"Best gast station in Norwalk! Has AMAZING chicken and jojo's. Lots and lots of options for sandwiches as well. The staff are really friendly and proficient at their jobs. Gas pumps aren't the greatest feature, as they only have four pumps and limited room. They also have a drive thru which makes life easy on those lazy days. I go here for all my drink and snack needs."

"You've got to be kidding me. I'm grading a Shell gas station right now who knew this would ever happen.Okay I'm staying with a friend right down the street is a Shell gas station that's pouting fried chicken with signs all over the windows. Look it's that or Burger King Taco Bell or McDonald's within walking distance so I'm like screw it I'll check out some chicken and I walk into people are leaving and I asked a if you ever had chicken here is it any good to both occasions people smile and give a thumbs-up I'm going to go okay what's up with that. Additionally there's only one other review it's five stars I figured okay the owner reviewed himself can't blame him there.So the store is Middle Eastern own really super friendly people all smiles very very nice very friendly and welcoming I asked him a good luck on his side. Is is the chicken good I mean you got signs all over the windows is it absolutely should I order an 8-piece mixed dark and white meat he rushes over and gives me a fried boneless chicken strip I usually don't like these I'm not big on white meat chicken breast is always dried out always no matter where you go it's like finding a unicorn when you find a a chicken breast that's like moist and taste good that's just me.This chicken strip was freaking fantastic and I was just sort of hungry a little munchie it's not like I was starving and like anything taste good this chicken strip with outstanding I got my 8-piece brought it back to the house this chicken blows away KFC and I'm actually not a KFC fan and I've got to tell you it's on par if not possibly better yet different than Popeyes! So this is really a fantastic Fried Chicken store with a built-in convenience store the toy large by the way huge selection of everything that just happens this all gas outside I was really shocked and the food is Super Fresh they had pressure cookers and fires going in the background for chicken they had the steamy chicken in the glass window to order from this stuff is not been sitting around other people were leaving with chicken left and right the food is fresh it's delicious the customer service is warm inviting and friendly and if you like fried chicken your foolish not to stop in if you happen to be in the area. I'll be back probably a couple days can you eat fried chicken everyday but I will for sure be back maybe a 10 or 15 piece next time."

"If I could give zero stars, I would. Despite there not being many people inside, we waited 25 minutes for our food. My husband's came out wrong, it took ten more minutes to fix it but then they said it would be longer for hash browns. We said we'd take it without them, so we got an ice cold sandwich. They gave us a couple drink coupons (which we'd never use) and we left. Ive never seen such a lack of urgency in my life. Everyone behind the counter looked like they were working in slow motion. What a mess."

"Almost always the cheapest around Case Western Reserve University and Little Italy. There are not that many pumps at this station so it may get crowded in the lot. Patience is definitely a virtue here. Because it is right on Euclid, it is easily accessible but it can be a hassle getting into the station when there is a lot of heavy traffic so choose what time you go carefully. The store is pretty small but it does carry some alcohol and snacks. Overall, saving 20-30 cents per gallon is a good reason for me to go here for my gas."

"I placed a mobile order on the app. Drove over and sat like an idiot at the box not paying any attention lol I finally looked at the box and realized it's a push button ordering box. So I drove around sort of confused as what I should do. I sat at the first window for a minute and saw a second window so I moved up. I wasn't sure which window they work. I waited about a minute and a super friendly employee came to the window. I explained to her that I wasn't sure if I was just supposed to pull up or whatever since I've never been there. She said I was fine. I told her my name and my order was ready. She grabbed it and handed it to me. I got a hot chocolate it's very good but very sweet, next time I'll get sugar free. I also ordered an apple fritter. With it being close by and easily accessible I'm sure I will be frequenting this establishment."

"Friendship 'Chicken'!! Great new gas station. Only been here for a couple months and they already had 2 stints w/ free coffees anytime plus deals on chicken tenders, sandwiches & pizza. Their tenders are exceptional Tenderonis! Super impressed with offering of drinks & food. Hot chocolate is really good too. Staff is always friendly (they better be right)! Extremely clean in there & nice 'n bright. Glad they opened a gas station in that dead zone, much needed!!"

BP - Chagrin Falls

"This BP is 5 stars all the way for me, and I'll explain why. It may not be 5 stars to you for two reasons: first, gas is usually more expensive than surrounding stations, and second, it could probably use a remodel (although to me that is part of its charm).This BP has the friendliest, most helpful staff you will ever find. They are all really great. Also, BP Chagrin is open 24/7/365 (366 in a leap year). If you are making pancakes at 4 AM and realize you are out of milk, they are there for you. If you need batteries or bread on Christmas Day, they are there for you. They also sell diesel, kerosene, propane tanks, and ice. They are also active in the community. They are always allowing local groups to use there space and water for fundraising car washes etc.Thank you Chagrin BP, for always being there."

"The store was already filthy on the grand opening day. Soda stains all over by the drink machines and trash covering the floor. I just placed a delivery order through the Sheetz app and was given someone else's food. Idk how the workers here confused someone else's bagged order that says "awaiting payment" with my pre paid order. Clearly aren't paying attention to what they're doing. Wont return and I would suggest everyone who orders food to double check"

"This is my go-to gas station for gas, snacks, and late night drunk food! Not gonna lie, I mostly go to see Anita (featured in my attached photos!!). She is a freaking star! Posing for selfies like she struts the red carpet! This woman works the late night shift so that she can spend time with her grandson during the day. How freaking sweet is that?! I wish she was my grandma. Anyway she puts up with me and my drunk friends on the occasional night out and is always so sweet. Oh and their food options are fantastic and taste so good. They also have BOMB donuts."
