Ugh. I feel bad having to pan a Burger King, I mean I should have known better. The cashier up sold me for cheese on my chicken sandwich, which when I checked my receipt was $1.69!! Hey guess what- that cheese costs about $0.03 a slice! And then the cheese wasn't there when I opened the damn sandwich! The disinterested and confused cashier handed it over to someone in the kitchen who put the cheese under my pile of wet lettuce and nuked it. The onion rings were old and lukewarm. I know Burger King isn't haute cuisine, but every one around here has been phoning it in for a while. Yuck. Get it together Burger King!

I usually get breakfast from here and it's always been hot and good but this day I decided to grab lunch. BK you can have this sandwich back. The whopper is the king of bk and it looks like a peasant on my plate. Try again. If nothing else is made fresh, the whopper should be.

The employees there are a bit slow. They can't take simple orders. Then they also can't make the food right, I said "2 burgers and 1 fry" (I said it at least 5 times) but they gave me 3 burgers. Like WHAT? I don't know if this is on purpose or are they just slow. But they flared to do something about this.

The employees either don't care, or a trained to treat people poorly. They won't speak up clearly. I get my orders wrong 50% of the time. I don't go through the drive thru anymore, I want to face them at the counter where I can go over my food to make sure it is right. Maybe it is just impossible to get decent employees I don't know. I know as a customer I am displeased and will avoid BK in Mayfield.

The fact that today was my third time coming to get food & they have no one to work & open two hours later is unacceptable. I have worked in fast food as a manager and still opened the store on time by myself. It's just an excuse at this point.

Won't go back and don't you at 3456 Mayfield Cleve, hts Ohio, bc guy who handles the dining room orders from about mornings to 3pm serves wrong items to his customers - intentional or not- and if you complain he develops an attitude - another item you DID NOT order. Advise to go after 3pm for POSSIBLY Better service - you and me can only HOPE.

I've never been so badly treated and more than once. This last time I used the app to order food and apparently they store didn't receive my order. I tried to explain that I had been charged for the food. 2 of the 3 people I encountered were yelling at me at the drive through that there was nothing they could do. Mind you, there was nobody behind me and only one car ahead.......it was slow. And yet, there was something they could have done. Empathy and kindness would have gone a long way. I wasn't even upset until they started screaming at me. I didn't expect them to give me the food, but they should have been able to offer a path to resolve my getting my money back. Instead, total rudeness. It was my money, I'm allowed to ask questions. It's your job to help me know I'll be taken care of. I looked at my email receipt, later, looking for a phone number that I could use to call the manager. It turns out there's a "If you're having problems " link. I clicked on that, explained my order was never received and I need my money back. Within 10 minutes I had a reply and my money was refunded. Why didn't the crew know how to do this? If they had I would have thought they were brilliant instead of horrible, mean people. and now I will likely never go back. Like I said, this wasn't the first time.
