Conveniently located on 43 near 18, Brimfield Bread Oven has so many delicious items to feast on! Always friendly. Always clean. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Great parking. Get there early to get first dibs!

It was kind of a weird experience. We entered and couldn't figure out what was for sale. Just a very small case with a few bakery items. Employees just standing around talking. We bought a cookie and left, it was not good either. Sorry, just letting them know.

Oh my, it does smell heavenly when you walk in. Fresh baked bread. I had originally wanted to try their pizza, and come to find out they do it from four to eight on Saturday's only. They do have some that you can just pop in the oven, but that wouldn't have worked in our situation. We did take a couple of the baked goods. A blueberry cream cheese Danish, a pretzel, an almond scone, and a Sea Salt Foccacia bread. Everything was delicious! With the exception of the pretzel. Oh, that Foccacia bread, it saved our lives for two nights that we were in Canton. I would most certainly return if we are ever in the area again. I know we will, too. Must try more of their baked goods and the pizza!!

I believe Brimfield Bread Oven has the most unique pizza in NE Ohio. Ok. Well. Let's be honest, I can't possibly say that. I've had a relatively small sample size of pizza in Northeast Ohio compared to the plethora of shops; the sheer magnitude of the number of pizzerias in Northeast Ohio is staggering. That said, I believe Brimfield bread oven to be the best pizza that I've ever had in my entire life. Phew. RIGHT?????I enjoy, for what they are worth, all the styles Ohio has to offer. I can eat great examples of all the styles, depending on my mood. Full disclosure, I tend to gravitate toward New York style as a go to. But I've been known to kill some Luigi's or some Giannino's. Detroit style? Love it. Chicago deep -? No problem with that either.I'm just saying I get it. But Brimfield bread oven? The only way I can describe it is that it is entirely flavorful, but the crust for the win! when it's just crust and you keep eating? Yes, the crust has flavor. Actual flavor. It tastes like very good bread! There is no flop at all. It is breakthrough on the backside of it. And when you take a bite of it? It feels at first like New York style, but it's just a tad, barely noticeable thickness. That's just slightly bigger than New York style, and it ends in a crunch on the bottom. It is very nuance, but it is definitely different than New York style. And it is not typical Ohio style not even anywhere near the same amount of do that that would require. I'm telling y'all, you have to get to Brimfield for their pizzas. Brimfield bread oven pizza is super legit. The steak and bake is good. But if you want it even better? Which is how I would recommend? On Saturdays from 4 to 8 PM, they make the pizzas in the bakery in their oven made to order. That's how you should get it. If not? Do it take and bake and you'll be happy enough!Amazing pizza! And pretty much everything else they sell there for that matter.P.S. I have have Luca's in Stow. Luca's has very oily cheese and the crust had no flavor when I had it, which was only once -- two days ago. But I'm more than wanting to give that place several more tastes. Lol.Brimfield Bread Oven. You will not be disappointed.
