Burger Fresh

i can't believed i tried this again. totally uncooked burger. only one employee and no customers in the place. . why couldn't they cook the burger. ugh this place not officially sucks

Came here today before work and the service was awesome!!! I got a cherry coke, bacon cheddar burger w/ mayo and w/o lettuce or tomato, and cheddar fries. The young man working at the counter was so sweet he didn't even charge me as much as I was expecting to spend. I was so impressed that I tipped immediately.

I went here last night for dinner, this is my go to spot for when I'm home from school, and I am from Akron. So that alone is saying something with the distance and how much I love this place. I feel like it has gone somewhat downhill from previous years. I used to love everything about this place and now, my outlook has changed. Here was my experience:My hamburger was barely cooked, pretty rare on the inside and the seasonings on it were different than what I had remembered. Next time I think I'll ask for no seasonings and if they can cook for longer than usual.Worth the price? So so. The fries were good, I'm not a fan of BBQ that isn't very sweet so if you get BBQ with your fries, be warned.Next is the infamous shake, the real reason why I come here. You don't get shakes that are custard anywhere so I find that to be the most special thing about this place. Except, even that seemed like it had changed.The cup it came in was a small Coca-Cola cup and they only had one size. It's not worth paying $6 for a small shake even if it tastes good- that's like the ripoffs they have at Disney and Cedar Point.. I wasn't happy with that. I would however pay a big price like that for a large shake! Overall, I was dissatisfied with my experience. Plus, the two younger women working weren't the friendliest but that's besides the point.I hope they can change some of these.

I've never been so depressed after eating a hamburger! Ordered the Napa Burger and I'm now preparing myself for a stomach ache. Bun was stale, salsa was flavorless and old. The homemade guacamole was brown and the burger meat tasted sour. Probably the worst burger I've ever had! I can't believe this place is still open. When I got home I wanted to wash my mouth out with hand sanitizer because of the horrible bad aftertaste. Just plain bad.

Quick burgers for dinner is always an option. Some good choices here, vegan friendly with a vegetarian burger. I've tried a lot of the burgers here and they're all good. Service and ambiance is quick. Not much seating but it's a fun spot to hang.

Honestly I am torn with my rating here, 2.5 - 3 stars. The food wasn't bad but the service was a meh experience. I was craving a salmon burger so I decided to give this place a shot and try their salmon California burger. I'm trying to be healthier so I got it without a bun, but since I can't resist everything I did get fries with it. The problem though is that they only have one size for fries and one crew member laughed at me when I asked that they only fill it up halfway so I wouldn't eat it all. In general the young staff didn't come across that personable which does not leave a great impression with a first time customer. Be a little friendlier and helpful. The food was fine, but I'm not sure if I would try this place again or just walk over to Heinen's and get a salmon burger to cook myself.

Ok ok not that Cleveland needed another 6 bros burgers clone but let me hit you with some cold hard facts about B Fresh before we cast judgement off the color scheme and custard milkshake option Location location location. This is in the back of the plaza due west of Heinens, right outside Brecksville Reservation. Perfect for post hike recharges before grocery shopping.Only 2 guys burgers and fries in here, small sitting area to eat. Order takeout if you're claustrophobic in case they're busy. How fresh is fresh? Me personally the most important aspect and the absolute crux of any burger establishment is the meat. B fresh passes my test, remarkably good flavor for being cooked steak burger style medium-well throughout. I ordered bacon cheddar but opted for pepper jackThey also had a beer tap with a Great Lakes seasonal which I didn't notice until later, I'm not sure if beer was anywhere on the wall menu but it's in there!

Five tries with this place. Some before COVID-19 and last night. Never very good. Last night I got an over-cooked burger on the wrong bun with cold fries. Why would I ever go back? How is this place still in business?

I visited Burger Fresh at Brecksville location on Saturday October 21st at 3:15 with my husband and brother. I was highly disappointed with the dining room setting. It was a hang out for seven rude and obnoxious teenagers who were obviously friends with the young man working. They did not have any food but were yelling they wanted fries. The teenagers were swearing and fooling around with each other. As we walked in one one said, "you have f...... customers." I really wish we walked out and went across to Panera. These kids did everything possible to annoy us and make our dine in experience awful. We barely had room to eat. They took over the dining room. One kid sat spreading his legs and itching his crotch staring at us. Just ridiculous. The young worker after making our food came out and joined the group of teens. Where was a manger or someone a bit older? I have been a frequent customer for years. New owners? What's happening? I will not be back.

Terrible hamburger dried out with chunks of hard gristle laced through out the meat. Will never order again.
