Food and service is always great. The diner definitely needs a remodel but is clean and cozy.

Was in town to visit my daughter and grand baby she suggested Billy's which we've never been. Small parking lot next door and street parking out front.Kinda dim on the inside but nice and clean. Interior is old school but great condition. Love older establishments.Daughter suggested the home fries and French toast with a cinnamon sugar coating that gives it a crunchy coating. It was very good a little extra for French toast..Hubby had the omelet which he said was packed with ingredients and was very flavorful.Our waitress took very good care of us also.Will come back and support local business again.

The food is good but the service is incredibly slow. It is due to the new owner/cook. He is SSSSLLLLOOOOWWWW. We waited over an hour for eggs and sausage. The previous owner it would have taken 10-15 minute tops. He needs to figure out how to speed things up or hire more help. Ridiculous!!!

The cook was in the zone! Epic breakfast this morning. We didn't need a TV watching him work. Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast of omelets and potatoes. Frequent refills on coffee were appreciated. Clean and great music. Found you on Yelp....... Great decision to stop in.

If you in Fremont area Billy's is a highly recommend breakfast place. Avoid the chain restaurants, eat local. Friendly and outstanding service. Visit them for a meal and you will know what I am talking about.They are also super close to Hayes presidential museum.

We're new to the area so we decided to try this place out. My kids and I. Its a Small town atmosphere. Waitress was nice. The food was mediocre my potatoes were undercooked. They only have one cook, the place wasnt packed just steady. The eggs were good & my son had the french toast it was good. The reason i gave it 3 stars was because i waited 45minutes just to get our food after ordering and the food wasnt worth the wait. Just had a pretty easy breakfast nothing complicated. We wont be back after this experience

Great food and service, huge quantities of very well fried potatoes. Great in house made sausage gravy and very friendly service. Highly recommend

I leave 5 stars not because this is a fancy Michelin restaurant, but because it dies a fantastic job of being what it is: a nice, smaller town diner with friendly people and quick, good food and service.My daughter and I stopped in for a light lunch at 12:45 and got a big slice of good jam on fresh bread made to my daughter's preference. My soup was fantastic and fruit cup was fresh and tasty. They were happy to take my thermos, fill it with hot water, and give my two peppermint tea bags for me to take on the road - - I mentioned we were driving the rest of the day and they could hear my allergy-caused sore throat. Pricing was fair for the times. I forgot to use their restroom, but found the one in the shell station up the street two blocks was very clean.
