"I like to try different Vietnamese food spots while I'm traveling. Ordered through UberEats so pho broth was a little lukewarm upon arrival but not a problem. Broth lacks depth and could use a little bit more flavor. My issue is with the banh mi sandwiches, paid extra for extra toppings which did not come on the sandwich and was pretty stale. Read that this was a comment occurance within other orders as well. Would not recommend the tofu banh mi as it is just fried tofu with no extra seasoning so it was super hard and bland."
"The food and service were terrific - fun and friendly. The Reuben my husband got was enough for 2 people and the corned beef was really lean. He replaced the kraut with coleslaw and it was perfect; not too runny.I got a cod sandwich that was good as well. Just the right size. The fries were also great. Crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Really yummy. We highly recommend this local institution!"

"We stopped here for dinner after a day at Cedar Point Shores. It was delicious! My husband and I chose a pizza with eggplant as a main topping. Kiddo got a calzone and had no complaints! The restaurant had some call ins the evening we went, so the owner was bussing tables, and getting boxes. Nice to see someone so involved in their establishment! We will return when we're in the area in the future!"
"This was the second time we came to this establishment. We stopped here last year during our last trip to Toledo. Just as last year I commented on their hours of operation. They are a full-service bar/restaurant, located in downtown Toledo, very close to the Mud Hens home field (the Detroit Tigers Minor League Baseball team). Yet they close at 8 pm every business day. Last year when we came in, I recall them rushing us (it was approximately 7:00 pm) about when they closed. This year we arrived by 6:30 or earlier and still felt incredibly rushed. More on this in a minute. The menu is large, but nonmeat options were small. They offer a Vegan Mediterranean Beyond Burger, that is advertised as "cooked separately" served in a lettuce wrap with our chickpea sauce, topped with arugula, red onion, and olive tapenade then garnished with sliced cucumber, cherry tomato, and sesame seed sprinkle. It comes with Chips. The chips were right out of a bag, so I looked to substitute a different side for $3.00. I asked about the French fries and if they are fried separately from other foods, such as chicken or fish. No, they are all fried in the same oil our server told us. I quickly requested a tossed salad, no cheese. Perhaps it's just my opinion but why do you fry everything together? The oil will taste like fish or chicken then you fry potatoes in there. They also advertise fried brussels sprouts and calamari. All goes in the same fryer. So, if you don't eat meat, you have very few options here, as even the non-meat starters are tainted.Anyways it was happy hour, and they offered a dollar off the draft list. I asked about one drink if it was a certain kind of beer, and she did not know and went to check. She did not seem too knowledgeable on the draft list, so I ordered what sounded like a hazy IPA. We were enjoying our drinks when our food came out probably within 10 minutes of ordering. I was hungry so no complaints on the quickness. My burger was fine. It was served in this big, very hard to handle lettuce bun. My biggest complaint about the burger would be the olive tapenade. It tasted fine but was plopped on the burger in a dallop. And since this is wrapped in lettuce it was not like I could open it up like a bun. So, I got a big mouthful of tapenade all at once... YIKES, salty... Speaking of salty I was mid-bite, still at least half a sandwich or more, at least half a beer in front of me when the server came over to ask, "will you be having desert?" I am chewing, which was obvious when she stopped over, so I decided to answer with my mouth full. "Maybeee" in a muffled voice, I hadn't even finished my bite. One may think it was like 15 minutes until closing time, when it was 7:00pm. I finished that bite and we both agreed to get our next drink elsewhere. The review is mixed. I liked the burger though it had flaws. The location is great, atmosphere is cool sports bar like, and the staff albeit made me feel rushed an hour before they closed, were nice. But so many other things, I am not sure I'd bother coming back."
"Yummy, yummy, yummyJunk salad FTW. Will definitely be back. Close to BG college. 10-15 minutes away."
"I've only ordered takeout but when I walk in, they greet me like friends.I'm partial to corned beef and my hubby loves pastrami and both were delicious. They lose a star for not having free parking."
"We decided to try Flip Side because the Seed Oil Scout App rated it high for not using seed oils. The staff said the fries are cooked in lard and they may be the best fries I've ever had. The decor is sharp looking and nicely executed. The service and staff were great. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars is that my burger was a little over cooked. I ordered medium, but it was closer to well done. It has caramelized onions and bacon on it, and a fancy bun, and it was fabulous though. The other three burgers were cooked to order. I'll definitely come back."
"Very convenient location, free street parking. The restaurant is adorable, open concept and very industrial. The food was very good, you could tell they used fresh ingredients. Our service was very good, even with the heavy tourist traffic from solar eclipse!"
"So delicious! My husband kept recommending this place and I'm glad I went. Think of fresh healthy brassica meets chipotle style efficiency. The food is less seasoned than brassica but still so tasty. I actually like it a little better because it isn't as heavy. The owner and family who works there are also so polite and kind. Service is a big part of food industry and I would go just to support their business because they were so nice. The restaurant is very clean and you get a view into the cleanliness of the kitchen which is relieving. Highly recommend! The bowl portions are great for a meal without leaving you overly full (I got half leafy greens and half lentils and brown rice). Will be coming back to try their sides and other dishes!"
"I don't understand the fascination with this place. The food is incredibly overrated. The corn beef sandwiches were humongous but very very dry and the fries were so bad they shouldn't even serve them. However, the inside is very clean and pretty. They have a nice bar, we had a server name Yvonne, who was great, but the food will never bring me back here."
"Herb & Twine is one of my favorite Sandwich shops in town. There's only one vegetarian option on the menu but it is AMAZING! The Vegetable sandwich has Curried sweet potato, Pickled onion, Tomato masala, Lettuce Tree Farm pea shoots, Coconut, & Tamarind chutney. I'm usually not the biggest sweet potato person (unless it's in a pie) but it... works? Unfortunately, there isn't any seating here so it isn't a place you can sit down to eat at but I still enjoy it all the same. The works are kind, no matter if they have a rush or not."
"Easily one of my favorite places to eat!! The food is almost hot, fresh, and flavorful. I've never been disappointed. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. The staff is amazing (particularly Reginald). His customer service is TOP TIER. Though I've never dined in, the dining area is also always clean and presentable. Highly recommend. If you've never tried it, you're missing out!"

One of my favorite places to eat. The owner Chris and his wife are amazing and they have the art of Pho, down to a science, literally, his wife is a chemical engineer. Food is always good no matter what time of year or time of day. The new homemade teas are really good too. The pork chop is to die for and the spring rolls are delicious. But can't go to Pho without having Pho10/10

I've been craving their Corned beef sandwich since I found out we were going to Cleveland a few months back. A stacked, thinly sliced corned beef sandwich is a signature meal in this town, so I had the tough decision of choosing between Barristers and Slymans. Honestly I found Barristers first but when I seen the photos of Slymans sandwiches, my mind was made up. Today's experience goes into my food history as one of my most memorable moments. The staff are friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food was amazing. One of the owners even came out to welcome use and chat with me about Iron Maiden, cool! Our meals arrived in record time and we're super fresh. I have to admit it is kind of expensive but you get a lot for the money. My corned beef melt was $21 and the side of potato salad was $4.50. Nancy's got two egg with cheese on the for $6 and Nancy's sister got a sausage and cheese omelette $8 with home fries with onions $5.50, and a cup of coffee $2.25.We loved all the three stooges memorabilia and how quickly we were able to get in and out in record time because we were heading out of Cleveland today. If you ever in the area I highly recommend you stop in for a bite to eat.

Great pizza. Made just as I ordered. My diet is plant-based so it was one of the best vegan pizzas I've ever had. Crust was perfect. Bravo!

Ye Olde Durty Bird is the go-to spot for solid bar food and a laid-back vibe. The wings are big, fall-off-the-bone tender, and come in a perfect portion of nine. The Hot Honey Crispy Bird lives up to the hype--crispy, juicy, and coated in a sweet but spicy honey sauce. We got the Brussels sprouts and Durty Chili Mac on the side, both packed with flavor and perfect for comfort food cravings. The place has an old-school pub feel where people from all walks of life gather, and the staff is fun, friendly, and make you feel right at home. Right across from the Mud Hens Stadium. Downtown Toledo is looking so nice!

The hummus was outstanding and the Zingo's style wraps are also excellent. We had good service and they took the time to explain any questions we had. I'd go out of my way to go there again.

I'm updating this review as a testament to Diamond Deli. The last review I made was written while I still lived in Akron. Since then I moved to California, then to Rhode Island, and now to Texas.During my drive from California to Rhode Island, I specifically mapped my drive through Akron for Diamond Deli. I wasn't going to make it before closing, and asked if they'd leave me a sandwich outside and I'd leave some money! They were kind enough to do that and I got to eat my favorite sandwich! That was 3 years ago.Today I'm driving from Rhode Island to Texas and once again, mapped my path just so I could have Diamond Deli on the way. This place is magnificent, the food is incredible, the restaurant is peaceful and the service is amazing.100/10 I would recommend this place, unless you are moving away soon, in which case probably don't try it, because you will spend 7 years thinking about their sandwiches and make hundreds of miles just to get one.

All of the burgers are amazing. If you aren't in the mood for a burger the other sandwiches are really good as well. Service is always great. I never have any complaints.

Always delicious, kind service, and the pizzas come out quickly. They have plenty of seating ranging from stools at the bar to large tables for families or big groups. This is a go to spot to bring out of town guests and it never disappoints. I highly recommend getting the bianco and verde pizza! One of these days I'll leave enough room to try a dessert because they look good too!

"Food is absolutely delicious and very affordable! Great atmosphere as well! The service is also quick!"
"Great brunch with family. Service was excellent. Met the owner snd he was personable. Waitress was fun snd the food was good."
"Low cost but good food and beer!Atmosphere was also nice, traditional style bar. Good service"
"Finally got around to trying this place after years of driving by and saying that we needed to stop in. It was everything that I had hoped for and more. It's a great location in a cool old house. It's decorated nicely from what I saw. My husband and I sat at the bar to drool over the incredible whiskey selection so we didn't get to look around or check out the dining room. But let me get back to the bar and, let me tell you, it is such an incredible whiskey selection. They also charge very fair prices for pours. The bartenders were incredibly friendly- and so were some of the regulars that were sitting around the bar. My husband and I got a few pours and split an appetizer- the spinach and artichoke dip (which was good, not great) and the NY Strip Steak (which was excellent). The service was quick and efficient and I can't wait to go back again. Really enjoyed visiting this place."
"Gypsy coffee shop was super cute and unique. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. I ended up with the tropic which is coconut and macadamia nut. Very good. Highly recommend visiting this place next time you're in the area!"
"The service was polite and the wait was short even though they were very full. The food is delicious and served with a smile. The coffee is a Brazilian blend and delicious and my cup never went dry!Prices are very reasonable for high quality delicious breakfast food with many delicious options to consider. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, clean and Muzak is pleasant and low to allow conversation. I will definitely come back again and again."
"Cute restaurant down the road from the grand resort. Had the fried chicken Benedict and a pumpkin spice late, both were delicious! Great service also!"
"Gourmand's is awesome. The best pulled pork sandwich I've probably every had. This time, I tried the Chicago Beef, is was amazing. The fries and zucchini fries are also great! Quality food and highly recommend. The inside is cool and offers more then just lunch. And the gentleman who checked me out was great, helpful, and had a wonderful since of humor."
"Nice decor, varied menu with fun entrees. Great dining room and art. Incredible metalwork globe is an eye catcher. Ordered salads and hot teas for our lunches. Tea selection was all caffeinated, and I asked for decaf or herbal, but waitress admitted selection needed to be replenished. And, please: Whatever happened to people WASHING lettuce and serving it cold? Our crispy Cobb salad toppings were tasty, but the limp frisée greens underneath them were NOT at all enticing. Excellent homemade ranch dressing, but where was the blue cheese and avocado and tomato that makes a Cobb Salad a Cobb Salad? The waitress was attentive but interrupted conversation every single time she approached the table. No pause by the table in a moment's silence so we could stop our conversation to give her our attention. She just blurted out words as she came in fast. The place was not busy, so she didn't need to rush to communicate. So, I give mixed reviews--and the labor is responsible for my negative comments: wash the lettuce, replenish the tea selection, learn how to communicate at the tables. Labor, labor, labor!"
"Food, service and ambience are great. We ordered the the small deluxe pizza. We liked it. We sat outside with our dog."
"I have been there several times and the owner and staff are always friendly. My coworkers and I always look forward to going there to eat"
"There was quite a bit of nostalgia as this was the Venice Cafe when I was in college.I thought I'd give the food a try while visiting and our party of three had a small sampling of what was on the menu. The place needs a good cleaning and some new furniture. The food was about what you'd expect at a college bar. It was your typical fried food extravaganza."
"Ordered La Napoletana pizza, Tuscany pizza and vodka pasta. My family and I dined it, everything was delicious, the owner was very kind and helped us with recommendations as it was our first time. My personal favorite was the pasta! You can tell the staff works hard and makes everything fresh, will recommend to my friends:)"
"Great selection vegan foods, smoothies, and juices. The Cleveland bagel special with a just egg and coconut bacon on a freshly baked bagel was amazing, tons of umami, great textures. Service was super speedy, but took a quick stroll of their storefront which included locally made pottery, cool custom designed shirts, and specialty food stuffs (think cardamom rose to top your lattes)."
"Everyone who enjoys healthy and flavorful foods should discover this place. Shepard's salad is excellent... but my favorite is the falafel! We had kunefe for dessert and it was very yummy... or as my wife would say "it was amazing!". Don't forget the Turkish coffee as a chaser. We are still testing the menus, so will update again after we have had more dishes. Excellent service from this family owned restaurant!"
"Found out about this place from my Italian plumber who said this was the best Italian food in Little Italy- so i knew I HAD to try! Cute shop in Little Italy that doubles as a small grocery store + restaurant. Limited seating. They some a couple tables outside and I believe one table on the inside if you want to eat-in. They also have bottles of wine you can order when you eat inside.Murray Hill has a mix of cold and hot foods, but i've only tried the hot foods so far. The fresh salmon sandwich, the Eggplant parmigiana sandwich and the Italian Sub deluxe. Wow- I mean they were all so delicious and packed with flavor. Tasted homemade, too. Not over-processed like I feel some american-italian tends to be. think my favorite was the eggplant based on how cheesy it was, but close second was the italian sub."
"Don't be put off by how small and simple the dining area is......this place is GREAT!! I would say that at least three people could share the ultimate with no problem. They supply you with gloves, a bib, a bucket and lots of napkins and you need them all. This will get messy so I suggest casual dress. You choose the level heat and the seasoning for your bag. If you like seafood this place is a must try.Tip: Don't feel bad if you can't finish it."
"They throw together solid sandwiches and they do it fast and friendly. I can't speak to their entire menu (yet), but the poorman's submarine hit that spot for me. And don't sleep on the garlic Bologna, just be warned you will be thirsty afterwards. Also not just sandwiches here, they do a variety of sausage, steaks, chicken, pork for your next cookout, not to mention roasts for any upcoming holiday meals."
"For a gal who doesn't drink caffeine...I loved this cafe. Welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable friendly staff who made great suggestions. I had the salmon croissant, it was delicious and full of flavor. The croissant was fluffy and buttery, truly delicious. My husband opted for the avocado toast with salmon, I will have to try it next time. We shared the peanut butter crepe, light and really good. I don't even had a chai with coconut milk, it was hot...I like my beverages really hot. Great first experience, we will definitely be back."
"Went to Chicago Deli probaly for the last time. prices going up everytime I go there, Staff getting smaller along with favorites on menu. Due to new owners I guess. Service still good in spite of smaller staff."
"Service was authentic, kind, home town goodness. Sandwich was THE BEST Ruben I've ever eaten by far. Loved every bite. The room was so cute I took pictures. A real find on a trip to Cleveland."
"I thought the gyro guys was a solid stop for a gyro! We got a colossal and a Greek salad. I loved the gyro, it was huge, simple and delicious! We ordered and the food was bright directly to our table. While we were sitting there, a bunch of people came in and the phone kept ringing which led to about a 30 minute wait for those who walked in after the rush. Overall, I would definitely check this place out, it was delicious"
"Their pizza and salads are pretty good. Their sauce varies from pretty good to mostly tomato sauce. Never any oregano or basil, this would be authentic. When I order pizza with mushrooms and sausage it's like they put them together in a blender till they are real small and then cover them with cheese. It tastes more like a plain pizza with only sauce and cheese. Other places put slices of mushrooms and similar sized sausage on the sauce and then cheese but you then get real flavor of ingredients"
