Stopped by for a little snack. Always stop by when I am in town. Incredible food, and such great service.

I was in the area and wanted a really good meal after a long day. It is very small and intimate. I had the special; grilled bone-in pork chops served with potatoes and mixed veggies and topped with a rosemary Demi glace sauce... amazingly tasty. Great flavors. Not cheap but I will be back for a steak. The service is great. The chef makes his round with customers checking on their satisfaction. Loved it.

Had a pretty large group dinner at Bistro 70 and it did not disappoint! Service was impeccable and everyone raved about their meals. With a group of 8, that's a rare occurrence!I recommend whatever the "chef special" is that evening! It's always superb. We had some unique (and specific) drink orders, but our bartender did an awesome job!! We will be back for sure! Just a great place all around!

We go here for every special occasion, the food is always amazing no matter what you order. Very clean but somewhat small so you sit close to others. The owner always makes rounds to say hello and you feel welcomed. Service is top notch. Definitely one of our favorite local places to celebrate.

My husband and I have been customers since it opened. We use to host many parties here. We went there tonight and OMG! He had, meatballs, salad and pork schnitzel... I had lobster bisque, ceaser salad, the special salmon dinner. The food was delicious and every seat was filled! Chef even came out a few times to check on everyone. I would highly recommend!

Food and service always great. Good cocktails and selection of menu items, plus always have a special (at least on Saturdays). I have never been disappointed in what I've ordered. A hidden gem in Painesville. The only suggestion is the decor needs updated - looks a little tired - but that doesn't stop me from going back.

Great atmosphere and a fantastic waitress. The wife and I had a good meal but it did take a little vit of time to come out. The service let kept us updated and we will be back.

We do not live close to this restaurant; but it is well worth the trip! My sons asked me where I'd like to go for my birthday and I immediately said "Bistro 70"!After not being there for a while I worried that it might have changed...nothing could be further from the truth!Same wonderful dishes always made to order, same excellent service down to EVERY detail. My new daughter-in-law agreed and it is now her favorite as well!

Great food, service and ambiance! Menu has many creative choices! Broad selections of wine and tasty cocktails. Always on spot!

Painesvilles hidden little gem. We dine here often and always have a great experience. We hosted our work Christmas party this past year.
