"Marble Room ReviewDining at Marble Room was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and professionalism, setting the tone for an exceptional evening. We started at the bar, where the bartender was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable--I had the best espresso martini I've ever tasted.Once seated, our servers provided top-notch service, guiding us through an incredible menu. We started with the scallop ceviche, which was absolutely to die for. For the main course, we shared the 40-ounce porterhouse, accompanied by Brussels sprouts and potatoes au gratin. Every single bite was pure perfection--the steak was cooked flawlessly, the Brussels sprouts were fun and flavorful, and the gratin was rich and delicious.Dessert was just as memorable. The crème brûlée was so good I'm still thinking about it, and the cotton candy stick (not sure of the name) was a delightful surprise. But beyond the food, the ambiance of Marble Room is breathtaking--words don't do justice to how truly spectacular it is.This was a fine dining experience in every sense, and I would go back in a heartbeat. If you're looking for an elegant setting, outstanding service, and food that will leave you speechless, Marble Room is the place to be. A huge thank you to the person who recommended it--I owe them at least 100 thank-yous!"
"My wife and I visited for our anniversary dinner. We were not disappointed and we were happy to make the trip downtown. What can I say, everything was fantastic. The staff greeted us as we arrived and we proceeded to the bar for a nice aperitivo. My wife had a French 75 and I had a classic Negroni, fantastic cocktails! We chatted with people at the bar and then proceeded to our table. Well it's our anniversary and so of course we opened our meal with a nice French champagne. We chose the oysters Rockefeller, they were incredible and prepared perfectly. For our main course I chose the grouper, it was fresh and flavorful. My wife had the halibut and it included shrimp and mussels all in a delicious saffron sauce. She loved it!For dessert they gave us a nice crème brûlée. We ordered 2 espressos to close our stomachs. What a fantastic meal! Please note that a 20% gratuity is automatically added to your tab. I am fine with this as the staff was incredibly professional. Our server Abby was fantastic. Friendly and unobtrusive she provided excellent service. She is a great ambassador for the restaurant."

"Got it delivered and it arrived really quickly!Food was GREAT! Got the chicken tikka masala which came with plain basmati rice. Chicken was insanely tender, not too spicy but a lot of flavor. Rice is a little stiff for my taste but I know that's sort of how it's supposed to be. Could've used even a tiny bit more spice! Also got the garlic naan which came with two big pieces. Could've been a tiny bit more garlicky, but again that's personal preference! It was very soft and perfect for dipping. Very large portions as well, have lots of leftovers which helps make the price more justified!"
"It was good. It was an old-fashioned steakhouse just what you would expect. It was a nice pre-theater dinner"
"Service was phenomenal Food was incredible Atmosphere was delightfulWe're already planning our next visit!!"
"The staff was amazing and the place is gorgeous but I feel like the food is over hyped and over priced. I got the pork chop dish. The chop it'self had good flavor but it was kind of chewy. The rice was bland and sticky. I only ate half the dish didn't even take it home"
"I attended an event hosted by Playhouse Square at this Zanzibar location and really enjoyed the staff was so nice, helpful and friendly. The ambiance is perfect for a chill evening and social events. The restaurant was clean. The food was delicious my fave was the catfish fingers they were fried and seasoned perfectly. I also had the blue lagoon drink which was a little too sweet for my liking but still tasty. I loved they gave me a to go mason jar. The parking was a little bit of a hassle due to being downtown but they provided you with a parking validation for $6 in the nearby garage. Unfortunately my ticket was not working and I had to go back in to get another one. Overall 8/10 experience I recommend checking them out!"
"In general, I've been disappointed by Cleveland's Chinese food since coming here, however, Li Wah has been the one exception! You _have_ to go to Yum Cha--if you have no experience with Yum Cha, they have a video online to help you out, but, pretty much, servers walk around with carts and ask you if you want certain food items. Context: I'm Chinese American who speaks no Cantonese/Mandarin, so, if you're worried about it, take it from me that you only need English to get by here!"
"I've been eating at DeMores for decades now... and while a lot has changed over the years, one thing remains the same- they have the best lake perch in town! When I was a kid, I used to go there probably once every couple of months with my grandparents. At the time, it was more diner like, and pretty much had nothing but perch and walleye (I think they also had a few sandwiches for those weirdos that don't like perch). They had already been around for years, and were famous for their perch. It was perfect. They've changed hands a few times since then, and have become a far more upscale place... but the perch and walleye are still the best around.I highly recommend the perch sandwich. They have a few sizes depending on how hungry you are, my personal favorite is the "whaler", which has 1/2 lb of perch. You'd better be hungry for this one! The fries are delicious, but skip them and upgrade to the fried mushrooms- they are outstanding. Try them with the house sauce."
"I. Loved. This. Place. Perfect restaurant for a romantic date night. sarita a restaurant provides a beautiful candle lit dining experience with endless intricate options and flavors. My eggplant Parmesan was the best thing I've ever tasted. The texture of the eggplant and the freshness of the sauce was perfect. My boyfriend raved about the chicken and pesto pizza and the potato soup. The fried green tomatoes had an aioli that was delicious and paired well with the cheese. My only complaint is that I would've liked more tomato for the amount of cheese. Service was perfect. The presentation of the menu by our waitress was concise and she was very attentive. Will definitely be back."
"Classic steakhouse fare, modern steakhouse vibes. Overall, good service, solid food, and huge portions. Nothing blew me away, and I really wish my steak was more tender. But I did really enjoy getting my steak the "Chef's Way," which came with a healthy amount of butter poached king crab, steeped in Korean steak butter and black truffle bernaise, and some asparagus. And popovers for the complimentary bread service is always a plus in my book!"
"Delicious! Probably my new favorite restaurant in Cleveland. We had the seared scallops to start, as well as the fried calamari. Both were delicious. I loved the calamari mostly because it wasn't over breaded. Then I had the stuffed scallops and my partner had the baby goat in wine sauce. Wow! Both were amazing and my only issue with either was that I wish there had been more. For dessert I had the flan and my partner had the cheesecake. Both were also delicious but our least favorite part of the meal. Our waiter was also great and talked to all of the guests when he went to their table. He was super attentive and just all around amazing. Love this place!"

If I could give 1,000 stars, I would. The food was absolutely SPECTACULAR--seasoned to perfection! The cocktails were on point and our server extraordinaire (Noah) was amazing. He was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. He was outgoing, fun, gracious and we will be going back and requesting him. If you want to feel like royalty, get to the Marble Room. Trust me, there's a reason there's never an empty seat at this fine restaurant! Enjoy

I love dining at India Garden. Service is quick and attentive. Conveniently they have parking. Gorgeous decor. They have an expansive menu. The bread basket is a great value option. I'm slowly making my way through the vegetarian main courses. Everything has been flavorful and delicious. I've dined in and ordered takeout - both a great experience. You can specify your heat tolerance from a scale of 1-10. Really easy when you're dining with folks with different heat preferences.

The medium well burger was well done and left something to be desired. The seared Brussels sprouts were insipid, containing no apparent seasoning. The crispy calamari was gooey, but most likely because of take out. We've had take out elsewhere that was crispy. It was plentiful, albeit odious, and not at all enjoyable. We had high hopes based on a few reviews but were very disappointed with our choice for our first meal in Cleveland. It was too pricey to be this mid. Elevated to 2 stars for the tasty, but not so basque, basque cheesecake. 2 stars is generous.

I've been frequenting Fahrenheit over the past few months; it's a great weekday night go-to spot to sit at the beautiful, large marble bar for after work drinks with co-workers or to catch up with friends. I've recently been into their spicy tuna sushi rice for the combination of textures with the creaminess from the fresh tuna and avocado as well as the crunch from the rice on the outside and the soft, slight chewiness on the inside. Other favorite dishes I like to get include the dynamite rock shrimp and oysters. Their happy hour menu is small (and the portions tiny) but for only $5 each item, it's still a pretty great deal. For drinks, they always make delicious martinis. But I've recently been introduced to the Carajillo (Spanish Licor 43 and espresso), which is a savory, earthy alternative to an expresso martini. You can have it on the rocks in a short/whiskey glass or room temp in a coupe cocktail glass - either way, the bartenders there have been making them extra delicious!

I love this place and I come here every time I come back home. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff makes you feel at home. I love that it's an upscale environment with down home hospitality. The food is always so good! Try the soul rolls, they're to die for. The kool-aid is delicious too.

Li Wah is a favorite of mine! One of my go-to orders is the beef chow fun (not pictured), but this time we got dim sum, which is another go-to! This is the only place in Northeast Ohio that we can find where they serve dim sum on carts. Pictured is wonton soup, sesame balls, shumai, turnip cake, shrimp dumplings, chicken feet, and a hot dog bun (which I think might be a special for Browns day). Definitely recommend!

"Special Birthday Dinner for my new wifey - we sat at the bar right off the entry. Our server/bartender was Michael Harry (he prefers MIKEY), like every little thing was perfect! I don't know if I took a pic of our meals, but the lasagna & the short rib were ridiculous yummy. We both SPECIFICALLY didn't finish so we could crush these the next day, and make 'em both last a little longer.50% off night for wine was also a great deal!Looking forward to returning."
"Timber Lodge is a delightful, reliable "old school" steakhouse with a great bar and wine list. I've been coming here for the past three to four years, and I've never been disappointed. I really enjoy their prime rib, but their other cuts of meat are also really well prepared. The design and décor of the dining rooms remind me of those my dad used to take me to as a kid in the 70s. Actually, it hearkens back even further - probably to my grandparents' generation. Anyway, it generates a pleasant, nostalgic ambiance - the booths in the bar area and in the main dining room are really cool, ask for one if you can get them. It's also a lot of fun at the bar, and the ladies tending it are lovely and provide great service. My only gripe, and it's not really that big of a deal - I've learned to "slow down" a bit and be a little more patient than I was pre-pandemic - is the fact you can never reserve a table on Friday and Saturday nights and you might have to wait for an hour or more during those times. You can also not order take out then, so if you get an urge for their prime rib on a weekend night be prepared to wait for your table. On the other hand, if you do wait, you'll be well rewarded because it is pretty close to certain that your meal is going to be fantastic."
"Great ambiance, felt like an italian place. Gave me the sopranos vibe. Since i eat only seafood or halal meat i went with the pesto seafood pasta. It was good for sea food. Staff was amazingly kind and helpful"
"I had a chance to go to this restaurant recently and 5 stars wasn't enough. The food came out and it was wonderful. The calamari came out and it was a little under done for my taste, the manager came out with a fresh crispy batch and it was amazing. Our server was sensational I had the Chicken Marsala and it was PERFECT! Also had the lobster tail with melted butter, I did add some salt and pepper to both the butter for the bread and the butter, but I guess that personal preference because they were both pretty bland, but other than that, drinks were great, food was great, the outside seating was really nice, when the sun goes down they have this lavender/purple like that creates a really nice ambiance outside.Highly recommended and would go again, but make sure that your pockets are heavy, when the tab comes it's not for the weak lol"
"Finally got around to trying this place after years of driving by and saying that we needed to stop in. It was everything that I had hoped for and more. It's a great location in a cool old house. It's decorated nicely from what I saw. My husband and I sat at the bar to drool over the incredible whiskey selection so we didn't get to look around or check out the dining room. But let me get back to the bar and, let me tell you, it is such an incredible whiskey selection. They also charge very fair prices for pours. The bartenders were incredibly friendly- and so were some of the regulars that were sitting around the bar. My husband and I got a few pours and split an appetizer- the spinach and artichoke dip (which was good, not great) and the NY Strip Steak (which was excellent). The service was quick and efficient and I can't wait to go back again. Really enjoyed visiting this place."
"My mom decided she wanted to try this place for her birthday dinner. I hadn't done any research ahead of time, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It's across the street from a pretty well known seafood restaurant, but Brennan's seems to hold their own. The look from the outside gives "nautical" vibes and once inside its very casual, but has a homey, familiar feel to it. Our server was Corey, and he was very friendly, professional and he did not forget about us. The food was fresh and tasty. For starters we had:Fried calamariBreaded oysters (fried)Fried mushroomsAnd of course the bread and butter. Four of us got the catfish with the Cajun seasoning, I replaced my coleslaw with a side salad. My daughter used some of the bread and made her a catfish sandwich. My mom got the stuff Orange roughy, she said it was great and filling. We had food to take home and no room for desert. We received a visit from who I could only assume is the manager or maybe owner, asking how everything was. It's things like that that make a difference. I'm glad we tried Brennan's, it was a hit."
"What a wonderful experience at Redhawk. I visited this restaurant this past Sunday and I was very impressed with their draft beer selection. The food also was extremely delicious, I had their deep dish Rueben pierogis and my wife had the New Orleans Jambalaya which both were fantastic. This is a must try if you're in the area."
"We attended a special event on the patio here. Beautiful potted herbs surround the railing. Comfortable seating and fairly quiet outside. Buffet was fantastic. Included smoked ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, salmon, collard greens and Mac n cheese (truffle) and garlic mashed. All was very tasty but the brisket was a stand out favorite. Easy and full bar service. Attentive old world type service. There was a band inside and a good crowd at the bar. Easy parking and right off the highway."
"We came here for dinner. The ambience was nice, the seating was excellent. We enjoyed the soft music. It allowed us to both be intimate while dining and not to be able to hear our neighbors conversations. Our server, Marissa, was excellent. She took all of our questions and food preferences without any negative feedback, and was right on task the entire meal I would highly recommend asking for her as your server... Her service is impeccable. Managers if you're reading this, give this human a raise."
"Delicious! This place was bustling even at 445pm on a Thursday night! Must be because they have a fantastic happy hour menu (but you have to sit at the bar for that)Everything was cooked fantastic with great flavor! The blue crab cocktail was a delicious dip. The crab flavor was prominent and not overwhelmed by the others things mixed with it. Perfect pair to the cracker. Lobester bisque had a small kick with some chopped pieces of lobster and it was one of the best soups I've had at a restaurant. They have a winter Prix surf and turf for $49 right now ($39 if happy hour time any table) so that's a great deal! Come before this deal goes away! The steak was so juicy and cooked to perfect. The lobster was a tad overcooked for my liking but can't beat it for the price. Salmon was extremely flavorful, not overall "fishy" and flaked right off the fork. Amazing!"
"My wife and I had ventured to the west side for a lacrosse game and afterwards one of my friends jokingly said let's go to Don's lighthouse. Doesn't look like a lighthouse but you should try it anyway. So I looked at my wife and she said hell with it let's go! I'm not at all familiar with Cleveland or pretty much anything west of Mayfield Road but the parking lot was easy to get in and out of and it was not busy for a Thursday night. We arrived about 7:50 p.m. and we're promptly seated in the lounge. It was weird they still had the covid plastic crap up that doesn't do anything but to be honest at this point it's nice to cut down on the chatter from adjacent tables. Our server approached us, his name was Eric s. In the world of servers you have good ones great ones and Eric. Eric was neat, tidy, prompt, enunciated had knowledge of the menu and talked just enough. I ordered a diet Coke my wife a glass of wine. My wife got the lobster roll and I got the grilled chicken club. Both of those came with fries however I opted for green beans. After the order was placed in Erica text back and rebuild my diet coke it was in a wine glass almost which was a little weird but glassware choice is a thing with some places. My wife's lobster roll was $25 and came with a very generous amount of lobster. So much in fact it was put in a hot dog roll the kind of look like a wide piece of bread split and she had to eat it with a fork and knife there was that much content. My grilled chicken club was literally right off the grill but it was not a club sandwich in the traditional sense. Chicken breast cheese lettuce tomato onion. The green beans are not something I would ordinarily crow about but it appeared they saute them in just the right amount of butter salt and pepper. Not overcooked and were amazing. Eric promptly cleared our plates and took my card upon request and we were out of there in almost 30 minutes flat. Again I can't say enough how pleasant it is to have a professional server wait on you. One that takes his job seriously makes the dining experience worthwhile. Total amount of the bill was about $57. 10 out of 10 would do it again even with the 35 minute drive to the west side."
"Loved the atmosphere. The food was very delicious and we had great service. Everyone was so nice and polite. Definitely recommend"
"Terrific staff with a very loyal customer following. Wide range of food choices and a terrific bar area. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice evening meal."
"Overall 9.6/10My personal favorite restaurant in Little Italy. Not in the "Heart" of little Italy as it's on the edge, this restaurant has some of the best food I have had in Cleveland. Ive been here multiple times and it has never disappointed in any aspect. I would also call the restaurant in advance for a reservation.Food: All the food here is amazing. From the roasted duck which had crispy skin and a juicy inside, seasoned to perfection to the amazing seafood risotto that was so filling and fresh. The food just doesn't miss. I have had their sautéed calamari which is wonderful with the bread they give complementary. Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. The portion size is great and leaves you filled and it comes at respectable prices. Service: Amazing service. The restaurant is on the smaller size so seating is limited, but because of that you pretty much have attentive staff open to helping you at all times. In addition to the restaurant being smaller, the setting is much more intimate as it has dimmed lights and a bar on the side. The staff is kind and very informative of the menu and special too. Overall: I would come here everyday if I could. One or the best restaurants in Cleveland from my experience. I would come here for special occasions/ dates or if you're craving amazing food."
"Overall nice place. Great ambiance, fantastic wine list!!!Cauliflower wings were not cooked through-- raw batter in the middle. Smaller pieces would likely be cooked more thoroughly. Sauce was great. I liked their homemade ranch with them better than the blue cheese. Harvest salad was flavorful. However when I order a " mixed greens" salad I don't expect it to be 90% romaine, which I don't care for, hence why I order mixed greens salads. Otherwise would've been five starsChicken for salad could've been trimmed prior to cooking. Fat on the edge and the center weird part. Or offer the salad without meat and price as an add on. Guest had the Reuben and he said it was great. It looked well-made to me. Hostess, wait staff, service excellent. **Overall definitely worthy of visiting and likely revisiting. Decorated nicely for the holidays too!!**"
"My experience at Firebirds in Cleveland had its ups and downs, but overall, it was enjoyable. Initially, I was seated at a table in the dining room, but after being passed over a few times by the waitstaff, I decided to move to the bar. The bartender was incredibly accommodating and crafted a refreshing lavender lemonade cocktail upon my request. It was delicious--perfectly balanced with a subtle floral note. For my meal, I ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and asparagus, & Caesar salad. Everything was cooked to perfection; the steak was tender and flavorful, and the sides complemented it well. However, I did try the Mexican corn, and after just a couple of bites, I couldn't continue. I wouldn't recommend it. By the time I finished my meal and drink, I was so full that I didn't have room for dessert, but I did take the tiramisu home. It was decadently rich and definitely worth the takeout. While the service could have been better, the food and drinks were top-notch, making it a solid choice for a hearty meal with great cocktails. I'll likely return, but I'd skip the Mexican corn next time!"
"VERY underrated spot. It's similar to Chipotle, butI honestly think it tastes better, you get a larger portion, and you spend less! The only thing I didn't like was some of the staff were young college girls who could be a bit rude or unfriendly"
"There was quite a bit of nostalgia as this was the Venice Cafe when I was in college.I thought I'd give the food a try while visiting and our party of three had a small sampling of what was on the menu. The place needs a good cleaning and some new furniture. The food was about what you'd expect at a college bar. It was your typical fried food extravaganza."
"Been meaning to get up to Pickle Bill's for the longest time, finally got there today. Cool ambiance right on the Grand River, you could eat outdoors or inside (we chose lt latter). Wife ordered blackened salmon, she was "thumbs up" on her dish. I was gonna order crab legs (AYCE special), but instead I ordered the "Sampler Platter' (walleye, Erie perch and shrimp, all fried). All pretty good, esp the perch. A tad greasy, but hey, it's a fried platter so...there's that. Also ordered some crab cakes on the side, quite scrumptious with generous portions of crab. Our server, OTOH? LOL, if I had a "football team of waitresses", this one would never see the field, never leave the bench. Pokey and inattentive, but we had time to spare so I wasnt fussin bout it. But still. Overall experience was positive enough that I'll be back to try some other menu items"
"I don't know. I've been here lots of times over the years, and it never thrilled me. Don't get me wrong, it's good...but it's not great. The restaurant is nice, as is the décor. It looks like the type of restaurant you would have to dress-up to attend. But there are people coming straight off the golf course to dine here, so there are some shorts, t-shirts, sneakers, and ballcaps. The food is good, but nothing has stood out enough to say "I have to have that again!" The best thing on the menu is actually the Angry Lobster Roll appetizer. That is a must-have. Everything else is just there. For the prices they are charging, these dishes should be outstandingAlso, since this restaurant shares their parking lot with the hotel and golf course, it's tough to find a parking spot without a long walk."
"Don't be put off by how small and simple the dining area is......this place is GREAT!! I would say that at least three people could share the ultimate with no problem. They supply you with gloves, a bib, a bucket and lots of napkins and you need them all. This will get messy so I suggest casual dress. You choose the level heat and the seasoning for your bag. If you like seafood this place is a must try.Tip: Don't feel bad if you can't finish it."
"A great place to go for dinner AND a view. A hidden gem in ohio and has a fun menu. However, they did seem understaffed. Worth the wait time when the weather is nice lol Fun bar areas, inside and outside."
"Very unassuming spot. Interior is very Bavarian, all wood everything lol. The menu is fantastic. We started with the lamb nachos, hear me out: lamb meat and a curry sauce atop pita chips. Then for my meal I had the scallops appetizer, garnished elegantly and the house salad. You can tell their lemon basil vinaigrette is made in house. Others at the table had the hot honey salmon, chicken parm and the blackened swordfish. Everyone loved their dishes. I want to try everything they have!"
