Tried Bigby for the first time today. As a coffee snob I'm impressed. For me it's all about the taste without any cream sugar or anything in between. The espresso was delicious. The coffee was very good. Love that we another coffee place as an option amongst the other great ones we have here in Cleveland. My next visit I will try some of the pastry options but the coffee did not disappoint. Also the service was spot on! Well done!

Afterbalwaysbseeing these in Michigan, I was excited to stop and try it. It was good and the inside is cute. However, I'll stick with Starbucks. I tried a cookie crumble drink and they placed an entire cookie in it!

This is a new coffee shop in North Olmsted, its vibrant and fun. Coffee was good and they had sugar free syrups which I appreciate. One free coffee refill was appreciated. They also have beans you can buy in bulk in a variety of flavors. They serve avacado shakes which sound amazing and I'll have to give them a try on my next visit. Hubby had a bagel sandwich; many bagel varieties to choose from as well as muffins and donut holes (all of which is not a choice for me... keto life... not much for me to eat hence 4 vs 5 stars for me, but that's not to say anything bad about them in general!) Give this place a try. It's new, it's clean, it's fun!

Great service. Employees are so friendly. Cowboy ciabatta is to die for. Red Bull crème freeze with strawberry. Omg. Baristas are efficient. Love the trivia of the day as well

This is "coffee" for those who enjoy sugary drinks with dairy. This is not coffee that is great black it taste like maxwell house or Folgers. I was hopeful though. They seemed busy but all the drinks going out were lite tan or almost white with cream.

I drove 30 minutes to come here and was not disappointed. One of the best bagel breakfast sandwiches. I got the everything bagel egg and cheese. The atmosphere is nice. It's very cute on the inside and the kids loved that there were toys and books to play with. The employees were very friendly and gave great service.
