Big V’s Ice Cream

Great ice cream!They serve hard and soft serve ice cream. Many sundae options to choose from. With some unique combinations. I tried the strawberry cheesecake which was delicious. They were a great size for the money. Lots of picnic tables in the grass to enjoy your ice cream.

Stopped by Big V's today and gave it a try. My wife is a connoisseur of ice cream so I wanted to get her expert opinion. She opted to have a Chocolate Hot Fudge milk shake. After the first sip she said "this is the real deal and is wonderful"! I'm not a big sweet eater but I took a sip and I agree it was delicious, it reminded me of the milk shakes I got when I was a kid. I would venture to say based on the flavor and texture of the shake their ice cream is made with quality ingredients and must have a very high butter fat content. If you are an ice cream aficionado (as my wife is) Big V's could very well become addictive. The girls behind the counter were very pleasant and helpful and there was a gentleman walking around that I presume was Big V and he was very pleasant as well. My wife ordered a large milk shake and it was large, more than enough to satisfy a those with big appetites. They also provide a large straw that makes it much easier to drink the milk shake unlike most other ice cream parlors. The menu offers a vast array of hard scoop flavors as well as custards, Dole whips, sundaes and flurries. Big V's is not to be missed if you just enjoy ice cream once in a while or you are an aficionado like my wife. Give it a try you won't be disappointed, it is outstanding.

Very disappointed in size of portion for the money. We visited regularly last year but seems like things have changed. We went Sunday night May 5th with grandkids. The scoop of ice cream was so small that we couldn't believe it! I even questioned it. My son got one of the soft serves (peanut butter) and said it tasted (waxy). 2 families that will no longer go there and we will not recommend.

Homemade hard scoop ice cream! I've tried many flavors and they never disappoint! Great service with a super cute ambiance! GO CHECK IT OUT!

Best handmade hard scoop around! The toppings are plentiful as well! The workers are always smiling and seem like they enjoy their jobs. Super family friendly too.

The hand-dipped homemade ice cream is SO good! My personal favorites are the chocolate raspberry and the coconut. And the colorful picnic tables spread across the grassy area make for a nice spot to sit and enjoy a treat.
