"Oh my gosh, there's a brewery in Massillon! Lured by the smell of French fries, my husband and I stumbled upon this little gem on a walk to downtown. There is a food truck parked out front...a seemingly permanent fixture...that acts as the kitchen for Paradigm Shift. There is seating outside, TV screens inside, and plenty of comfy leather couches. The beer is surprisingly amazing! The hubs and I did a flight. Our favorites were Spitfire, a red ale; a nitro milk stout; and some kind of smoky ale that was light and well...smoky (I thought it would be weird but it wasn't). We were totally taken aback by this place and will surely be back to try more! I hope they make a CIDER. Please, Paradigm Shift! I love ciders! If you're in the mood for some seriously good beer, mozzarella sticks, and a hamburger, come to Paradigm Shift!"
"Stopped in on a Wednesday for some drinks and dinner on a mild summer evening. The place was about half full and we were immediately entertained by each seat having a name or quote on the back. We got two pizzas the pepperoni with hot honey and the dill pickle. Both were tasty and had enough to take home leftovers. And while they have a nice variety of good tasting beer, they don't have flights. Instead we were offered half sized glasses. The husband and I had to agree on 4 beers to try because there's no way we're drinking 4 half pints each. That's a Friday night activity, not a Wednesday."
"PHOTOS ATTACHED!! I visited for the 1st time, for brunch, in late March 2022 with my friend, Sne, and some of her friends. There were 6 of us ladies total seated on a high table. I haven't been back since just because I try not to eat out too often and I enjoy trying different restaurants instead of going to the same place over and over again.BRUNCH -- Typical diner food. I ordered the Veggie Scramble ($8) -- Added chorizo for $2 extra. It came with scrambled eggs, roasted mushrooms, spinach, and sourdough toast (I got it WITHOUT CHEESE). It tasted good but it needed something extra like hot sauce. They also have salads, burgers, etc.SERVICE -- Definitely on the slower end but we all arrived during peak hours for late breakfast/early lunch so the fact that they were BUSY was expected.I don't know if I'll be back for their brunch. They are definitely known for their beer; hence the name, Nano BREW. So if you drink alcohol, then this establishment is most likely up your alley. I don't drink so I can't comment on their beer but they seem to be a local favourite amongst residents. ****- 5/150 total reviews in 2023- 556 total overall Yelp reviews- Reviewed on 7 January 2023"
"Cute local brewery. Very clean, great beer selection and trendy quaint atmosphere. I recommend trying the hazy!"
"Sweet people trying real hard to find their niche on a very changing tourism scene. Genuine craft brewery and best breakfast in the island. Give them some business. They deserve it."
"Absolutely Fantastic! We were doing a staycation this year and planned to go to several new to us restaurants. This was by far our family's favorite one. We grabbed the Large Pretzel for an appetizer, my husband tried two of the beers and loved them both. Then we all got something different. The price was great too! We ended up going on a Monday so two or the kids meals were free. Everyone loved everything. We will absolutely be going back!"
"A total hidden gem! Found myself in Kent for business. My conference ended early and I remembered I had seen Bell Tower on Instagram and decided to check it out. I'm so glad I did! I did a beer flight. There were so many options that made it hard to chose but I was open to trying anything. The tasting was a great experience, some were better than others (according to my taste buds). They have a great food selection as well! Nice to keep the good vibes going. The interior was breathtaking. From the color scheme to the different seating options, amazing. Love the concept of old church converted to brewery. Great experience!"
"For an early morning breakfast at the airport I wanna say I was blown away. The bartender was such a cool likeable person. I got the basic breakfast and those scrambled eggs were some of the best I ever had. Cooked perfectly. Not over cooked or undercooked just perfect. I've ate at some fancy places and never had eggs this good. Didn't have beer just coffee but the coffee was not bad at all"
"I am honestly ashamed of myself that I have been popping into this brewery since they opened but I have not yet written a review for them! I've done Zumba classes here, gone on dates here, I even bought my niece a t-shirt from here! I think it's the best brewery on Front street. Nice variety of beers and good food options to go with them! Plenty of indoor seating and some outdoor as well on nice days. Pleasant service all around. I always go with a beer flight and like to show up on the weekends when they first open - not as crowded or loud."
"Im going to bump them up a star because I see they are making an effort to promote mask wearing and the manager/bartender Brian is awesome. Just got a basic pretzel with cheese and the cheese was a watery yuck. Doesn't encourage me to eat more here. I got 6 more weeks. Let's see.."
"This was our last stop after a long day of hiking and beer drinking for the Summit Brew Path. We were pretty worn out so I'm not sure we gave Thirsty Dog the best try. I only did a 5oz taster of the Lemon Shandy $3, it was A-Ok. Oh, I did take a sip of two fruit IPAs (blood orange and pineapple) but they were too bitter for me. Staff was pleasant. Room smelled strongly of popcorn. They have an outdoor area. Lots of parking. Right down the road from their Sour Haus and production facility. Thirsty Dog is pretty well known in NEO so you are likely able to purchase their beer at the store or it will be on tap at local bars/restaurants."
"One of the most fantastic breweries in all of North Central, Ohio. The King family has really outdone themselves, and we are so proud to be able to now call them friends. Please visit, introduce yourself to the staff because it's all very personal and very family oriented. You won't be disappointed in any beer you try."

First time here, and it didn't disappoint! We went on a Sunday afternoon, as part of the Hall of Fame Hops Brew Trail. While Paradigm Shift is easy to pass by from the outside, our food and beer was very memorable. As an appetizer, we got the pretzel sticks with beer cheese and mustard. These were easily the best pretzel sticks I've ever had. They came out hot and fresh, and the beer cheese was phenomenal! Not to be outdone, my wife really enjoyed her chicken caesar wrap, while my North Street hoagie (pepperoni, ham, salami, mozzarella, spinach, hot pepper relish, and tomato) was extremely flavorful and filling. They offered 18 beers on tap, with crowlers (32 oz.) and growlers (64 oz.) available as well. We both tried the Strawberry Blonde ale and enjoyed it so much we bought a crowler to take home. Without a doubt, we will be back at some point in the near future!

I stopped in here with the family on a Friday evening and had a good experience. The kids were satisfied with the kids meals and they loved the soft pretzel APP. The burgers were good, but I highly suggest getting a double patty has one four ounce patty is not enough in my opinion. The spicy poblano burger was definitely good and it had a good spice to it. The amount of fries or tater tots they provide with a burger is not a whole lot, so getting an appetizer before dinner is a good suggestion.

Cool island brewery. Kelleys Island Brewery has a good selection on tap. It has a surprisingly large amount. On the island there's lots of bars but not as good as beer as here. They also have a small food menu. I came with my lady friend and we walked from the ferry. It's quite a long walk but we didn't want to shell out to get a cart. This looked like a very small place that couldn't possibly have that much to offer. It was shocking but they had a pretty big beer menu. The beers are usually about $5 a pint. I had the Anniversary Ale. It's a lighter beer with good taste. They have a small food menu too. It's a lot of fish which isn't surprising since this is on an island. The chips and salsa are about $5 and come in a big portion. It has many good beers. It may be a bit slow but the staff is busy with crazy tourists who piss them off. Try going at slower times.

The food is not that memorable but they do have an extensive menu and I'm sure there's something for everyone here. What was memorable for me was the beer artifacts. They have an impressive wall filled with shelves of different types of beers. On top of that, there's also cases full of vintage beer momentos. This is a fun little place to stop with friends, enjoy some beers and look at some beer history.

I was surprised to get in on a Friday night with no reservation with only a 20-ish minute wait. It was nice because we were able to get a beer at the bar and sit in one of the lounge areas during our wait. The renovated church is such a cool space with a unique ambiance. Once seated we got a flight and pretzels to start. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable about the offerings and suggested a few other beer samples based on what we enjoyed from the flight and our dinner pairings. We had tiramisu for dessert. (I was so hungry and excited I forget to take all the photos!)Everything was very good! Will be a new go-to!

This place is perfect to grab a beer, mimosa or Bloody Mary while you wait at the airport. The bartenders are efficient, lots of beers on tap and a nice selection! I didn't try there food but they do have a full menu. Definitely my go-to for drinks at CLE airport!

"We were intrigued by the historical aspects of this place and with the outdoor patio setting we were a go to try Great Lakes Brewing company. Sorry - we aren't beer connoisseurs so we cannot attest to that part of the place. Our server was also the bartender and despite being busy she took good care of us. I had hoped to try the Sun Sail Away Cocktail, but they were sold out (too popular I guess ). She suggested I try the Good Vibes cocktail and while it was topped with an IPA it was surprisingly good. We shared the Monday Rib special. It was good and we are a little picky since we are from Kansas City and enjoy KC BBQ. The real surprise was the Mac & Cheese! It had a unique flavor and style. It was shard to share equally with my spouse. We appreciate places that accommodate dogs and especially when they will cook a plain chicken breast for our Golden as well as live in him. This was a good midday stop for us."
"During our layover into Canton, we chatted with some locals and they suggested Fat Head's Brewery. We honesty didn't know what to expect but left pleasantly surprised. Between my daughter and I we tried a beer flight and two mixed drinks. It's been confirmed that I do not like sour beers and my daughter does. Lol The food was amazing. We didn't get to try the pizza because the oven was down at the time. If I return to Ohio, I would eat here again. We had an amazing server as well. She was so nice and friendly. The ambiance is setup like a local pub. I think the locals dine there a lot as well."
"I tried 9ers last night for the first time. I ordered brisket and pulled pork, with their cheesy potatoes and salad as the sides, and iced tea. The meats were fantastic, with a great smoke flavor and their bbq sauce was also very good. The salad was fresh, with mixed greens and quite big for a side. The potatoes were also good. The meal came with cornbread which was fresh and moist. Lastly, the tea was obviously fresh brewed and quite good. My only minor complaint would be that the meats could have been a bit hotter."
"Service was great at the bar with a very friendly atmosphere. Good beer, wine and food options. Finally a reason for the younger generation to visit the Waterford. I hope more business follow the example set by Port Farms."
"My husband and I spent the afternoon doing our taxes here and loved their fun food menu adding a delicious exciting twist on basics like hot dogs and tots! Great selection of beer too and nice friendly staff."
"Great atmosphere and great drink options. The outdoor seating is really nice but may be limited as the weather turns. Only 1 large table for more than 2 people. They know their brews and can't wait to go back."
"Pumpkin Spice beer is excellent! The Chili Fries are also very very good.Service is also great! Will be back!"
"Excellent brewery, very good beer, cool atmosphere. Old time pinball machines . Nice to sit outside in this small Town."
"I had the Elk burger and it was done perfectly. It had great flavor and even the bun wast toasted to perfection. I would return there again. I also had the Kona Dream beer that was an excellent match to the elk burger."
"The space is quite large with the seating in the front and the brewed beer in the back. They have a few tvs but do not play the sound during games. The beers were good and they offer a seltzer option in which you can pick a syrup flavor to be added at no additional cost. This brewery is a great addition to the area."
"This was a pretty great spot to get a large group in with no reservation around 4 pm on a Saturday. The entrees and salads are huge!! I had a seasonal chicken berry salad that was very tasty and I only dressed half of it so I could take leftovers home because it was that big. The service was pretty good and on top of things despite how busy it ended up getting by 6 pm. Wonderful spot for large groups."
"I grew up going to the brew kettle in strongsville. My brother and I have great memories of the home made rootbeer, smokies from the back fridge, the gumbo, and the pulled pork spaghetti. It's been years since I've visited but brought my fiance while in town. The menu has changed over the years and my favorites are gone but I absolutely loved the chili. The flavor was amazing and I wish I would have gotten a big bowl of it. The wings are a huge portion and the flavor is good. My fiance enjoyed his burger a lot. I found the pulled pork to be a little dry but the sauce was great. I enjoyed the little fried onion bites.Overall great meal and felt nostalgic :) our server was great as well!"
"Typical brewery and burger place so burgers were good. Salads are not. The place itself is huge, lots of people and standard menu. Friendly and efficient service"
"A Peaceful, Relaxing, Getaway! Eric & Traci Proprietors of the #Vineyard #Winery #Inn. Operate an AMAZING Family-owned vineyard in S/E Ohio. But this place is so much more than that! You have to stop by and see it to truly enjoy it.Have you ever wanted to just get away from the fast pace of life?If so, this is the place! As you turn off the asphalt and on to the (1.5) mile and a half gravel road that leads you to the vineyard you begin to realize that you are going off the grid. "Great venue for an outdoor concert by my favorite local band, but could also picture hanging out in the taproom. Plenty of different seating options outside, but if you're going to see a popular band and want to sit close to the stage area, you may want to bring your own chairs or get there early. Can't speak to the quality of their beer, since I am gluten-free, but they had plenty of other good options for adult beverages, and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and efficient despite the venue being so busy."
"What a fun place.Came here tonight for the first time. The beverage options are thoughtful. SeasonalItems like Strawberry Blonde Ale, a non-beer option of blood orange seltzer and a collab IPA with Schnitz Ale brewing from Parma for example.Live music outside (which is dog friendly) and thoughtful play list with art by local artists for sale inside. Food available for delivery from Sirna's across the street.Do not sleep on the Auburn Renaissance"
"We decided to hit them up for the first time during a happy hour to get a feel for the type of regulars, service, atmosphere, and beer variety. $2 off happy hour 4pm-6pm on a Tuesday. This place is so comfortable and chill! Nice location with off-street parking in a cool older building they renovated, but kept old touches like the woodwork and fireplace mantle. Very well decorated with awesome art, perfect layout, well designed customer flow, great music at a comfortable talking volume, plenty of seating options(cozy nook with sofa, tables with chairs, and bar seating),and a little merch shop. Very clean well stocked bathroom for customers only. Friendly staff that let you sample beers before buying. We liked everything we tried and bought. They keep it very clean. A blonde lady even dusted the fireplace and a table near where we were seated. You can tell most customers were regulars so staff were a lot more talkative and spent way more time engaging with them. We were understanding of that because regulars are your bread and butter and you know about what they're going to tip, we were wild card new faces. No one was unwelcoming or anything, we were very happy with our service and experience. We can't wait to come back to try food and more beers next time! We highly recommend them!"
"I had a great time at Missing Links Brewery. A friend and myself came for an early dinner. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Our service was fast and the food was delicious! I ordered a brisket sandwich. Yumm! Also the fries were soooo good. I also had a peach cider to drink. It was tasty. I'm not a beer drinker so can't help you there!I would totally come back just for the food."
"The cool microbrewery on the block. If you thought Chagrin Falls was only for yuppies and well-meaning grandparents, Crooked Pecker wants you and your beer snob friends to think again. And if anyone ever said playing hard to get never works, Crooked Pecker would like to raise you its 3 days a week opening schedule. All jokes aside, this unassuming brewery will hook you from your first visit. The bartender/brewer we met was easygoing and friendly, and genuinely just wanted to share good beer with us. They have a rotating selection of brews on draft and another selection available in cans to go. You can sample any of the drafts before committing, and also get any of these in taster sizes rather than full pints if you're indecisive and noncommittal like me. All of their IPE (pronounced EE-pay, not related to IPA's) brews really hit the spot and are sure to please any dark beer guy or gal. Our friendly bartender also gave us a jazzed up concoction of IPE with cacao nibs and Black Bird that sent my taste buds straight to brew heaven. Unfortunately if you're the type to get attached easily, your new favorite beer may not be available to go or even at all in a few months, but fear not as the beer masterminds at work are always working on something new in the back. And I literally mean in the back, where the brewing silos are housed for any curious customer to observe. The actual seating area is small compared to other breweries, but there's a decidedly eclectic and homegrown feel with the army of plants, chalkbox colored stools, and acoustic instruments on the wall. Oh, and of course the ping pong table and infamous sticker wall. (You are welcome to contribute your own sticker conquests to the wall.) Did I mention board games as well? When the Cleveland sun emerges, the backyard area, set up with a firepit, cornhole, and quintessential Adirondack chairs, is a must. Yes, Crooked Pecker is dog friendly. Water is self-serve from the dispenser next to the single stall unisex restroom, and a doggie bowl also lives here. If you do use the restroom, please take note of and chuckle at the "Get Naked" sign but do not actually take it literally. While you can fork over money to brand yourself with Crooked Pecker apparel, unfortunately there are no food options at present to help settle your stomach between drinks but they'll occasionally have vendors or events with snack options."
"I have been looking forward to going to the iconic Emlenton Brew Haus! Ever since this Brew Haus opened, Emlenton has been popping! I love how the Brew Haus has a variety of different seating-indoors, outdoors as well as upstairs and a large bar. They even have a whole bowling alley downstairs as well as a pool table. They really do have something for everyone! All of their beers are brewed and aged in house. I decided to go with the Marzen Beer from Oktoberfest. It was crisp and very smooth with a hint of caramel and apple. We went on a Wednesday night, and it happened to be trivia night. We went with a smash burger and a grilled chicken salad. The iconic smash burger was out of this world! The one word I have for this burger is wow! It was packed with flavor and so juicy. The fries were crispy and delicious too. The grilled chicken salad was fresh and the perfect amount. The waitress was very attentive to our dietary needs and was able to put the cheese and bacon on the side. The service was warm and incredible! I highly recommend Emlenton Brew Haus and I can't wait to return!"
"Great atmosphere. I've been there when it's quiet and been there with live music. It's open and clean. Always great selection of craft beer. Food is always very good! Salads are also very fresh and all good quality food. Staff are always nice as well."
"~ So sad to hear that this brewery closed . . . seems like this location is cursed (Four Sons (the place where the employees used to wear kilts), Blue Canoe, and now Lavery . . . so sad.I last visited around Christmas time, and I thought the beer and food were excellent. T-Vegas just cannot keep breweries in business . . . oh well . . . Cheers (while it lasted)!!!"
"Cool place. Nice bar with a great selection of their Ignite brews, plus other libations as well!"
