"Came here after our visit to the Rock Hall because my daughter wanted steak. Sabrina had a very welcoming smile and was happy to explain the outside parking to us. For starters I tried their poutine. The cheese had a nice pull and the gravy had pieces of onions in it. It was flavorful and I enjoyed it.My sirloin steak was cooked to the correct temperature I requested of medium well, but it was type tough and a little difficult for me to chew.I got the Latin Passion mule to drink because I like 21 seeds cucumber jalapeño tequila, the passion fruit purée balanced it.When we were waiting for the bill, my sister ran into the bathroom. After the check was complete, I walked to my car. Sabrina was kind enough to get my attention; I didn't realize my sister left her Fanny pack In the booth. Thank you Sabrina!"
"The food was delicious and the waitress was very friendly and social. She was very attentive. They do make sure that you don't leave hungry with the amount of food they give you."
"Beautiful restaurant with a gorgeous patio. The food & service were exceptional, and the price was shockingly reasonable. I can't wait to go back... and back and back again"
"They have amazing service and really good waffles. My sister loves the egg plant Parmesan and talks about it every time we ride past. If you're in the area you should give it a try. Just make sure it's not Sunday though, because they aren't open on Sundays."
"This bar is excellent. Excellent service, excellent food, and a great group atmosphere.I got a pizza and my girlfriend got wings. We both enjoyed the food. We would highly recommend it to anyone."

Waitress wasn't attentive. Inside's decor was ok (kind of outdated)nothing spectacular. Food was good. I ordered a buffalo crispy chicken Spanish wrap w/ provolone & bleu cheese crumbles only. It came w/ a pickle & side. I picked tater tots as my side. Who doesn't love tater tots? lol! Inside was a chill vibe & it was a little busy! This place is located downtown by the 1st energy stadium. There actually was a Cleveland guardians baseball game going on(9/15). I wouldn't mind coming back here for the food (was alright for me).Service not so though.

Famous Dave's has a long deserved reputation. In the Cleveland which is good barbecue desert,.. the trip to North Olmsted is worth the trek. For me, the standard critic's trick of spreading the variety made the most sense. So, again, I chose the platter. The brisket was a master piece!Carefully smoked and saturated with yum -yum smokiness. The baked beans were minutely sweet; the corn on the cob, though petite, nonetheless, tasty.Three items offer a balanced evacuation, two quite commendable and one not so much. The potato wedges, standing in for french fries, were spectacular; firm and hot and nicely seasoned. The chicken was a mild Cajun delight; lightly spicy but still welcoming. But woe onto lazy chefs who allow their minds to wonder and their fingers to bungle the signature item... namely baby back ribs. My wife and I were confronted with a fat sandwich dangling on a bone. This was noFamous Dave's! I will return to see if remedial steps were taken. My faith in Famous Dave's is that this was an anomaly.I shall return,Reg S

Great food on our way to the CLE for a game. Their wings are banging! We head loaded fries and a pizza too and it was great. The bartender is a sweetheart and took great care of us. We will be back!

Just a solid basic breakfast place. Great service, kept the coffee filled and hot. Basic diner style restaurant but we just sat at the bar. Cheap prices but great food, and very clean restaurant. We will be back for breakfast there

Some places will surprise you with a cool atmosphere or food that you weren't expecting; then there is Union House which was exactly what it seems to be a dive bar/restaurant with decent food. Union House is suppose to have a great Friday fish fry so I gave them a try.Walking into Union House you find a dimly lit room with no real decor to speak of. The front half of the large room is the dining area with ordinary tables and chairs, the back half is a large bar area, there is even an old school bowling machine.I ordered the Clam Chowder and the Fish Fry. The bowl of Chowder was decent sized with enough clams and potatoes, but there was nothing terribly distinctive about it. The fish was a nice sized Cod fillet, battered and fried. The batter was good, but the fish underneath was just ok. The fries and slaw were both acceptable, but there was nothing that I could have picked as special or different. I love a good dive as much or more than most people, but for a dive to make it as one of my favorites, there has to be some sort of vision or inspiration that raises it above just average, unfortunately for me Union House did not have any such spark.

My favorite place to eat in Akron, Chuck is an amazing chef and knows exactly how to make what's really, really good. Love the chicken wings, greens, hashbrowns, fish and turkey burger sliders I had today. Top notch eats, I highly recommend "Mick and Shirley's" for your next breakfast, lunch or dinner!

"This is a nice little neighborhood diner that makes decent breakfast, lunches, and dinners. The menu is large and they have specials too. All is good. It's not going to be the best you've ever had but it is clean, service is nice, lots of parking, and the food is ok. The salads are pretty big. I like the chef salad. Soups are pretty good. Sandwiches are good too. I think the sandwiches are more suited to lunch size portions. If you have a big appetite get a special, or supplement with soup or salad. Otherwise it's just a nice neighborhood diner. No frills but decent food."
"My wife and I stopped here for lunch while we waited on an oil change at our Kia dealer. The fish sandwich was awesome and the staff super nice snd friendly. We met the owner who was incredibly nice snd has great plans to extend the menu; her family also owns Whiteys which is a great place in Richfield. We will definitely stop back."
"I like the way they cook their ribs. I prefer ribs without sauce and their ribs are good enough to eat without anything on them. The portion size was ik too."
"Markko Vineyard on a beautiful fall day. Both my wife and I had the BBQ Pulley Pork Sandwich. The meat and sauce were done to perfection and yes, it was sloppy! Paired with a Markko Pinot Rose, music by Lyle James Heath and great weather, what else do you need!"
