Blackout Burger Bar

A frequent destination on our trips through Grove City, Blackout Burger manages to maintain an interesting menu despite being "just" a burger place and has been consistently good through the years.

Still the best burger that I've ever had anywhere. The consistency is really quite amazing. They run an excellent food service business. Time and time again, the burger, the salad, beans, or whatever you get is excellent. Service is top notch. Restaurant allows our little dog to sit outside. Inside bar is nice. They have a lot of tasty craft beers on tap. Did I mention the salads are fresh with loads of tasty veggies. I love this place!!!!

Came for lunch while visiting the area. It isn't a big place, but they have a bar, some indoor and outdoor seating. Most of the outdoor seating is not shaded though. It is located in a strip mall with ample parking. They have a large selection of burgers and sandwiches and also a build your own section. I opted for a build your own and filled out my order form and handed it to the waitress. There were so many options and I appreciate the healthier options, as I was able to get grilled chicken breast on a bed of greens or lettuce wrapped and also sub the potato chips or fries for seasonal vegetables or salad. They had so many topping options and the first four were included. Anything extra ranged in price, but nothing more than $2. Chips were delicious! Really enjoyed our meal.

Nice selection of craft beers that they rotate regularly. I had a bison burger that was done exactly the way I like it. Mama had a chicken burger that she loved.It's small, but comfortable. Not overly cushy or fancy, but clean and inviting.Our waitress was perfectly attentive without being sickeningly sweet. Knew her beer list and menu off the top of her head.For sure we'll be visiting Blackout Burger Bar again soon.Rating Scale:1 - Just don't 2 - You'll survive, but there are better choices close by 3 - Good choice if you're in the area 4 - I'd drive up to 30 minutes just to come here 5 - I'd try to convince my wife to drive an hour just to come here

I was staying Groove City for a few months for work, Blackout Burger was my favorite place to go. Everything I had to eat here was delicious. While here I tried many of the items on the menu including b burgers, chicken sandwich, steak sandwich, wings and salads. For sides I had winter truffle fries, onion rings (hand made) and the baked beans, everything was delicious. They also have a good happy hour and very reasonably priced drinks

We stopped by here while looking for a place members of our group could eat. They also have vegan options, and all of their toppings are phenomenal! My only suggestion would be to flavor the veggie(vegan) patty more. It was a bit bland but has amazing potential. They were incredibly kind and accommodating to our allergies. Couldn't recommend more!Also, most of the mayo based sauces have no egg so they are vegan. I would suggest double checking, but it's just oil based.

This place was stellar!!! I had the blackout melt which ranked up there with one of the best patty melts I've ever had- my only suggestion would be to slap it on some rye bread vs. sourdough (but that's personal preference). Fries were everything they should be- hot, crispy and salty! The homemade ranch gives this place one up! There was not an empty table at 2:00 on a Sunday and that should speak volumes in itself. I can't wait to come back!

Looks like a chain but I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the quality of food. Burger was very good and Onion Rings were absolutely fantastic. Fresh Batter Dipped. Baked Beans, although good were missing a little bite to them. As much as everything else was good, the beans lacked the amazing factor. I will definitely return.

This place is so good! We got the bacon jam burger and the chicken bruschetta sandwich and both were excellent. The service was fast and our waitress Morgan was very accommodating!

We have been here about a half dozen times and always enjoyed it. The potato chip nachos are unique and really good. They have a large selection of specialty burgers but we seem to always go the custom order route. Recommend the deviled eggs also.
