Blue Ginger Asian Bistro

Quality of food was poor. Ordered takeout, Pepper Steak with onions and the Four Treasure with fried rice. The quality of "steak" was absolutely dreadful. Did not have the taste or consistency of beef. The quality of the chicken was strange. It didn't have the normal consistency chicken should have. The fried rice had an odd taste to it. Super disappointing and pretty gross. The one upside were the vegetables. Made the most of this meal by eating the vegetables.

The first time I ordered from this restaurant I got take out! It was packaged very carefully. I got the salmon lovers and was ecstatic when I saw the quality of the food. My partner and I enjoyed some yummy miso soup (with these cute tiny tofu pieces), shumai, and gyoza! We gobbled our dinner up and next time my parents asked what we should get for take out, I made them go to Blue Ginger. I have not eaten at the restaurant, but I've been inside and it has a very modern interior. Busy with lots of people.

Picked up dinner here to share with my daughter while we watched the Browns vs Colts game. We also shared spring rolls. I didn't capture a picture if the rice that was a purple grain. It was ready as they stated. It was in a strip mall, but don't let that deter you. It was all very good. The Mongolian Beef was a bit in the sweet side. I would've preferred a bit more heat. Look forward to coming back and trying other dishes.

This was my second time here. Tried the scallop and shrimp Hibachi meal and the classic sushi meal. Kind of disappointed the sushi meal only came with either soup or salad--most places have both. Both meals were delicious. The hibachi does come with a fairbit of sauce so i would recommend the steamed white rice with it instead of fried rice. Happy that there is a good amount of vegetable and cooked perfectly.

Ordered takeout for dinner. All food was hot and fresh when arriving home. Prices are low and quality is Excellent! Great service too!

Best place for fresh and delicious Chinese food. It's fast and they are always 100% accurate, even with some difficult and large orders. I never feel sluggish afterwards.

Food and sushi were excellent. Service was even on New Years Eve was very good.Ordered sushi boat everything was fresh and prepared very nice.

The food was basic and not flavorful. The appetizer tasted like it was something from the grocery store.
