"This is my go-to gas station for gas, snacks, and late night drunk food! Not gonna lie, I mostly go to see Anita (featured in my attached photos!!). She is a freaking star! Posing for selfies like she struts the red carpet! This woman works the late night shift so that she can spend time with her grandson during the day. How freaking sweet is that?! I wish she was my grandma. Anyway she puts up with me and my drunk friends on the occasional night out and is always so sweet. Oh and their food options are fantastic and taste so good. They also have BOMB donuts."

I'm grading a Shell gas station right now who knew this would ever happen.Okay I'm staying with a friend right down the street is a Shell gas station that's pouting fried chicken with signs all over the windows. Look it's that or Burger King Taco Bell or McDonald's within walking distance so I'm like screw it I'll check out some chicken and I walk into people are leaving and I asked a if you ever had chicken here is it any good to both occasions people smile and give a thumbs-up I'm going to go okay what's up with that. Additionally there's only one other review it's five stars I figured okay the owner reviewed himself can't blame him there.So the store is Middle Eastern own really super friendly people all smiles very very nice very friendly and welcoming I asked him a good luck on his side. Is is the chicken good I mean you got signs all over the windows is it absolutely should I order an 8-piece mixed dark and white meat he rushes over and gives me a fried boneless chicken strip I usually don't like these I'm not big on white meat chicken breast is always dried out always no matter where you go it's like finding a unicorn when you find a a chicken breast that's like moist and taste good that's just me.This chicken strip was freaking fantastic and I was just sort of hungry a little munchie it's not like I was starving and like anything taste good this chicken strip with outstanding I got my 8-piece brought it back to the house this chicken blows away KFC and I'm actually not a KFC fan and I've got to tell you it's on par if not possibly better yet different than Popeyes! So this is really a fantastic Fried Chicken store with a built-in convenience store the toy large by the way huge selection of everything that just happens this all gas outside I was really shocked and the food is Super Fresh they had pressure cookers and fires going in the background for chicken they had the steamy chicken in the glass window to order from this stuff is not been sitting around other people were leaving with chicken left and right the food is fresh it's delicious the customer service is warm inviting and friendly and if you like fried chicken your foolish not to stop in if you happen to be in the area. I'll be back probably a couple days can you eat fried chicken everyday but I will for sure be back maybe a 10 or 15 piece next time."

Oh Mama Mary - you have lured me back. I was on a huge Mama Mary Hummus (yes, it is primarily sold out of this Mobil Gas Station at Columbia/Sprague) binge in 2018/2019. After extensive therapy, I was able to ween myself off of it. My wallet was happy, as I was probably buying 4 containers a week for the better part of a year or two. In 2022, I was buying the Mama Mary hummus from the Lakewood Speedy Shak (Marathon Gas Station possibly???) at 140th/Bunts and Lakewood Hts. Blvd. - right off I-90. There selection is far less extensive than the "Home Base" in Columbia Station, but when you live a half hour away from the "Home Base" but only 5 minutes from Lakewood's, you do what you have to. It got so bad in Lakewood that the cashier knew me by name. Back into therapy and I slowly worked my way off of it.Cut to June 2023. I was in the area of the "Home Base" so I decided to visit an old friend, Mama Mary Hummus. First off, I noticed they significantly improved and opened the kitchen area. Looks nice. Secondly, I noticed that Habanaro, Zataar and Palestine (serrano and parsley) flavors are now in the mix. Being a huge fan of super hot stuff, I looked around and grabbed a couple Habanaro hummus along with the Baba and a roasted red pepper hummus for the wife.OK, usually no one makes anything that is hot using the habanaro pepper (at least to my tastes). Well this flavor hummus blew me away - it's a perfect heat to me (probably too hot for those that don't like heat) and immediately I was taken back into time with that Mama Mary consistency and flavor. Two days later, I drove back and snagged 3 more habanero and a Palestine. They were still out of Zataar. Three days later, I drove back snagging 3 more habanero along with the two Zataar hummus containers that were looking sad all by themselves in the cooler. All good, but habanero to me is still head and shoulders above the rest.Mama Mary - you have done it again. I am back in the fold big time!!!BTW - I am also a fan of their Italian Sub (Ham and Beef Salami). Mama Mary's son, who I think is the owner of the gas station, made it best. Unfortunately have not seen him on my latest binging. The gentleman there does a good job, but it is nothing like original owner's efforts.

Omg! Ali's Sunoco is serving delicious gyros and other fabulous sandwiches, right inside of this store! Check out Ali's great menu of scrumptious sandwiches and other treats... at great prices. Corned beef is a "must try"! Can't wait to check out other delicious food from his awesome menu! Ali's Sunoco is located at 979 N. Leavitt Rd in Amherst! This Sunoco is well stocked with your favorite snacks and offers your favorite cold and hot beverages.... newer gas pumps are quite efficient. #SatisfiedCustomer

Stopped here on our way out of town. I decided to just try getting some lunch from here. Got food for four people for around $30 so it wasn't too badly priced. Food was all pretty tasty too. Ordered the flatbread pizza, chicken quesadilla, sliders, hot dog, mozzarella sticks, fries, and curly fries. Definitely better than most gas station food and was prepped fresh after you ordered. The place was pretty clean, well stocked, bathrooms were clean and staff was all pretty friendly.

I can't believe this is a gas station!!!Their customer service is amazing and the store is always clean and shining and the food is OMG!!!this place is a must try....chicken tinder's are one of the best in town.

First time coming here, this looks like a much newer location as well. Though the outside was beautiful, inside was a different story. It was very messy and unorganized. Hardly anything in the shelves. Bathrooms were disgusting, service wasn't too friendly but the hot food was at least great.

I order the Jalapeño poppers and they were overcooked, barely any cheese and they did NOT give me my dipping sauce that I was CHARGED for on my soul I will NOT be returning and I wish I could ofspoke to the manager this was unacceptable I am talking to corporate! THEN my daughter order the appetizers and there was a sub in the bag!

"I placed a mobile order on the app. Drove over and sat like an idiot at the box not paying any attention lol I finally looked at the box and realized it's a push button ordering box. So I drove around sort of confused as what I should do. I sat at the first window for a minute and saw a second window so I moved up. I wasn't sure which window they work. I waited about a minute and a super friendly employee came to the window. I explained to her that I wasn't sure if I was just supposed to pull up or whatever since I've never been there. She said I was fine. I told her my name and my order was ready. She grabbed it and handed it to me. I got a hot chocolate it's very good but very sweet, next time I'll get sugar free. I also ordered an apple fritter. With it being close by and easily accessible I'm sure I will be frequenting this establishment."
"The store was already filthy on the grand opening day. Soda stains all over by the drink machines and trash covering the floor. I just placed a delivery order through the Sheetz app and was given someone else's food. Idk how the workers here confused someone else's bagged order that says "awaiting payment" with my pre paid order. Clearly aren't paying attention to what they're doing. Wont return and I would suggest everyone who orders food to double check"
"If I could give zero stars, I would. Despite there not being many people inside, we waited 25 minutes for our food. My husband's came out wrong, it took ten more minutes to fix it but then they said it would be longer for hash browns. We said we'd take it without them, so we got an ice cold sandwich. They gave us a couple drink coupons (which we'd never use) and we left. Ive never seen such a lack of urgency in my life. Everyone behind the counter looked like they were working in slow motion. What a mess."
