are in my area!"
"Check this spot out! Y'all will never be disappointed. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was top notch. 10000% recommended."
"Loved the restaurant decor, good service and we were entertained by the robot server. The food was ok just wasn't great. The cheese on the enchilada and quesadilla tasted a little store bought, other than that, had a good experience. They have reasonable lunch specials and "Happy Hour." I highly recommend their margaritas, tasted awesome and had a lovely presentation."
"Purchased three tacos for take out I have to say it was absolutely delicious ! Authentic Mexican food at its best ! I will definitely be going back . This place is a hidden gem in North Ridgeville."
"Excellent place to eat Mexican food. Great service and great food. Burritos are fantastic"
"One of the best Jamaican spots around. I'm happy I found this place on Yelp. I went on a Saturday and they even had a DJ, felt like I was at dance hall. Call ahead if you are getting seafood. I know the chicken curry is ready to go."
"Not sure why this place only has 3 stars. We had a great dinner here! We really enjoyed the fun, fusion, double-decker tacos. There's something for everyone, including vegetarians! We loved all 4 savory tacos we tried (Crown Jewel, Ya Mon, Bang Bang, and Green Goddess). Plus there are dessert tacos! They were also open later than other restaurants on a Sunday night, and even though we came in shortly before closing, we were never rushed and service was great. Highly recommend!"
"We had some friends in from out of town who were staying at the Ritz, so it was decided to meet for dinner at Blue Agave on a Wednesday night. Located on E.4th Street, Blue Agave provides a great view of the street from its huge front window which was open to the cool drizzly night. The entrance to Blue Agave is from the small alley beside the building, you enter into the center of the restaurant which is spread across 2 levels. We were seated at one of the hightop tables in the front. The decor is sleek and modern with some Day of the Dead art, which are kept to a minimum. Tables are granite topped and substantial. We were greeted promptly by out friendly server who brought the beverages promptly. The menu is medium sized with apps, tacos, salads and entrees. We ordered individual meals and an order of chips and salsa for the table (they do not come free). The chips and salsa came out promptly, freshly fried large corn chips and two cups of mild salsa. Overall tasty if not the most exciting and a generous portion that was shared between the 5 of us. Unfortunately this is where the meal started to go off track, as we ended up waiting about a half hour with no other food or updates. Finally our server came over with another serving of the chips and salsa and an explanation that the kitchen was stopped for a while from producing any food since a health inspector had shown up. I don't know if this was true or if the server had just forgotten our order even though the restaurant was not at all busy. Our entrees did come out shortly after this. I got the Seafood Relleno which was a mix of shrimps, crabmeat and scallops grilled and served over the poblano pepper with a cheese sauce and a side of Mexican rice. Overall this was very good with the griddled scallop pieces and crabmeat very tasty and high quality. The shrimp were fairly scarce and were a bit overcooked. The poblano was so overcooked that it had almost no impact. The rice was good.My friends generally enjoyed their meals, although one who got the Carne Asada thought that it was overcooked. Portions were good and the flavors are fairly straightforward relying on quality ingredients over complex seasoning. Finally to cap off the evening it took quite a while to get our checks and pay the bills when we were ready to leave; it seemed the server had lost focus despite the fact that the restaurant was almost empty.Overall while Blue Agave is a very attractive space in the middle of a busy restaurant row and the food is overall good, the issues of consistency and the service lapses make it hard for me to give a strong recommendation. Hopefully this was an aberration and your experience will be different."
"Well we had a fantastic pizza. It was the special of the night. Brisket or pulled pork, BBQ sauce, red onion, banana peppers & and couple different kind of cheese. We were underwhelmed by the size for $22. But i don't mind paying for good food. I do mind paying more than $2 each for tiny little wings that were not really crispy or meaty. My friend had a huge salad that looked great and he wolfed it down. The white zin wine was delightful. The service was poor but I still tipped decent because I understand that people have to make a living but I really wanted to tip less than 20%. The pizza was great but we probably won't eat in again."
"Great food and Cynthia provided great service and suggestions. Love the decor. Will definitely return"
"Idk how long they been here but what a gem. The quesabirria plate is one of the better ones I've had in North East Ohio. After I ordered that and drooled everywhere, I decided to try the Carne asada, carnitas, and al pastor. All amazing. Definitely worth stopping in."
"The restaurant is located in Gordon Square and is nice inside with tasteful decor. We were seated pretty quickly and service was very fast. I tried the vegetarian options from the menu and really liked the Cauliflower tacos. I would opt for the flour tortillas instead of corn since corn didn't hold up as well. Food was pretty good, but not something I'd come back for. They also messed up my sides, but the staff was quick to correct it. While the service was quick, I felt like they were trying to rush us. As soon as I took the final bite of my meal, someone came by with the check and ushered us out quickly. Not a big deal since they were probably busy and needed tables, but it felt a bit rushed!Parking was a bit tough. They have a lot but it's pretty tiny."
"My family and I went here for their Marti Gras party last night and we had a blast! We got the creole buffet and I ate till my hearts content. The red beans and rice was spicy just like I like it and I loved trying crawfish for the first time! My boyfriend and I come here often for taco Tuesday and the awesome drink specials. We plan on coming here for fish fry Friday!"
