"MBH is very much a hidden gem - could be pretty easy to miss, but it's right on the corner of front street and Bailey/Hudson road in a building underneath the billboard. This place has kind of weird hours, but that's because it's owned by a firefighter and his wife! They use the same spot to brew their beers. Just check their social media or website to make sure they're open when you pop by. They have tons of parking in a lot next to the building, so parking isn't an issue at all! They have a good amount of indoor seating and the place is super clean! They also have a patio area (dogs allowed!!), set up in their big parking lot. It's honestly really pretty for being a patio in a parking lot - cute lights, flowers, picnic tables, and umbrellas set up for each table. They even have like, tons of outdoor heaters, enough that if you're sitting at any outdoor picnic table, you'll be by a heater. We were there on a Friday night and they were playing really great classic rock - a mix of Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, etc. it was so awesome just to drink a beer and vibe on their patio in the evening to the music. You order at the bar and seat yourself (which is great, cause you never feel like anyone is waiting on you to leave), so it's a pretty relaxing atmosphere. But someone did come by to take away empties and bring us more, cutting down on trips to the bar - it was awesome! I had a lovey toffee coffee porter brewed with nitro that I really enjoyed. Malty, roasty, coffee, everything you'd want in a porter. There's maybe like 8-10 beer options they brew there, and they have rotating guest taps. There's also merch available for sale as well! They also have limited food options, but they often have a food truck come by, especially in the evenings, so I'd check their social media or call to see if a food truck will be there. All in all, had a pleasant evening here, can't wait to return. :)"
"Love this find this wonderdul brewery open 17 weeks. All beers are fabulous. $15.25 for a muffin tin plus 3 beers. Church st.porter. rational sess.ipa..witbier..prime DIPA. The 330 blonde ale. Psi-ipa..1450 pale ale and 414 stout. And honey wheat. The consensus is all 4 are impressed friendly staff food trucks available or can bring own food or order. They are already expanding. Def worth the trip"
"This place is definitely just as good as the reviews suggest. We were visiting Pymatuning Lake and a couple of friends who also visit the area from time to time told us that Mortals Key was their favorite. Now we know why!The atmosphere with the dog-friendly outdoor dining is outstanding. The brisket tray was terrific. The beer was super, especially the Baltic Porter and the New England IPA. (I took home a growler...) The bartender, Chris, was very gracious, and the young lady working the kitchen was friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our experience in a brand new place for us. The next time we are in the Pymatuning area, we'll be stopping in here again!"
"I've reviewed Missing Mountain before after having a very delicious lunch here, but my wife kept insisting that the brunch menu was fabulous, so we finally made it there on St. Patrick's Day.Same great, friendly service and another really great meal!I got the breakfast burrito with and my wife got the lobster roll with homemade chips--SO fabulous! My burrito came nice and hot, grilled to perfection, just lightly golden brown. It was a decent-sized burrito, too, stuffed with eggs, chorizo, black beans and avocado. I found the seasoning just right--not too spicy or salty. My wife's lobster roll was nice and tender. This roll wasn't over buttered, so you got the lobster flavor and not just butter, like many we've had in the past. The seasoned homemade chips were very flavorful and hearty.Missing Mountain was offering a self-serve Bloody Mary bar with what might be the very best Bloody Mary I've ever had. The alcohol and mix were pre-made by the staff; you add the rest (pepper, sauce, olives, etc. to make it your own). It was nice and spicy and the couple dashes of Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce and ground pepper that my wife added gave that drink a perfect flavor.A little tip if you come for brunch: arrive as early as possible. Some of the brunch items, especially the lobster roll, will run out fairly quickly. We beat the rush by getting there around 10:30, which seemed the perfect time to get a table. When the place is busy, it can very noisy and you may have to wait.So glad we made the decision to eat there today!"
"Met here for the Christmas light trolley. Parking - easy to park at the lot next to the building or on the street. Drinks - they had a great selection of beer and alcoholSpace - large and divided into 2 sections. With a bar on one side and the brewery and seating on the other. Lots of bathrooms as well."
"We absolutely love this place. Great food great beer and great mocktails for my pregnant wife. I love that they have a flight of 6 beers so you can get a good taste of the beer selection. The atmosphere is great, if you want to sit outside they have a great patio and comfortable inside seating as well. The service has always been great. We make the trek about 30-40 mins to come here several times because it is such a consistently great place to spend a date night"
"I love the location and ambiance. It's set up well and very clean. Food is good, some a little pricey, but worth it. Helpful and friendly service."
"1922 is still thriving with great customer service and an expanded menu. They have a newly renovated dining area that provides much needed additional dining space. This makes it a bit more family-friendly, as well! There are a few gripes I have, as of recently. The main one is that there's a huge lack of copies of menus in that place. They have one hard copy by the register that has seen better days. I think that if there were additional copies available, the line would move quicker. Also, I didn't see any signs by the front door area that said "seat yourself." I can see how that would be confusing for some customers. Otherwise, this place has been doing great since 2018, and I still 1000% recommend checking it out!"
"When you have off work and in your 30s, day drinking is always a fun idea. After a Friday morning of perusing Westside Market, hubby and I wandered over to Hansa Brewery to hang out. I went with the classic Weiss Beer and snacked on the German pretzel. I enjoyed both the accompanying mustard and IPA cheese sauces.Though we really did enjoy our food and beer selections, the highlight of the visit was getting to chat with the owner, Boris. He was very friendly and kind, even giving my husband a beer mug from the Hansa beer club when he asked to purchase one. If we were local to Cleveland, this would definitely be one of his go-to hangouts."
"Although the microbrewery scene in Toledo is seriously booming (hallelujah!), Black Frog Brewery is probably my favorite. Here's why:1. Great beer: Chris, the owner and brewmaster, crafts many styles of beer, and I've never had a beer, created by Chris, that I didn't like. Additionally, he never stops experimenting...there's always something new on tap.2. Atmosphere. This is very much a laid back neighborhood hangout. Even when it's busy, it seems laid back. The music ranges from Rick James, to AC/DC, to whaddevah! Beware the Dark Lord of the Sith...he's always present. Which Darth? Foolish question...there's only ever been one who matters.3. Value: The prices are low for what you get. 4. Food: Right across the parking lot, you'll find Mike's Pizza and More.5. Beer to go: This comes in the form of cans and growlers.6: Location: Not far from my house. Shit! Time's wastin'! Let's go now!"
"My parents first went to J and G's 47 years ago and we grew up eating here (always a family favorite). I moved away and went back to Toledo this weekend for the first time in 10 years. It's amazing that J & Gs has not changed one iota. Same menus. Same wallpaper. Same everything... including the fantastic food. We had the pizza (cut into squares) that has a super thin crust. The gyros here is literally the best I've had in the country. And the spaghetti is also great. Can't say enough about this place but you gotta love a joint that shows this much consistency for 5 decades. It's the opposite of fancy but if you want a taste of Toledo, hit J & Gs for sure!!"
"Just moved to the area from a big beer city and haven't been able to really scratch that itch many places around bg. Juniper makes a fine hazy, drinkable red, and crushable lighter beers. We sat outside by the street and enjoyed the cool breeze and Nashville hot chicken chunks with awesome fries. Service was great. Gonna be coming back to Juniper in the near future for sure."

If you didn't know it was a brewery, you could easily drive past and miss it. So I like to think of it as a hidden gem! In the year or so they've been open, they've worked to build up the ambiance and create more outdoor space, which I appreciate. Of the breweries in the falls, I think this one has the best beer. Don't be fooled by the strip mall location. In the summer, they even make beer slushies!

Last Friday, my colleague and I had an amazing time at Missing Mountain Brewery. Their beer selection impressed us with a variety of flavors. Surprisingly, the simple food menu turned out to be a stroke of genius, as each dish was delicious. The terrace offered a captivating view of the river, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our drinks. Despite the water levels being down, the sight was still awesome, adding to the charm of this hidden gem.The staff's hospitality was outstanding, making us feel like valued guests. We left with a sense of warmth and excitement, eager to return for another experience. Missing Mountain Brewery is a true treasure for anyone seeking an exceptional brewery adventure. Don't miss out on this extraordinary place!

Terrestrial has a dog-friendly, laid-back atmosphere with spacious indoor and outdoor seating and a live band! I came by for some much needed sustenance with a group of friends after spending time playing beach volleyball at Whiskey Island - just a short drive away. We relaxed on the patio outside over burgers and beers. The menu had all your classic bar snacks (pierogis, pretzels, brussels) and a selection of large plates (max & cheese, burgers/sandwiches). I had the fried chicken sandwich, which was delicious. The chicken was so juicy and had a lot of flavor. There was a tangy and spicy kick from the pickled peppers too! The waffle fries that came with it were nice and crispy. The meal hit the spot. Overall, we had a great time. Free street parking is plentiful in the front. The staff members were all very energetic. I would definitely recommend this spot for any gathering with friends over good food and beer. It's particularly convenient if you wanted to get food after a day out at Edgewater park or Whiskey Island!

Love it! We tried several different things and a couple beers and everything was fantastic. The fries with bacon and gooey cheese was my fave. Nice environment. Everyone who works there is super nice. It is clean inside and not super busy on a weeknight. I like the large garage-style doors that open out into the daylight. It's still comfortable and cool inside, but having those doors opened doesn't make you feel so confined. We will 100% come back here.

Very cool vibe here; it used to be a train station! Our server was very sweet. Drinks took a little while to come out, but my razberry cheesecake martini with a graham cracker rim was amazing! My husband liked both beers he got. Appetizers came out quickly! I really liked the fried pirogies with horseradish cream sauce. I also liked my sister in laws bbq nachos! For mains I got the Mac and cheese with pulled pork. It was good but nothing crazy. Definitely a cool place to visit!

Overall, great. The place was clean and gave off nice chill vibes. A lot of locals enjoyed the place while we were chatting in their smaller dining area. I can only assume it's more of a grab n go with their limited seating. Had a pretty neat bar as you walk in. I'm assuming this place is poppin when the outdoor space is available, but still busy even with just indoor at the moment. The service was fast, and the coffee was Dunkin quality. Some people love dunkin' Donuts, but I do not. It's fine when you really want a caffeine kick.Pricing was pretty inexpensive. Coffee and breakfast sandwich for $10.The sandwich. That was by far the best part. Delicious! Pictured is their breakfast BLT. Eventhough it wasn't bacon, the ham (?) Was great. The whole sandwich had a ton of flavor with that buttery croissant bun. 100% recommend for a quick place to stop. Maybe you'll catch a train swing by too!Enjoy!

"Quaint little place in the heart of downtown Wadsworth. They brew some of their own beer and also have a few others in rotation. They also offer a variety of THC infused beverages in the flavors of harvest apple, key lime, tropical, and strawberry/mango.For food options they have a wide variety of flatbread pizzas with some unique flavors such as pierogi, mediterranean, cobra kai - amongst many others. You can also get soft pretzels, nachos, pub chips, or chips and salsa. On Wednesday nights they also offer trivia for you and your friends to engage your brains, have a few brews, and enjoy some lite bites."
"Nice lil watering hole. I am sticking to water after my over indulgence of yesterday- but it's a beautiful space."
"Not coming back here. My wife and I have been coming here for years, but the convenience fee is ridiculous. 3% convenience fee is totally ridiculous. When I go to target or Walmart, they don't charge me a convenience fee. Why does a restaurant have to charge me a convenience fee for using credit card? The last time I will be coming here."
"Nice and relaxed brewery with great food options. Got a burger and really enjoyed it. My husband got a Reuben and it was fantastic. He also got loaded tots and they were to die for. We enjoyed a bear and dinner after work with a friend and really liked the atmosphere, the beer and the food! All the bartenders were extremely friendly and provided great service! We will be back again."
"Small with an older crowd and live music. Seating is at a premium, and the bar itself only has about 12 stools. The owner brews all his beer in the side room, and you can see all the vats. The Chikke Blonde beer was excellent The owner is working on a patio and possibly a fire pit. There is a limited kitchen menu and no deep-fried food. The oil from the fryers will stick to the stainless steel brewing vats. The place was clean and enjoyable. Keep in mind this is not a bar, but a private owned brewery. As far as I know, the owner is a one man band, so show some support to the locals. I will definitely go back again!"
"This is located on the bottom floor of the exchange market. There are several exterior entrances with their sign on it. Once inside the building follow the beer signs to their entrance. It can be a bit confusing but the signs help. The area is dark with lots of tvs. There is a skee ball game to play for $1. If you want drinks you go to the bar and order. Now that they are linked with a bbq restaurant a waitress comes to your table for food orders only. Sort of confusing but the waitress was nice and filled us in on what to do. They have a water picture that is always available on the brewery end. They have the vats and other beer making equipment all exposed so you can see on the one end. There are even stools lined up along the wall. I did not try the beer so I cannot comment on the taste. They did have a selection on their brew along with other local companies."
"Every time I go here this place is awesome, never misses! Everything is good. Start with pretzel, pickles or Asian nachos and follow with the Raging Bull Burger."
"The town has been talking, and the town has been waiting! The Richfield Brewing Company truly delivered elegance, details, and such welcoming aesthetics. I'm not a huge beer fan, but I'm always around for the food. I wish I had a bigger stomach to eat more, but there were so many options on the menu that I didn't have a chance to try. I also have a deadly nut allergy, so I was happy to hear that the kitchen was cautious with cross contamination. And something that caught my eye was the Kimchi dishes. I'm half Korean, and I normally don't mix cuisines much, but when I return, I will be brave and be open minded! What we ordered: * Antipasto Whip * Papas Frescas* Happy Burger with Peppered Fries * Bodega Reuben with Peppered Fries Our server was Kim - and she shared she hasn't tried the food yet! Let her try some to share with your guests! We want to know their personal opinions and their bias choices. Overall, excited it finally opened, and we can't wait to go back when friends and family visit during the holidays."
"20240802193020-30 wait, paged when ready. Hopping, busy place. The ladies are jump'n, drinks are flowing and the peeps are jawing in this rustic, loud music playing place located right near French Creek and the Allegheny River. The food is large and delicious. The nachos are smothered in cheese, pulled pork, etc. Then there's the golden, crispy pretzel. The Tavern Sandwich with brisket, provolone cheese in Texas Toast with green beans, also a winner. Dive in."
"I don't understand how this place isn't more crowded. They have an awesome array of brews including seltzers. The staff is really helpful and friendly, we even got to try a couple before ordering a full glass. A side room has a huge shelf full of board games and cards and during the summer there's corn hole and more tables outside."
"This place have fantastic dry rubbed wings. They also have a mean turkey burger.Came in after traveling and working out and was hungry.Ordered what I said and it was great!Jen our server was cool too.Yes I'd come back here and yea I'd get the same thing!"
"Brewlounge is AWESOME. Simply awesome.Great drinks. Super friendly staff. Indoor bar, dining + overstuffed chair & couch sitting areas. Well managed. We absolutely loved it.THEY ALSO HAVE an outdoor cigar smoking enclosure with heaters and ventilation fans. It has comfy patio furniture with cushions, and the temperature stays reasonably lukewarm even when it was snowing outside (it was). They have a good wine selection, a few nice ports, and some good cigars.I'm told the best thing is the monthly whisky + cigar event. Unfortunately, we weren't in town for it, but I'm told it's awesome.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...!!!"
"First time in this place! Food and drinks were amazing!! The place is very spacious, has a cool vibe, lots of tables, music wasn't too loud. Staff was nice and helpful. Definitely recommend stopping here if your in Erie PA!"
"What a cool concept! Fine dining in caverns accidentally discovered under the parking lot! Service was great! The atmosphere was great! The food was good but could have been better. It is a pre-fixe 8 course menu. While every course was creative and tasty for the most part, it lacked texture. The menu was heavy with sauces and purees. I craved crunch and any substantial texture. Oddly enough, there was no meat on the menu other than seafood. The presentation also needed improvement. Some dishes were done well (homage to an homage to an egg) while others were not (apple and onions). Also none of the dishes were hot. They were either served cool or at room temp. I'm not sure if that was the intent or the result of transporting from the kitchen upstairs without food covers. Our 8 courses took over 3 hrs to experience. It seemed too long and I ready to go home by course 6. Overall a good experience but felt a little lacking considering the $150+ price point."
"Every time I come to Amherst Ohio I stop here for some good beer. Whether it's their own brew or some cool craft cans they carry. There's TVs to watch sports and friendly staff. This time I decided to eat and saw they had a pickle pizza and WOW was it good! The pickles they use are so good. It comes with pickles, ranch, bacon and onions. Amazing!! Highly recommend it!"
"Love Erie Brewing Company! Beers are wonderful and the atmosphere is warm and super clean. I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the service we received from our server, Salara!!!! She was right on top of our order as well as our refills. She made some amazing suggestions and was super friendly and welcoming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She was knowledgeable of the beer selections and checked in to ensure we were enjoying our beverages and to see if we were in need of anything. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Salara!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"We had great service. The food was delicious. I recommend Nonny's pizza. I thought it was priced fairly."
"Great beer! We love the cozy atmosphere and that it is dog friendly! We can't wait till live music returns."
"Such a gem of a spot. Cool vibe, great drinks and food, nice people! Loved it! A rennovated church made into a bar!!!"
"My family met here for dinner this Sunday. We got a large table near the host stand and brewery area. Tried a flight of their beers...everything was really good and I decided to get a glass of Peanut Butter Dark Ale afterwards as I enjoyed it so much. We got two giant pretzels to share as a table as well. For dinner, I ordered the Smoked Rueben, other dinners around the table were the Hot Honey Schnitzel sandwich, Schnitzel with mushroom sauce, Shrimp and Grits, Sweet Potato Pierogis, and Smash Burger. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. We ended with two different desserts, the peanut butter cake and cookie dough cake. Both very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. We will be back! Now it will be a toss up between here and their location across the street, Das Schnitzel Haus as they are both recommended!"
"They serve brunch!!! I had no idea and I love that you don't need a reservation for Sunday brunch here yet they still have a decent crowd. They also serve their lunch menu for brunch so many options are available for all diets and preferences. Fun fact, they do a Bloody Mary bar with many fixings you can add to it!"
"We drove up to Butler from Pittsburgh to brewery hop and our first stop was Recon. I love the Jeep theme as an homage to the Bantam! We arrived and appreciated the ease of the large parking lot to the side. It was a nice day and the garage door was open so we snagged a table near that to enjoy the breeze. The menu has lots of options - snacks, flatbreads and sandwiches. I don't drink beer so I appreciate the fact that they offer wine! My husband enjoyed their beers. Our server recommended he try the Alabastard - it was unique but ended up being his favorite out of the flight he ordered."
"Nice little bar with pretty tasty food options. We visited just to check it out. They had some good drafts and great bar service. I would have no problems going back to visit sometime."
