New place in the midtown neighborhood figured I give it a try and WOW. I got the prime rip dip sandwich and home made mashed potatoes as a side.The sandwich was excellent and I could tell all the ingredients were made fresh. The bread was out of the bakery fresh and the mushrooms/onions were hand cut not out of a can. The garlic mashed potatoes were REAL homemade mashed potatoes and the gravy was delicious. Refreshing to have food made fresh with good ingredients. I will definitely be back The staff was super friendly as well. Big 5 stars

They don't answer so how are you gonna have any service if you don't answer the freaking phone!? I live a mile away and seems very convenient to grab. SMH. Definitely losing service.

Don't know why they call it Big M. Maybe because the pizza I got was like a cushy floor mat. It did not have the extra cheese I ordered. It was very bland w/ sparse toppings. Not good! Maybe, the sandwiches are better. There are better places for pizza in AL.

I have been here several times and finally decided to write a review. Especially after seeing several people w no real profile and only ONE review gave this place one star. Monday's is half off dine in pizza and I have tried multiple different specialty pizzas. I will say this about this pizza place compared to others...hands down the pepperoni here is the best. Thick cut pepperoni is really great. They give you a little cup of extra sauce on every pizza. The sauce is a bit sweeter which I don't mind and it def has a enjoyable flavor. Monday's the supreme pizza is the way to go. The margarita and chicken parm pizza are also great. I have YET to try the most amazing sounding burger.....The Clevelander. 2 patties and pierogi's and Swiss. I think kraut but not sure. Always next time and I'll be back for more.

I wanted to try out this local pizza place and give it a fair shake, but I was really disappointed. I'm giving it 4 stars because I think you should give it a try yourself. I will give it another one too. I'm also writing this honest review hoping it will help management make some changes/work out the kinks. First, prices are high for the size of the pizza. Not a huge deal if it's good though, right? If the pizza was premium (which I am hoping management will take more care in the making of the pizza) the price wouldn't be as much of an issue, but it's still high in general. So we ordered a large supreme. I had heard that Big M is known for the dipping sauce for their pizza and being a sauce lover, I asked if I should order an extra side. The person I spoke to said, no, one side is plenty for the amount of crust on the pizza. Okay then. When my husband went to pick up the pizza, he asked about the sauce and they said it was in the box. He said they were sort of snippy with him about it so he left, assuming it was there. I checked when he brought it to the car and it wasn't there. No biggie, I went back in and waited to ask for it only to get an exasperated waitress who yelled something at the kitchen and handed me two small sides of sauce. This sauce is not at all enough to even dip half of the total crust quantity. Also, the sauce was cold and looks like salsa? I'm left wondering if this is the sauce everyone is talking about? Anyway, the pizza was cold, super dry and the topping and cheese ratio is off for the size of the pizza. Sausage had no flavor. And then this cold salsa style sauce was just disgusting. For $18, it was a huge disappointment.I would really like to give this place another try and maybe will try for dine-in? Would also like to see the managers improve the carry-out experience. If they don't want to do carry-out, then don't do it. But when paying such high prices, they should be able to afford someone to manage those orders specifically.

Hidden local gem. Great specials. $3/pints. Crafts and Macros. Kitchens open behind bar and clean. Love the Wednesday burger special- buy one get one.

The stuffed mushrooms are Devine!! Good service and the ambiance is nice. The karaoke is on point' great patio!!!

Love this place! Awesome local pizza, great people and cold beer. The sauce for the pizza is a bit unique and on the sweeter side, which I have heard from some that it's not their style. But I am a huge fan! Be back soon!
