Bugsy's Italian Cuisine

Amazing Italian food! We had the Caesar salad and their wonderful fabulous lasagna and fettuccine Alfredo with spinach and split a creme boule to top off this spectacular dinner. Well worth it splurge!

Place has an awesome atmosphere, great layout, inviting staff.The service was great, the people were nice.The Food:I ordered veal parmesean. It comes with garlic butter style linguine, and the veal comes "on a bed of marinara sauce" By bed of marinara they mean an ounce maybe two ounces of sauce. I asked for more sauce as it is a Parmesan dish, 99c for a small plastic cup of sauce. Or 2.99 for a cup!I got charged for both the cup and the ramaken of sauce. The veal was very dry and tough. The noodles were "ok" I typically don't go out of my way to leave bad reviews but in speaking with the staff they all seemed to feel the same way I do about the dishes. It's a shame because the place has potential...

I don't normally like giving bad reviews, but couldn't let this one slide. We arrived for an early dinner and their were more employees than customers at this point. I ordered Lobster Bisque and Eggplant parm. The Lobster Bisque was just cold, not even warm. I sent it back and they said they would heat it up. Came back 5 minutes later with another bowl of cold soup. I told them nevermind and just take the soup away, our server didn't say sorry or anything, just shrugged and took away the soup. The Eggplant was laughable, two razor thin slices of eggplant with only partially melted cheese. My wife ordered spaghetti and meatballs, and while the spaghetti was warm, the inside of the meatballs were cold. At no point did I get the feeling any of the employees cared about the quality of the food or service

Went here on a Saturday night at the recommendation from the stark county take out page on Facebook and it did not disappoint. Had the risotto balls and calamari, both delicious and highly recommend, we were torn between the Bugsy's pasta and the pescatore pasta so my fiancé and I each got one, they were both fantastic! The service here was the quickest we have had since Covid, we never waited on refills and our entrees came out quick. They have a patio, and drink specials, don't let the "strip mall" location deter you, this place is the real deal!

I was really skeptical about coming here because A- it's next to a tattoo shop lol and B- it looks like a complete hole in the wall.Y'all... IT. WAS. OUTSTANDING! We arrived at 6pm on a Saturday and I thought for sure we'd have a wait, but we were seated immediately. Our server promptly took our drink order and told us a little about the menu.We ordered the risotto balls... do yourself a favor and order these! You get 6 and they're in a creamy sauce with tomatoes and cheese and are just delicious. We ate them so quickly, I didn't even get a picture.We ordered dinner and I got the chicken parm and my husband got the chicken Marsala, we both got the upgraded Misto salads (you'll want to do this) and we got a side of crispy potatoes to share.There wasn't room in our bellies for dessert, but we WILL be back and I'll get the tiramisu for sure.This was such a pleasant surprise for us and I am so glad we found a non-chain, not-at-the-Strip place to go back to!

The food is mediocre at best. My daughter wanted to come here and try it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as place to eat to anyone. The wedding soup didn't have any noodles and the waitress said they would bring a new one but never did. My moms meal was delivered cold and when she was asked if she liked it they didn't even bother with trying to make it right. Go anywhere else they don't care

I've been here a few times and I've never had a bad meal or service. Very clean and good atmosphere. They have a wide selection of options on the menu

Such a hidden gem!Always a great meal! The menu is a nice blend of traditional Italian with plenty of non Italian options if your not feeling like pasta. The seasonal menu is excellent. Obviously items that the chef likes to put together. The service has always been very friendly and attentive.

We had so much fun at dinner! 1st Bugsy's employees are the kindest people! To me that's my fav about visiting any location. Next I love the paper covered tables we pulled out a pen and put the phones away, while this Italian music is playing in the background next thing you know we're drawing on the table then we start humming and singing along quietly as not to disturb other guests lol!!! I didn't know my husband could draw so well. Wink. Ok so they have the best raspberry iced tea yes indeed. Another please all the singing made me parched hahaha lala laalaa la la la . Ok let's get serious here gotta get some pics round #1 just arrived after the pics of bread and salad nice cold crunchy salad and warm bread with olive oil o my I absolutely fav I could have 10 pieces of that bread with o maybe a gallon of the oil ( ok just kiddin ) mmmm next the entrees were soooo yummy I forgot to take pics oops my bad next time. My granddaughter loved her spaghetti and meatballs, my husband didn't venture far from a burgers and I enjoyed the seafood pasta and we had plenty of leftovers too. Went there tonight for dinner. Been coming here many times for last 2 years with my son and my 2 grandkids and for numerous orders to go. . Our waitress was Kelly and she served our drinks then never returned to take our order. Another waitress came and took our order which was fine. Bread and seasoned oil came but it had way too much pepper in it and I was given a replacement. I realized that it was just vegetable oil and not olive oil. Was it not made with olive oil prior? Salads were served but lettuce on both were a bit soggy and the Parmesan Ranch dressing was watery and runny. I made Kelly aware of this but rather than offering to give me another salad.. she got mad about it... and defensive. She made both me and my son feel bad for pointing this out to her. I took two small bites of the salad and knew I didn't want it. Both salads were like this. She also accused me of eating half of the salad which was absolutely not true. Her attitude and the manner in which she handled this was extremely poor and ruined our dining experience. The other waitress was excellent and very apologetic regarding the incident and tried her best to make us feel better as she's waited on us the majority of the times we've gone there. The meals were very good... spaghetti and meatballs and pasta with mussels... though for $20 ... the pasta with mussels dinner was very skimpy on the amount of pasta given. Then on the bill they add $1.53 service charge even when cash is paid. I'm sorry to say this ... but the bill was almost $45.00 for 2 meals and to be treated the way we were is unacceptable. They have lost a good customer.
