"The Motion is passed! The Boardroom in Erie, PA was a delight! The Chairman of our family (my father) was celebrating a birthday and the executive team (our family) decided to take him to the Boardroom for dinner! As this Birthday takes place near Thanksgiving, there tends to be snow in the mix. This year was no different except we had a ton of snow. Thankfully the restaurant stayed open and we had a delicious dinner. I enjoyed a frank Sinatra martini and ordered the reference NY Strip. It came out with shrimp on top covered in a sauce. As sides, there was garlic mashed potatoes and delicious green beans! These green beans had small slices of almonds in it and was cooked with a little garlic. They were perfect! The steak was well cooked and provided plenty of food! The chairman was happy with his reserve strip as well! Job well done! We will be back for another family board meeting."
"Great lunch last week. We walked in and were able to seat ourselves. There was not much of a crowd. The service was good. They do have some cool decor which I will have to get pictures of next time. I had the bacon and swiss burger, fries, and q cup of chili. The chili was absolutely fantastic. It was hot and had just enough spiciness that it wasn't overbearing. The burger was delicious. It came with bacon and swiss cheese, go figure given the name. It also had lettuce tomato, onion, and pickle on it. The burger came out hot. The patty was a nice size. The lettuce and tomato tasted very fresh. In all it was a very good burger. The fries were fresh cut. I would have liked them a little crispier but they were very good. In all it was a great lunch and I would highly recommend."

"My wife and I had lunch at the Pavilion restaurant today September 5 of 2024. We like the food at the at the grill. However, it is expensive, Some of the sides are a little bit on the small side and they're pricey also."
"The food at Johnny's boathouse was so good!!The staff was really nice and welcoming. The bathrooms and dinning area were both really clean. We went on a Sunday morning and while there was a nice amount of people there we were sitting quickly and the food came out quick too. Everything was wonderful and Johnnys will definitely be a place I go again."
"Thank you for being you! Dont get to come here often as I don't live in the state but when I do get back its always just how I remember! The gyro was hot, delicious, filling, and beautiful. Staff was friendly which made my visit back even better and I def will try to be back again before I live town. If your ever in the area...try it out...great Gyros and also great corned beef! Enough said!"
"We expected to have a higher quality of food since they lead you to believe the food is Amish. The cream for the coffee was nondairy and the butter for the homemade bread was a spread. The food was limited to whatever they filled the buffet with. For instance. The chicken was all white meat except for the wings, which were dried out. We did not have any of the items on the menu, we opted for the $16.99 buffet which was adequate. Our table was clean and not in the way of patrons heading to the salad bar. The restrooms were clean. The store out front was for tourists and had a fair amount of products."
"Cute small diner next to Harbor Freight Tools offers a classic daily special menu including the iconic Friday all you can eat Fish and Chips. We have been there a couple of times now and the dinner service is rather frantic. The food has been a little too salty and a bit too greasy to call great... but it's a nice place to stop when you need specialty items next door."
"Everything about this place was great. We had a rather large group, and they accommodated us easily on a Sunday morning. The staff was pleasant and friendly. The food came fast and was delicious. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the homefries were not what i was expecting. I tend to like the diced skillet fried potatoes, and these were slices, but still pretty good. We will be back next time we are in town."
"What a fantastic dining experience. From the moment Joseph greeted us and seated us at a fantastic table, the pleasure was ours! Our server, Pam, was professional, friendly, and made our lunch seamless. We ordered both Lobster Bisque and clam chowder as our starters. Thankfully Pam gave us the choice of a cup or bowl. The cup of this luscious richness was enough to not spoil the mains. We ordered the swordfish salad, salmon on a plank, and a lobster roll. Each dish was perfection. A shared crème brûlée finished the meal. Every element was exceptional.I haven't mentioned the spectacular lake view! We visit Cleveland often (our son moved here from California) and Pier W has earned our love! We will return often! Reservations are recommended, and dress code is business casual. Thanks for the outstanding efforts!"
"While going through my reviews, I was shocked and dismayed that I had never posted a review of the Original location of Bob's Hamburg. This place is an Akron institution, and everyone should check it out. Now, I was going to post an update to my review due to a recent visit when I discovered I had never reviewed it, so I'll just tell you about that experience. I stopped in with my six year old after going to the zoo recently. It's perfect for a zoo trip, I think it's less than a five minute drive. It was a bit of an odd time, and we ended up having the restaurant to ourselves. We sat at the bar, and my son ordered a root beer (Bob's own label), a hot dog and fries. I ordered a Bob's Double Cheeseburger with everything, and a side of onion rings. It had been a while since I had been there, and I honestly don't think I've taken my son before. When we pulled in he said it doesn't look special. I told him it's iconic and a throw back, which I don't think he understood. So we are seated at the bar, and I'll say he thought it was pretty cool that he could watch our food being cooked like 4 feet away. He LOVED the hot dog, it's big, I think a quarter pound. He's usually pretty picky on fries, but he ate quite a bit of them, then wanted to take them home, lol. Now on to my food. If you've never had a Bob's Burger before, you are missing out. They are smashed and griddled and just delicious! An Everything is Onion, Pickle, Lettuce, Bob's Sauce, which is like this tomatoey, relishy thin sauce with a bit of tang to it, and Stray Dog mustard. Boy, the combination of the sauce and mustard, with the crunch of the veg and the gooey cheese and smashed, well seasoned patties is just about perfect in my opinion. Certainly a great burger, one of the best in the area imo. And the onion rings are just amazing! Hand battered per order, fried and crunchy, the onion is soft. Without a doubt my favorite in the area!I would be remiss too to not mention the staff. Our waitress was amazing, talking to my kid, asking him questions, just being so nice to him. There were several other people that worked there that came out and talked to him too. It was great! And when we left, my son couldn't quit talking about how special that place was after all!"
"Was going to stop at McDonald's but I'm sooo glad I didn't. The burger I got was outstanding."
"Haven't been here in a while. Had breakfast. Still the same great food. My favorite is the Old Fashioned--two eggs, bacon or sausage, two slices of toast, a generous portion of hash potatoes. Love it. They've gone to disposable cups, plates and utensils which is a little disappointing, but the food is very, very good and reasonably priced. Recommended!"

Was in town, wanted to take my mom somewhere for a belated Mother's Day. OMG! Everything we all ordered (4 of us) was DELICIOUS! It was so good I was there 3 times in that week.

I've driven/walked past this place for years growing up and never thought twice about going inside until a recent visit back home! So glad I did. The menu offering is extensive and it is a great place for both breakfast and lunch. They also have great hours (open 24 hours on Saturdays I believe) and extremely great prices for the food portions they offer! I'll definitely be back on my next visit home. I was pleasantly surprised when I came here for lunch and then back again for breakfast!

I've now been here 2 times and I think the food is pretty darn good. The salad bar is nice and fresh. The hot buffet is also good but not very big. The fried chicken is delicious. It's juicy and flavorful. I also enjoy their stuffing and noodles. This visit they also had sauerkraut and sausages. I will never turn down sauerkraut. I like this Amish buffet because they also have a small dessert bar. Today they had pies, angel food cake, and a very good caramel roll. Their fresh baked bread is also so soft and pillowy. Service is excellent and friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and spacious. They also have a small gift area and bakery in addition to the restaurant.

Have always wanted to try out the Coventry diner and decided with coworker to give it a try. The diner was packed and the service was fast and friendly and delicious. Everyone there seems to be regulars so we knew the food would be good. Coworker chose the Cobb salad and asked for no cheese and came put fresh and nice size bowl with warm garlic bread. I ordered cheese omelette and have 3 choices of cheese. Served with fried potatoes and choice of bread. Would recommend this place for breakfast.. served all day or lunch

"Came to Honeymoon grill early morning with a group of men! The staff were very friendly and helpful!! The food arrived quickly and hot! The omelette was basic & nothing out of the ordinary! I highly recommend this place! Hope to be back someday soon!! Thanks for the memories!"
"I didn't care too much for The Mill when Buehler's first came to town. Its service quality, food quality and selection has really bounced around. Years later, I think it has settled into a restaurant I see as a decent option in Ashland. While the food is pricier than it should be ($10+ per person for diner food), they have solid burgers, pretty good breakfast and definitely the best salad bar around. Their servers are all pleasant and typically remember you from visit to visit. Unfortunately, everything takes quite a while. They simply can't handle larger orders. When my family goes there (about 10-14 people), our food takes about an hour to come out of the kitchen. It's also not uncommon to stand at the podium for 5 minutes before you're even addressed."
"We stopped in Bucyrus for a quick overnight stay and decided to try this place out for breakfast. So glad we did! My husband and I split an omelette and it was plenty of food! Very delicious, sometimes omelettes can be too greasy and this one was definitely NOT! It was cooked perfectly."
"The food is delicious and Terri is a hard working kind woman. One of our favorite places when we are in town"
"Am I the last person to realize that Stone Oven is now Cafe Honeycomb and is under new ownership? I walked in from the back, completely confused and an employee quickly assured me that although the name was different, they still offered the same good quality food and recipes. I came specifically for the Niçoise salad and although it was no longer on the menu as it was before (they offer a tuna salad salad), the employee assured me that they could still make it. I ended up getting the Mediterranean salad and added dry tuna and red onion. The salad was indeed just as good as I remembered and their balsamic is delightful and light. I also got a cinnamon croissant, which was flaky, soft, and delicious. My order came up to $21.70, which is so much for a tuna salad and croissant, but that's the way it is right now. The space looks like it got a minor upgrade, but nothing too drastic. Fresh paint and honeycomb details. All of the employees were super friendly and accommodating. I took a while to decide on what I wanted after the shock of it being a new place and the cashier was really patient with me. I also noticed her greeting many regular guests by name, which was sweet. Honestly the service was far friendlier than I remembered from my last visit.Overall, this is still a great place to come for lunch or breakfast, to meet a friend or get some work done."
"Always happy to try a cuisine that I have never eaten before, so I have had Tita Flora's on my list since it opened. Located in a small shopping plaza off of Brecksville Road I is a can't miss chance to try Filipino food. Although the restaurant is not huge it is set up with lots of room and feels both classy and casual at the same time; plenty of wood and nice accents make the room very welcoming. The menu is concise and features enough choices to make your mouth water. I ended up ordering the fish balls appetizer and the tofu Sisig to get a nice sample of what they offer. Service was prompt and friendly with the little touches like refilling water without being asked. The fish balls came out quickly; 6 balls on skewers with a spicy dipping sauce. The fish balls are ground white fish and then steamed; the result is a firm gel with a nice texture and mild flavor. The dipping sauce is a thickened sweet and soy-based sauce with an amazing spicy kick that lingers on the tongue. I really enjoyed these, a great start for the meal.Next up was the Tofu Sisig, a large serving of Tofu, onions, hot peppers, garlic and an egg on a sizzling platter. You mix the meal together to cook the egg on the hot platter. Eating it with the white rice makes for a wonderful meal since the platter and eggs make the tofu cooked crispy with strong and smoky flavor. One of the best tofu dishes I have ever had; plus it was a very filling meal. The flavors are a bit familiar and a bit different, but definitely very bold.I completely enjoyed my dinner at Tita Flora's; great atmosphere, wonderful food, excellent service and an overall good value. I will be back to try other items on the menu and certainly to have the Sisig again. If you are looking to expand your culinary experiences, put Tita Flora's on your list."
"One of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Lots of room for large parties, great atmosphere and amazing service. Haven't had anything on the menu that wasn't delicious."
"Great diner in the neighborhood! It was Sunday, and we looked for the brunch place. How lucky we were being seated in 10 minutes bc other places had 30-40 minutes of waiting list. We like the atmosphere and service from the start. The diner is casual and simple but I liked the welcoming atmosphere.Although I wanted to eat breakfast food, I chose pierogies, and they were delicious! Great place. I will come back.Ps. I didn't take too much pictures this time, so I will def need to come back."
"Phenomenal. Great service. Amazing food. I could eat here every day. Had the chicken fried chicken and steak tips dishes along with the pretzel and barrels for appetizers. Will definitely be back to try more of the menu."
"The food was amazing, the ambience was calm and the service was great they were so nice and respectful. Overall a great diner!"
"Wonderful unassuming brunch place in Perrysburg. The food, atmosphere and staff are spot on. The cinnamon roll was one of the best I ever had (made fresh daily)."
"Great little restaurant with good selection. Prices are great and the portions are big. Meat omelette with jalapeños was fantastic and my wife loved the Reuben.Great spot on Sunday AM when all of the other spots were closed or had 20 minute waits. Open tables and seated immediately."
"We stopped by to experience the Christmas pop up restaurant, Blitzen's. Absolutely amazing decorations!!! They did such a great job decorating and making it feel like the ultimate Christmas stop. Liked the holiday inspired beverage menu. A little pricey but cute drinks. I got the Frosty's Toddy, which was pretty good. Ordered the pot stickers and a side salad with homemade vinaigrette. Very good. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich which was really messy, but he said it was good too. We snapped some holiday pics together and even saw Santa in the entryway. Highly suggest a stop to get in the Christmas spirit."
"Great food and excellent tea. We had the Lamb Haneeth, the rice had a exotic and gentle aroma. The lamb was mildly spiced. The Chicken Kabsa also tasted delicious. They have a fairly wide menu, and I chose these entrees after consulting the server. The tea had a great aroma as well, which I'll ask about next time.Simple-looking place with excellent food. Definitely worth multiple visits."
"Wonderful prices for the perfect home cooked meal. As a single person, I was in and out of the restaurant in 30 minutes. The servers are efficient, attentive, and kind. The 50's diner theme makes for a vintage energy inside the restaurant. Would highly recommend!"
"My wife was hungry for a waffle and oddly enough she doesn't like waffle house. I looked on Google for places that have waffles and this place came up with good reviews. When we got their we sat right away and the server came over almost immediately. Our food came out fast and hot. My wife said her waffle was amazing, crunchy outside and soft in the middle. I will definitely be back to this place, I highly recommend it."
"Cute new bakery that is nut free bakery in Shaker Heights! Super brightly lit and clean. Their baked goods are great too. Came here with my husband Saturday morning to check out the place. Several people already seated enjoying coffee and cookies. I love that they have gluten free options and the fact that the whole place is nut free. So good for families with kids who have allergies!"
"We were in town for a family reunion over in Dundee and needed to make a "pot luck" dish for the event.Buehler's came to the rescue and everything was great! Thanks Buehler's!"
"Reason I gave it the five stars is because this is the quintessential 1950s family restaurant that you can't miss! It's neighbors sitting enjoying the time with neighbors. You have waitresses that are working their tails off and the one or two guys in the kitchen are pushing hard to get the meals out. But you don't come here if you're in a hurry for your food. You come and enjoy the time and sit and enjoy the people and the talking. The food was excellent. We had breakfast there this morning. Everything was to order just as we asked and the sausage gravy and biscuits were perfect for an old hillbilly like me! It really hit the spot. Great place! Great people! Great food!"
"Supringly pleased with our breakfast experience today. We were in the area for a bowling tournament and this was one of the few restaurants between our hotel and the alley. I ordered the Mexican skillet. Being Mexican, this seemed like a gamble for me being in Cleveland and I figured if I didn't like the chorizo, I had the eggs topping it, potatoes and toast to fall back on. I was pleased to learn I misjudged and ate whatever I could fit in my belly. It was pretty spicy, so if that's not your thing, my husband got the American omlette and also enjoyed it. Service was great, but we got there before the rush (started around 10am on Sunday). Coffee is ok and that seemed to be the only slight negative. The inside is cheerful and clean. A great find!"
"Went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning. Clean, comfortable, no frills, with a friendly staff. The coffee tasted fresh and the server kept the mug full. I ordered one of the specials: 2 eggs, hash browns, sausage patties, and rye toast. Tasted pretty good. Left with a full belly and spent only $3.99 plus tip. Count me as a satisfied customer.I saw several pasta and seafood dinners on the menu. I'm curious to know how well a country restaurant does with fare like that."
"We need more coffee shops that draw latte art, and not the rush-job that is Starbucks. This was a nice cafe, with fresh sandwiches and baked goods that are not microwaved. The ambiance was rustic and quirky. I'll be back."
"Must enjoy when visiting erie..love the Greek hotdogs sauce is a original! The staff so warm inviting people. Quaint cafe.."
