Burger Fresh

It's here, right here in Solon! Burger Fresh is one of my favorite burger places! On Kruse Drive, right by Mitchell's, Burger Fresh has salads, all beef hot dogs and oh, my! those burgers. I called in for a Shroom Burger and fries to go. Wear a mask in, get your food and enjoy. They have an online menu PDF, now in my drawer, and you can order online as well. Staff is great. You can customize your burger order. Their black bean burger is great and they have fresh takes on salmon burgers. Highly recommend!

Overall this place was OK. If I can give 5 stars to the employee's I would. Never tried this place before, and they walked us through how to order, and were super patient with us. Its hard for me to go to a burger place. I make a mean burger on my own grill and for me, that is the bar they have to hit to get 5 stars. This place far exceeds the amount of toppings I would ever make available. I believe my burger was is what you call "fully loaded". Loaded with almost all of the veggies, Cheese, and bacon. My wife and son also got a burger with some cheesy fries. The fries were not of the fresh cut variety, and the cheese tasted like it was from a can. Neither are my favorite, but they enjoyed it. To each their own. Overall the price was a bit pricey for 3 burgers, 3 drinks, and 2 sides. Service was fantastic.

Horrible meal did not take a picture to avoid the embarrassment of spending 30.00 and got food that went to the trash if I could rate it a zero I would but I have worked in food service for years and don't give bad reviews normally but this place needs a wake up call because the competition is fierce. First time trying would not recommend or go back.

Too expensive for what it is being given out. I get FF is kind of bad these days with the lack of workers, poor present if any service, and general health but when a burger and fries goes over $10?! Its a no from me. Food is fine but the price should be lower and ambiance is kind of seedy and makes me miss Steak & Shake

Absolutely loved the place. Can't wOt toGo back again. Counter girl was very pleasant and attentive and helpful. Place is neat and clean

employees were some of the rudest I have ever worked with. my friends and I are young adolescence, having money problems. We had to scramble some cash together to afford a burger for all three of us. The only good thing was the burger recipe which is the whole point of the restaurant. The employees acted like they wanted us to die and never shop here again I think they should be fired say Thursday night at 8:30 PM

I really enjoyed burger fresh specifically the large variety of options. I ordered a veggie burger & salmon burger they both were good.

Definitely 5 stars! Staff is super helpful with menu (Giving it was our first time there)! I'd stay this place is like a subway except you build your own BURGER. Fries are made FRESH! Yup, fresh! So delicious and not expensive AT ALL! Definitely will be going back! :)

Not good. Our burgers and fries were hot and ready on time tonight. We both ordered an American burger. Whoever made it got really carried away with squeezing the yellow mustard. No, I didn't ask for extra. The entire bottom bun was covered on the outside like someone filled the foil paper wrapper with mustard and then sat the burger in it. Fries were hot, but extremely soggy and limp like they were cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough to make fries crispy, like they're supposed to be. My drive is 3 minutes to Solon Burger Fresh so fries weren't sitting long.)I wonder: Is this a slight due to ordering online and not leaving a tip (to drive there and pick up my own food??) Forced to decide on a tip prior to service being performed bugs me.

I went there late on a Saturday around 8:30 PM ordered the Chicago dog for takeout, the hot dog was ice cold. Tried calling the restaurant no one answered. Took the hotdog back, they were nice apologized and made me another hot dog, but they put almost a whole bottle of mustard on that. I don't recommend ordering hotdogs from this restaurant the fries were just okay.
