"So excited about this place!!! My wife and I were sad when Ginger Sushi Burrito permanently closed down but this is a much better option! Are these the same owners? We stopped in to end the year on a good note and so glad we did. The interior looked clean and modern and they have nice quality chopsticks and boba straws. The service was very fast and friendly. We ordered pork belly buns, soy garlic wings and grilled chicken ramen. The pork belly buns were delicious and the fried chicken wings were perfectly cooked and the sauce was amazing! We were also surprised at the quality of the ramen and it's the best in town!We can't wait to try their boba teas in the near future and I highly recommend checking out this place!"
"This is the old "Denny's" in Belden village, it has been completely remodeled and is immaculately clean inside. We went for the ramen this time and it did not disappoint! My ONLY critique is that there was barely any broth I mine, it was later in the night (6:30) so I'm wondering if maybe they were just running low because my daughter got a different broth and hers was plentiful! Plan on waiting if you come here, like everywhere else they are probably short staffed, there was only one waitress for the whole restaurant and she was also doing the register and take out orders. We definitely will be back, they have poke bowls that I'm dying to try..everything on the menu looked good and it was reasonably priced."
"This place is fantastic. Every thing I have ever gotten from here is packed with flavor and delicious. The space is a little cramped but not bad if you don't mind sitting next to someone at the bar. The servers are always very nice and quick with your order."
"I found this place while looking for a restaurant near the hotel I was staying at, the 13 minute drive was easy as was the entrance into and out of the parking lot. Once I entered the restaurant I had a few minutes to review the menu board behind the counter while the customers in front of me placed their order. After exchanging greetings with the friendly girl behind the counter I decided to go with the spicy pork ramen minus the fish cake and one order of two steamed pork buns - I was given a number on a stanchion to place on the table as I grabbed a bottle of water out of the cooler then picked a table. There were a few customers eating in but lots of to go orders, the wait time was about 20 minutes but everything seemed fresh and hot when it arrived. I had never experienced a steamed pork bun before so I was really looking forward to trying this out as my ramen cooled a little. I admit I'm not a fan they were well constructed but dense just not my thing I guess, now the spicy ramen on the other hand was absolutely to die for the broth was a little creamy and so spicy, the ingredients were perfectly portioned, nice textures and the noodle were made for slurping, I worked those chop sticks and the elongated spoon like a pro and found the bottom of the paper bowl in recorded time. This is a meal worth repeating over and over and over again - the service was great and the staff was grateful making it a wonderful experience. The perfect meal for a reasonable price I can wait to return when in the area..."
"This is by far the best poke in Mentor! My wife and I were sad when Ginger sushi burrito closed because that was the only poke in town but this is a much better option. It's so good my wife who is not really that into Asian food craves this almost every week! The staff is always super friendly and always give us free miso soup with our order. The ingredients are very fresh and the flavor is top notch! This is also the first time we had green rice which is delicious and compliments the flavors well. The bowl looks small but there's a ton of food in there since they pack it with all the ingredients. This place is such a delightful addition to Mentor and we definitely want to try their other location in Willoughby. I highly recommended this place if you want a flavor packed meal!"
"Good above average. Service slow. Unorganized Took 10+ min for a host to even take our name. Then they sat us before another party who been there a lot longer."
"Delicious poke bowls that you can customize to your liking! Love adding all the possible toppings to it and make my own. Simply delicious and love their outdoor patio sitting option as well to enjoy your bowl by the park, love it!"
"In a city lacking solid ramen options, Xinji does not help fill the void. It's also unfortunately declined in quality over the years while prices have crept up. It's primely located on Lorain Ave with a decent amount of street parking around, and usually decently busy at dinner times. The dining room is ample with a view of the open kitchen which provides some level of hope. However, hope diminishes as the time between sitting down and getting the menu to a staff member bringing water or taking your order extends. The menu really isn't too long and the main decision is whether you're feeling a bowl of steaming noodles or a rice bowl, and whether you're hungry enough to indulge in apps like the bao or kimchi balls. The Pork Bao used to be a reliable taster in anticipation of the entree with a more interesting flavor blending sesame, soy and hoisin, but more recently it tastes like someone took leftover pulled pork from a weekend BBQ and slapped it in a rice bun. The Kimchi Balls are nice, with a satisfying crunch to them, but quite heavy if you're getting more than one. Good ramen broth is a labor of love, but it shouldn't take 30+ minutes to receive ramen at a restaurant dedicated to ramen. Even more disappointing is when it's just average ramen, salty without the savory umami kick that an enjoyable bowl delivers. The added egg ($1.50) does come perfectly jammy and the noodles have a comforting chew, but both are cool temperature wise and detract from the heartiness of the noodle bowl. I found myself gulping down water to offset the saltiness of the food, but the staff, though very pleasant, seemed too overwhelmed to come back and refill the water when our flask was empty. Will probably not be returning for the barely average ramen with other good noodle soup options in existence."
"Visted Otani Noodle again with the same co-worker that I have been visiting Otani with for 13 years. On this visit we, both requested a #1 Char Siu, which includes roasted pork, noodles, scallions, mushrooms, seaweed, corn, and half a boiled egg. They have four different broths for the ramen. The Char Siu includes tonkotsu broth, which was delicious. The flavors of the bowl were excellent and my co-worker especially loved the pork. I'd definitely request this bowl again, but I need to try some other things on the menu.Very good ramen!"

Me and my partner had a great experience here during our cross country road trip. We ordered a rose tea boba, karagge, chicken ramen and chicken fried rice. All of the above were delicious. My favorite part of the ramen was the egg. Thankfully I ordered an extra. It's the best ramen egg I have had since having Ippudo in Kyoto! The man at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and asked our opinion with genuine interest, which almost never happens. They are also helpful with gluten free options. Absolutely try this place of you get a chance.

Amazing food and service! I've visited the area twice and have returned for more great sushi. Ambiance is nice inside and the place is spotless. Sushi is very fresh and meticulously prepared and presented. Waitress was very polite and knowledgeable. I never had to ask for refills, there is a bus girl that is phenomenal at the job.A+++

This was our second time at Issho Ni, and it was an overall good experience yet again. I have not tried their sushi, but I have had the Giso Ika (fried squid), Kiiro Ramen, and Kuro Ramen. The ramen is fantastic for the winter, and everything starts to smell good as you're waiting for your food to come. The food is all very good, and Issho Ni is currently our favorite ramen restaurant. The inside is very small, so depending on the day, and time of day, will determine wait times (we have never waited over twenty minutes for a seat). The staff have always been very pleasant, and they acknowledge when you reach the front counter as well as when you leave. They tend to the tables quite well, ensuring drinks are filled, and for us, providing more napkins (lol). I have been recommending it to those who are interested in local ramen restaurants and will continue to do so!

I think this place is a solid choice if you're in the area.I stopped by on my way to apple picking with a friend. I opted for the gyudon bento box. The beef was fine, the veggie side was fine, the miso was fine. The rice would've been fine if they gave me less of it which feels like an odd thing to say. It came in onigiri shape and there were two of them. Honestly given how big and rice-heavy the onigiri was, one would've been more than enough. My friend got a tuna onigiri and she agreed it was very rice-heavy and large with not as much filing as she would've liked. She also got a donburi bowl and her feelings were the same - it was fine.

We came here with reservations. We still had to wait at the door for the 2 groups who walked in ahead of us. It seemed like the employee in charge of packing to-go orders was also the hostess. She finished packing up an order and then sat the first couple. Then she went back to pack another order. She came back to seat the next group. She was about to leave again when she asked if we had reservations. Since we did, she took us to our table. That was good except we sat at our table for 10-15 minutes before someone came to take our drink order. Yes.. they were busy and short staffed. We were patient and ready to order when our server came by. He was nice and apologetic. I had the hibachi chicken and shrimp. It was good. My sister had the grilled calamari. I would probably order that next time. It was tasty and flavorful. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food. Slow start but finished strong.

My wife and I both got a poke bowl and a drink and it came to $37. Which was quite expensive in my opinion. They were pretty skimpy on the rice which I thought was odd since that's the cheapest ingredient. But the rest of the ingredients they didn't. The portion of salmon, tuna, roe, and others were great. Pretty much Chipotle style serving food. Pick a base, protein, and toppings. And whether you want 1,2 or 3 proteins. The entire place was super cute, especially the nook area my wife and I sat in. We enjoyed it and will probably return. Just not a regular place given cost.

Came on a Friday for lunch and it lively but was still able to get a table. Lots of seating. Service was quick and friendly. We shared the pork dumplings and they were delicious. I got the Miso Ramen and actually wish I had gotten the spicy because I asked for a side of chili paste after it had arrived. Definitely get the soy egg add on (soy sauce marinated)

"We came to try the Wooden Ladle during their soft opening, and I was really impressed with the place! The restaurant is in a beautiful old house and the dining room is lined with windows. The service was great as well, our waiter was so friendly and checked up on us often. As it was still just their soft opening, they had a smaller menu with some of the food unavailable, but completely understandable for the time we went. The fruit punch was GREAT! we initially didn't get anything special to drink, but after we saw another table getting their drinks and how good they look, we got a fruit punch and ended up getting another because it was so good. I thought the gyoza were great, and the pork belly in our meals was beautiful! We prefer the food a little spicier, so they brought us out some extra spice to mix in which was very nice. My favorite was the Chashu Don, the rice was perfect and so flavorful, and all of the flavors in the bowl came together beautifully! We are so excited to come back when they have their full menu available!"
"Easy online ordering, great value, fast service...and off to watch some volleyball at Akron's Canal Courts. Great place to pick up food to go in downtown Akron. The Pad Thai was delicious and it was a quite a large portion."
"Visited Edamame Ramen today for lunch. I have been looking forward to my first visit to this fine establishment. There is not a lot of food diversity in Medina, so this is a welcome addition. Given it's proximity to my abode, I will be a frequent visitor.I dined in and requested a small Tokyo ramen with a side of fried rice along with a Dr. Pepper. While I waited, the restaurant started to fill up with lunch rush. That's a good thing. The decor is colorful and there are several TVs to watch. About 10 minutes later, my fried rice was delivered. It was hot and tasty, but lacking some veggies, like onions, carrots, and bean sprouts. It had egg in it and was tasty, nonetheless. Then the Tokyo ramen arrived. It was just the right serving size for one person. Getting a large ramen would be better for two people to share. The broth was hot and flavorful. There were a lot of noodles in it that reminded me of spaghetti. The pork was tasty as were the veggies. This ramen is tasty.I can't wait to visit for dinner with the family so we can try some of their other options. I was surprised at the variety of food on the menu. They offer hibachi and sushi also."
"Got there papanana bubble tea and it's was sooo good! Papaya and banana if you haven't guessed it. It's such a good blend of fruit and creamy.Haven't had the food yet but want to try it, the ramen sound like something out of Naruto ! Hahaha"
"To say I'm excited for a Vietnamese restaurant in Lorain would be an understatement. I heard about Pho Ever being talked about on a local Facebook group and immediately headed over to try it out. First, it was absolutely packed for a weekday at Noon which made me so happy given that the restaurant just opened for business. The service was prompt and friendly and I quickly scanned the menu and ordered my go-to which is Pho with steak and brisket. I've had a lot of pho in my life, like a ridiculous amount. From Arizona to Oregon, and up and down the coast of California. It's my staple that try immediately upon moving to a new area and I just moved here so here we are. This bowl of pho is in the top 3 that I've ever eaten! The broth was rich and flavorful, all the spices were perfect and both types of meat were very tender and the brisket wasn't too fatty which I've found more common at other places. I'm so thrilled this restaurant exists just a stone's throw away from my house. I will be back regularly to try everything on the menu and wish this business owner all the best and all the success, as Lorain County is huge and Vietnamese has been lacking...but not any longer!"
"Don't skip this place! Wish we could give more than 5 stars! It's nicely decorated and very clean inside. The staff were very friendly and wait staff was perfectly attentive. They were somewhat busy inside and very busy with to-go orders. The ramen bowls are huge, and so well prepared. The fried rice was some of the best we've ever had. Their special was coconut shrimp, and I asked if they could do coconut chicken, which was perfect and delicious. Eating here was a great experience. If we lived nearby we would frequent here!"
"Went to my nephew's first kindergarten concert with my mom and wanted to find a cool spot to go after within the West Park neighborhood. Red Lantern fills a void for Japanese cuisine in the Lakewood and west side of Cleveland area. The sushi, hibachi, service and everything else was great! The prices were more than fair and we greatly appreciated the evening. Voodoo Tuna always seems packed and popular, I would recommend this place for somebody looking for a change. Hope the business does well."
"Great place! Food is amazing, great atmosphere, amazing people! Check it out!!!They have vegan and vegetarian options too"
"The food was excellent, the service exceptional. I had the vegetable ramen with a hard boiled egg. Yum! I also tried the curry fish balls. Spicy and delicious. Will definitely be i"
"Take out in Dec. Everything was good. Seaweed salad was the same taste as most places that offer it which I like. This comes on a tiny bit of shredded lettuce, I think slivers of cucumber is better but this is still good. I liked the Mercedes-Benz Roll better than the Empire State of Mind Roll but both good. You can order online."
"Great comfort food and generous portions. I've gotten take out and dined in, had great service both times. The vibes are welcoming in this fun little restaurant with yummy dishes."
"Wonderful experience here. We forgot to make a reservation and we had 5 people, but they were able to accommodate us within 15 minutes. They even offered to move us to a larger table when one opened up. In addition, the service was fantastic. If anything, our waitress was a bit delayed in checking on us, but only because they were SLAMMED. And for a good reason -- the food was delicious. Everyone at my table enjoyed their food. I left with a gigantic belly and a laundry list of items I'd like to try at a future visit."
"It was such a treat to find this place in Cleveland after going to the Cleveland Clinic. We visited Japan from the end of March to beginning of April and it's hard to find very authentic places. This is the most authentic that we've found in Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Wow! Loved it! The person behind the counter was very nice too. My mom and I both had the Shrimp tempura ramen bowl with a few minor modifications. They were absolutely delicious. Super authentic! We had all different kinds of ramen all over Japan and this is definitely on par with what we had there. Such a wonderful surprise! Love the walls being painted to look like a city in Japan! So cute! We'll definitely be back to try the pork buns, gyoza and onigiri. If you love Japanese food, do yourself a favor and try it. You won't be sorry."
