The only place we buy from. We have been a customer for years.Prices maybe a bit higher than Walmart or Aldi, but the quality and low fatty grease is a huge difference.

You couldn't ask for more from this butcher... Unless of course you are a cannibal. In all seriousness, the local farm raised, corn fed, antibiotic/steroid free live stock that the Butcher Block serves up is nothing short of first class. Their bratwurst is topnotch and is made using an old family recipe. The homemade Jerky is also a favorite of mine.
