"Outstanding food!Just like being in Hong Kong Flavors, ambiance it's all legit and delicious!"
"Came in on a hoppin Saturday night 10 days before Christmas and the place was packed! If you come on the weekend reservations are probably a good idea. Parking will be hit/miss, you might get somewhere close. You might park 4 blocks away like I had to. The inside has a nice vibe as it's situated in an older building with lots of brick. The place is loud if it's busy so be prepared for that. The food is all really good, from the pho to the rangoons and egg rolls to all the sushi. My only chief complaint and I'm offering grace here because I know it was busy, is that it took a solid 25-30 minutes to get the appetizers after we got our drinks. Otherwise the service was good as well as the food. Check it out!"
"This was my first time at this restaurant. I was a part of a big party and I was able to sample different appetizers. The lettuce wraps and the grape leaf that was filled with meat and spices was very tasty. My entree was so salty. I asked about the sauce and was told it was a barbecue type sauce. When it arrived, the sauce was a salty gravy that I had to doctor up to make edible. The staff was mostly attentive but two people returned their dishes and asked to get a replacement. Our server never returned to take their replacement order so they just sat and watched us eat. I might try them again again but only if I am already downtown. I would try another Vietnamese restaurant first."
"I ordered this for delivery and it was amazing! The curry and noodles were so flavorful. The mild had the right amount of spice and was delicious! I will definitely get it again!"
"What a gem. Simple Vietnamese fare - with a focus on fresh lemongrass and ginger flavors. The menu also carries some basic Chinese dishes. I ordered the vegetable fried rolls and could taste the fresh veg/herbs in them. Two to an order, and they were so good I ordered another round during the meal. Excellent summer rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce. Our table had an excellent chicken pho; shrimp with scallions, ginger and steamed broccoli; and the vermicelli bun with chicken ginger and fried onions. I am looking forward to returning as you can order their vermicelli bun one of three ways: ginger/fried onions; lemongrass; or curry. As good as the food was - service is the standout. Staff greeted a number of regulars at tables or take out orders knowing what their orders would be without having to bring menus. Even though it was our first time we received the same warmth and familiarity."
"Awesome sushi! This place is always packed. We get salmon hand rolls. They are full of salmon. Not a couple of small pieces. Totally worth it."
"No utensils with delivery really sucked. Scallion pancake was fine. Came with mystery spicy almost fruity chili sauce. The pork belly stew rice bowl was a couple chunks of stewed homogenous pork belly which was disappointing over rice unable to be eaten much due to no utensils included!! Peanut butter chicken came w weird side of green beans and was over rice. This was basically breaded chicken with a bit of peanutty sauce. It needed more sauce badly. Sad."
"I didn't realize that I had been to this restaurant before.I ordered takeout and picked it up. Which is think made a huge difference rather than having a delivery service. The food was piping hot and it seems like it's a popular place for takeout. It was towards the end of their service and although online ordering was done, we could still call and place the order. There were a few people waiting to collect their takeout orders. The customer service was great and the restaurant looks quite nice. The takeout pick up is in the very back of the restaurant.I got the pan fried dumplings and the Siam tofu curry. The curry is definitely much better than the past order. The broth was so flavorful that I would've been over the moon with just a bowl of that either way rice. Of course there was rice and veggies which were delicious. I wish the tofu would've been able to soak up the broth more but I wouldn't say that's a deal breaker by any means. The dumplings were ok. The dipping sauce made them more tasty. But I wouldn't say this is a must order.I think next time I'll get a curry and try some noodles. Definitely would come back again"
"Came here on a Friday night after having a not so tasty experience at another restaurant in the area. It was a great pivot lol Solid choice for classic dishes. The service was attentive and fast. Plum wine also very tasty."
"Chinese buffet with a large selection. Don't miss the hibachi section in the back, where you pick your meat and veggies and they grill it up for you.Good food but mostly the same things you'll see at any Chinese buffet.Despite the name, not really Japanese, except for a modest selection of sushi and the hibachi & noodles."
"Food is good but please please provide as much rice as you do with protein! The small container of rice is really a turn off which is the reason for the four (4) stars."
"We enjoy eating here!!! It's right on the square in Medina!!! Our food is always excellent! And of course, we love Dino!!!! He's the manager and he always takes good care of us!!! We love the spicy shrimp salad, the pot stickers, egg rolls and chicken wraps!!! Great appetizers!!! We also love the Peach Schnapps chicken with crunchy rice!!! Yummy!!! My date likes house Chou Fun noodles!!! One of my favorite places!!!!"

Delicious. Consistently. Fresh ingredients, great sauces. You'll need a reservation on busy nights like Friday and Saturday. Great sushi, great pho, my favorite curry is the avocado curry. Walnut chicken is wonderful. The strawberry mojito mocktail is so tasty. Nice atmosphere, great for date nights or just meeting friends. Or carry out alone :)

I came here for a quick dinner with a friend before we saw another friend of ours perform downtown. Upon arrival, we realized there was a Cavs game because downtown was packed. The restaurant filled up, but service was quick and friendly. The owner and his wife were very active in the dining room, checking up on customers and helping to clear tables and bring out food. My friend and I both ordered the bún vermicelli; a bowl with thin rice noodles, bean sprouts, chopped lettuce, picked carrot/daikon, sliced cucumbers, a sweet house vinaigrette, and your choice of protein/tofu/spring rolls. I ordered mine with the veggie spring rolls, my friend ordered his with the charbroiled pork. I was blown away by how delicious and flavorful this dish was. The portions were big, and although I usually box up a good part of my meal, I finished this in record time. I even ordered the same dish to-go so I could have it the next day. Great service, very affordable, amazing authentic Vietnamese cuisine...I would highly recommend and can't wait to go again to try more of the menu. Oh and they validate parking if you use the E 4th valet service. I paid 50$ cash to park due to the Cavs game. But with my validated ticket, I was refunded 40$ when I picked up my car!

Got take out tonight. Hubby had the chicken cashew and I had appetizers, fried gyoza and vegetable spring rolls. All of it was really good! The chicken cashew was as good as our previous favorite Thai restaurant. The gyoza was crisp and I personally like the dipping sauce much better than other restaurants. It had a savory sweet and saltiness to it. The vegetable spring rolls were fresh and crispy too. The food was piping hot even when we got it home. Good quick service and well priced. The restaurant is very simple but the food superb.

Really delicious pho and spring rolls. This little gem is a locally owned and authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The owners came out and spoke with us too. They were so personable. Great experience.

I love Taiwanese food and was super excited to eat here. They didn't have the braised pork belly (they said something about it being a seasonal dish) which made me sad! Instead, I opted for the braised pork with rice and an order of the popcorn chicken. Braised pork with rice was basically minced pork with rice. Wasn't really what I was expecting, but oh well. As for the popcorn chicken it was nothing like traditional popcorn chicken! Taiwanese popcorn chicken is coated in five spice and is juicy and crispy. They use a different type of seasoning and batter here. Again, not what I was expecting when I think of popcorn chicken.

I love Thai gormet! And I am so glad we have something local to satisfy my thai craving! I tried takeout for the first time, and I definitely believe this place is much better sitting inside but that's typically how most food is! I tried the pad kee-mao for the first time, and it was good but a bit too saucy for me. The noodles were a bit tough and stuck together which probably is just from the takeout box but it was flavorful but felt it was lacking meat. I would definitely stick with the pad thai or a stirfry from them. But it had a bold spicy flavor which I appreciate and I'm glad I tried it. The spicy minced chicken was a great size for the price and it being an appetizer. It was SO flavorful, and I just wanted to eat the chicken and order that all over again! So yummy. The wonton soup wasn't my favorite, the broth was basic but the wontons were soft and flavorful so I definitely tried to get a bite of wonton in every scoop. I probably wouldn't order it again, but it was nice to try as I know I already love a lot from Thai Gourmet. If looking for an app, try the potstickers!

"My partner has insisted for a long time that Chin's is the best Chinese in the Akron area. He used to live just around the block, but now we live in Cuyahoga Falls, and in the 4 years we've been here, I've been pretty disappointed by every place we've tried (except for Sushia Asia Gourmet, which has a great Sichuan menu). Chin's appears to be more Cantonese style; while there is a dining room, it is has apparently been closed since COVID. We had a couple drinks at Frank's Place and placed our order. 15 minutes later, it was hot and ready. My car smelled so good that my mouth was watering. He ordered the Cantonese chicken, which was good but kind of basic. My stir fried chicken and veggies in ginger sauce were better--and the veggies were so fresh and crisp. You may have noticed, but there's a garden behind the restaurant, and they grow a lot of their own produce. The star of the night was the veggie Egg Foo Young, which I'd never tried before. I saw photos of it online and had to try it. Wow. Egg Foo Young: where have you been all my life? I feel like I'm going to have a new food hyperfixation because this was absolutely delicious and fresh, and I've never had anything like it before. It was a very thin, very crispy omelet with veggies folded in, and then it was covered with a flavorful brown gravy. There are so many other things I want to try, and I can confidently say that my partner was right. It was worth the drive, and our food stayed warm even after a pit stop for beer on the way home. Our meal at Chin's was a reminder of just how good Chinese food can be when it's just not chicken nuggets covered in a sweet sauce."
"Didn't think I would have such great Vietnamese in the middle of Poland, Ohio!Spring rolls and crab rangoons were good, the Pho was really delicious with really great broth. The beef specifically in the vermicelli noodle bowl was outstanding, very well marinated.Prices are super reasonable and service was very friends and fast. I'm excited to come back next time I'm in the area!"
"When Richmond Mall was in decline, and then closed, and then the Pandemic hit, a lot of stores in that neighborhood also closed or barely hung on. That included a once thriving Chinese restaurant on Richmond Road right across of the Mall, Hunan East. Since 2020, it was limited to take out only. Hunan East is back as a full service restaurant for the first time since the beginning of the Pandemic! It has new very experienced ownership, and the food is OUTSTANDING!If it's not on the menu they will make it by request. For example, they made me the best Hot and Sour Soup I've ever had. Because I don't eat pork, they made steamed pot stickers stuffed with chicken and vegetables. On the menu, a first for us, Chicken with Chinese Egg Plant was delicious. We plan to eat our way through this new menu!"
"I was abundantly satisfied with my first experience with Panda Wok. I picked up an order to go. I called ahead to check the price and was a little off-put by the price of a hand roll, but it was still cheaper than other places so I decided to get them there. (I am spicy tuna hand roll connoisseur). Their wait time that I was told was accurate. My hand rolls were incredible. The sushi was generously portioned and tasted fresh. The spicy mayo was on point, some spicy mayos are gross and that's always so disappointing. They were really busy but were great about keeping track of everyone's orders and super, super polite. Thank you!"
"Love this place and atmosphere. The food is delicious and always comes out on time. The service is polite and prompt. Another place that I love due to its smaller size"
"Yum!!! After being convinced how wonderful this place was by my co worker I tried it out. After enjoying it so much my husband called in a takeout order and loved being able to get it from the drive through window. Everything was GREAT! However if you have to get one surprisingly good item...vegetable dumplings! WOW! I could've eaten the entire order of them myself. Everything else was great and priced fair. Would recommend!"
"It's a nice touch that in late December they give you a nice free calendar. This is QUALITY food, much fresher than a buffet. They have been here since the early 1980s. The take out order was ready when I arrived."
"Nice family Chinese restaurant in the area. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food came out very hot and to order, packed with flavor. Got the vegetarian egg roll and lo mein, both we very good. Portion sizes were spot on with other Chinese restaurant along with being reasonably priced. Recommend if just craving some Chinese food in the area."
"Wow! Haven't been here in years, but decided to give it a try since they reopened. We planned to sit in/at the bar area, but thaf side of restaurant was closed bc they didn't have a bartender. No big deal. We were seated and our waitress was efficient w water and menus. I ordered the Chicken War Siu Gai (sp?) and my husband ordered the General Tso Chicken. We were given a small bowl of won ton soup to start which was a pleasant surprise. It was delicious! My War Sia Gai was the BEST I've ever had of this dish. Most restaurants in the area just serve little tenders w gravy on the side. This was served over a bed of lettuce w an amazing portion size and was cooked perfectly. My husband loved his meal as well. Amazing portion sizes and service. We will definitely be back! I hope they make it and stay open this time around!"
"We are glad that this buffet survived Covid! One of our favorite things here is the sushi. The sushi is wonderful and it is included in the buffet price. When we have a group of people, this is a great place to go because there is something for everyone. From American food to American Chinese food and ice cream and dessert - so everyone is happy - even the kids! I think that the price for what you get is well worth it, especially in today's economy."
"We were very confused when we walked in thinking this was a traditional buffet. Buy pleasantly surprised to have it explained to us that for $22.95 per plate you could order off of the buffet menu and the food was made fresh. My wife started with the Godzilla roll, I had 4 pieces of sashimi, chefs choice, white tuna, salmon, mackeral and ahi tuna. Then clear soup, shared 4 pieces of crab Rangoon, and chicken lettuce wraps. I then picked a spicy tuna roll that was very much delicious. The main course was chicken pad Thai for me and hibachi chicken with vege fried rice for my wife. Both hot and delicious. We each had a couple bottles of Sapporo to round out dinner. $67 before tip, excellent dinner. Ryan, our waiter, was very attentive. If you are looking for a sit down buffet with many different options then this is the place."
"Go here for authentic Chinese and Szechuan food. So good and full of flavor. More people need to come here!!!!! The recipes are phenomenal and there's so much this restaurant offers. The dishes we ordered tasted like genuine Chinese cuisine and were made with a lot of attention. The restaurant has a nostalgic feel to it, but what I really enjoy was the lighting in the place, very warm and welcoming."
"I bookmarked Szechuan Gourmet a while back and I decided that tonight's dinner night was going to be at this restaurant. The reviews were excellent, so off we went. Upon arrival around 6pm, the place was nearly empty and we were promptly seated. A waitress took our drink requests and provided menus. We requested pot stickers as an appetizer and my daughter requested wonton soup. A minute later, the soup was delivered along with the potstickers. My daughter said the wonton soup was excellent and she made it disappear quickly. The potstickers were also excellent and my expectations were brimming. For dinner, I requested General Tso's chicken, my son requested sweet and sour chicken, and my wife requested pork and vegetables. We all requested fried rice.Soon after, the food arrived. The flavors were excellent and the level of spice was noticeable, but not overwhelming. I noticed a salty taste to my dish, as did my wife. My son's sweet and sour chicken was perfect. My daughter really liked her pork dish. After eating more of our meals, my wife and I both agreed that the amount of MSG was just too much. The dishes were very salty. Later that evening, we had to keep drinking water because we were getting dehydrated. While the flavors were good, some of the dishes can be very salty. The service was excellent."
"Still love this place! They need pork entrees on the menu like they have at the real/fake, Ameri/Chinese restaurants on the east coast. (Boneless spareribs, anyone? How is a rib boneless?!)Lack of pig options aside, I love Hanami. Order accuracy is paramount at this restaurant, And the best of their (too large) menu is unrivaled."
"Lee's Panda Garden is one of our favorite Chinese restaurants to go eat at. Their customer service is great and the food is delicious."
"Solid Chinese take out. Our favorites are the pork fried rice and the Singapore Chow Mei fun (it's not really spicy although there's a chili next to it - so those of you scared of spice - you can handle this, too.)They're quick and reliable. There's a bar next door, where you can grab a drink while waiting for your take out. What can be better? 4 stars because as someone else said - it's not a sit down, fancy place where the server makes you feel special. But it's great takeout! We keep coming back regularly."
"This restaurant is near a good friends house and is a go to when we want Asian cuisine. They have a great menu that features Chinese and Japanese specialties. I personally love the General Tso Tofu. It has great flavor and better texture than the chicken version. Love to get it extra spicy."
"Great place for Chinese takeout. Inexpensive and you get A LOT of food. If you like sushi, the sushi burritos will blow your mind. Sometimes you will wait a little longer than normal, but it's worth it. Food comes out hot and delicious!"
"This is a take out place, no doubt about it. With that said, I was very satisfied with the food because we wanted fast food that was heavy on the veggies with no soy sauce heaviness. It was exactly what we wanted. The folks here are definitely Thai, and they work together very well to take care of your order. Everyone was very nice including the chef/ cook to make sure what I asked for was what they were cooking. They have a ton of Thai options from pad Thai to Tom Yum to Pad Woon Sen to Panang Curry and so much more. The menu will have something for everyone. More importantly, the parking is super easy. The prices are a steal. The portions are very generous. The food was fresh and hot, made to order (literally, I could hear the food being cooked and see it being packaged) and for take out, I have no complaints. If I wanted more take out, I would be back here in a heartbeat."
"While they were super friendly and very fast. Cute little spot. I think I'm biased with Chinese food having grown up in California with real Chinese places in San Francisco. I've yet to find a great Chinese spot in Ohio. The won ton soup has an ok flavor but the same weird thick wraps as all other Chinese places around here. Not my thing. The pu pu platter was ok also. If I was going to get anything off of that again it would be the shrimp toast and the ribs. The rest would be a miss. I'm not a fan of egg rolls so I didn't try them. The shrimp was mostly greasy breading and I didn't try the chicken fingers, my friends daughter did. She seemed to like them. The beef was ok not something I would get again. The mu shu pork was pretty good. Lots of veg, not a lot of meat tho. The plum sauce is good as well. The hot tea was really good. I think it might've been oolong tea since that's what they had for sale up front. If I'm in the area I would probably pop in to grab some ribs but that would be all. Overall nice spot just not my kind of Chinese. This is more Americanized."
"Great restaurant in the heart of Coventry. The menus great but we go fir the best lo menu in the area. (We order pork lo mein.) it's good enough to pull us there when visiting one of the downtown museums. Or just a lo mein road trip. The best. Other favorites include egg foo yung, orange beef and hot & sour soup. Staff is friendly and food is quickly prepared. Just a nice place for a lunch on a weekend."
"My go to Chinese restaurant!!! The people there are so nice and professional. And there's even room for you to sit and have a nice lunch. Shrimp fried rice with crab ragu everything 5 out of 5"
"Nice venue for a small family dinner or a friends' get-together. Food is good, standard fare 4/5 Service is pleasant 4/5 (mostly seems like family members provide service?) Facility is homey, a little old-school. Restroom is dated 3/5 Plenty of parking on site Location -easy to access in small town"
