Part of the Halloween trail. Shares a parking lot with Red Eagle Distillery. Didn't open until 3 pm but it worked out for us. Unique set up. We had 6 in our party. They gave us a "private" table. Worked well for the group. Oh and order the smoked potatoes. Truly amazing. Also the bathrooms are so unique. Love this place.

This was my first time here, and I wish I had visited it sooner. I have seen the building, but I had no idea what it was. It's a cocktail bar in the middle of wine country. I absolutely love the atmosphere here. The lighting is very dim. They have a good menu selection. The drinks are good. The staff was very nice. I will definitely stop back.

We made reservations for an "early" 3:30 dinner not knowing how busy it would be on a Sunday. Arrived at 3:45 and was taken upstairs to our table only to find it was given away due to our late arrival. No big deal - our fault. Was seated in a more secluded area of the house indoors. Service was good, but didn't quite catch on to the sarcastic humor of our waiter. Ordered the queso which was decent. Added on the crispy shrimp and cheese platter. I have to admit - I was a little shocked at the size of the cheeses. It was three slivers of each cheese which seemed small to me (no meats). Plates are small as far as appetizers go. Didn't try any of the dinners; but only four options. Drinks were tasty (no wine). Loved the hidden gem of a place, but would have to give it a second try. Also, bathrooms all upstairs so if you have an issue w stairs - keep that in mind.

First, be prepared to really enjoy a great meal in a unique setting. As one who comes out to the wineries in this area, we were looking for a place that offered good food and cocktails, in addition to great wine. This is the place! The house has fantastic history that the servers all tell the customers. So unique and interesting. And if you are aware of Ashtabula County history, this location has a story to tell. Now the food.Came out during Cleveland Restaurant Week, which this establishment was a participate. A rarity for us, EVERYONE ordered the same thing!!First, French onion soup! IMO the best I've ever had. Good portion, served hot as a soup should be on a cold winter evening. Our normal dinner conversation was put on hold while everyone enjoyed their soup. Next came the main dish, Beef Sliders!! OMG!! Fresh toasted buns, with juicy beef, served with grilled onions, and topped with a bacon-jam that was perfect.Dinner was finished off with a Double chocolate brownies, size just perfect to end the meal. A variety of drinks also added to a wonderful meal. Take the time and journey out to Geneva and visit here. You will not be disappointed. Note: Our server, Brianna was outstanding and added to our enjoyment.

I was so excited to try this place and I wasn't disappointed! The ambiance, the history and oh yes, the food was all so wonderful and delicious. Our table all ordered the same thing, French onion soup, sliders and double chocolate brownies. Not a scrap left on our palates. The server, Breanna was fantastic! Knowledgeable, friendly and super attentive. We all can't wait to come back and try some of the other dishes on the menu. Oh, almost forgot about the drinks. The coffee drink was delicious and our friend was blown away by the bloody Maria.

We were so excited to try this place based on the few reviews here. Well let me tell you it was a disaster. We never made it in the door! We had a group of 12 people that were in for the weekend, so as the leader I called a week in advance to make reservations. I was told that we were good and they looked forward to seeing us. We showed up at 6:55 for our 7:00 reservations and were told there were no reservations for us. Well that obviously didn't go over well with our crew, and especially me since I organized the trip. The hostess said there was no way to seat us for the rest of the night. I showed her my phone with the call from a week prior and she insisted the if we had called, they would have taken our card to hold the reservation. I said how would i know they need a card if I am not told to give a card. She basically said I was lieing and never talked to anyone. Her words were" I'm not accusing you of anything but if you had called we would have you card and reservation". I understand that sometimes the ball can get dropped, but there was zero effort to try and accommodate us and to call me a liar, well that was the last straw. We will never return there and I will warn you if you make reservations, you better double check because their recording keeping and especially customer service was at a zero!!!!

Fantastic! Atmosphere is unique with history, all the food we had was over the top good and the staff was great. The pork belly and bourbon are must haves.
