A combination of soul food and asian cuisine, Blasian Fusion is absolutely delicious. Originally a food truck, they recently opened a brick and mortar spot on East 185th near the border of Euclid and Cleveland, next to the La Salle Theater. It's a small shop, mainly for take out and production for their food truck. I got the 1 egg roll combo. Each combo comes with a side of rice and your choice of sauce. I got the ground chicken egg roll with both a spicy asian sauce and a sweet and spicy sauce, plus the sticky rice. The egg roll had a really good flavor with peppers, onions, and some cheese inside. I'm happy that it wasn't too much cheese. My favorite part was the sauces. I could eat both of those on anything! After I was done with my roll, I just dipped my rice in the sauce! One of the owners and his daughter was there when I stopped in. It was lovely to see a family-owned business operating. They were both very welcoming and efficient.I'll definitely be returning as this is the perfect afternoon snack or lunch.

I enjoyed trying the Blasian Fusion food truck at the Art on the Falls event. They serve generously sized egg rolls with fun fusion fillings and some sides. I thought it was a fun option to a food truck line up. I had a chicken egg roll, which was the Asian flavor option and had the expected fillings - ground chicken, shredded cabbage and carrots, etc. It was pretty big, and the exterior was crunchy fried. I thought it was pretty tasty and enjoyed the scoop of white rice that came with it and served as a catch all for the filling that fell out. I also had the tempura broccoli because... fried broccoli. I appreciated the small/medium sized portion for the price, and enjoyed it with some ranch dressing. They make their own dipping sauces and the sweet chili was really good with the egg roll, as was some soy sauce. The ranch was not house made, but was a nice option for the veggies. Their menu was clear and the husband/wife duo running the truck were really friendly and speedy with the snacks! They managed their line well and were pleasant to interact with. Also the truck is cute - it's more like a van than a truck, and it was all shiny and bright inside. I'd be happy to run into these folks again!

Tried them out in the Asian Food Truck Festival in chapel hill area. Kind service and fast turnover time. Got their Philly egg roll and Ground Chicken egg roll and they're sized to fill your appetite. Their sweet and sour and sweet chili sauces were homemade. All great items. The ground chicken was my favorite. 5/5. Go check them out. Give them some love!
