First time ordering from this place, I called in my order for delivery even though we live right across the street. We ordered a large pepperoni Pizza with mushrooms and extra cheese, a chicken tenders dinner and 2 chocolate chip cookies. They told us our order would be ready in 35 to 45 mintues. 1st awesome thing- our food arrived very fast- 26 mins to be exact. 2nd awesome thing- their large Pizza is huge! Most of the time a large Pizza from a local business can be a crap shoot. Best pizza in downtown Willoughby has a large that is a joke- so this was an awesome surprise. 3rd awesome thing- their sauce and crust is amazing! The sauce is just a hint sweet. I can't stand spicy sauce or sauce that has so much acid I breathe fire. And the crust is nice and soft, not hard as a rock. But it's not soggy either. It's just right. 4th awesome thing- it was hot when it came to my door. I can't stand cold pizza. My boyfriends fires were a tad on the cold side but he said he liked them and his chicken tenders were pretty good and hot. The cookies were pretty tasty too. Safe to say, this will be our new Pizza place until they give us a reason to look else where

Got a half price deal through TMobile so I figured I would give Big Cheese a try. Located in the strip of shops at the intersection of Ridge and SOM Center Road, Big Cheese is a small takeout shop. Service was good and friendly, the phone order and pickup went smoothly.I got a large Cheese Pizza, by the time I got it home to Beachwood it had cooled a bit so I had to reheat it. Overall the pizza was good. Crust is medium thick and just a bit chewy. The tomato sauce was slightly spicy not at all sweet. The cheese was good, a decent amount, but not what I would expect from a place called Big Cheese. The pizza was cooked a bit more then most places, which I like, but some people may consider it overcooked.Big Cheese is a good option if you are in Willoughby area, nothing that extraordinary that would call for a special trip.

We eat big cheese pizza at least once a week! They are a hidden gem! They have the best cheese I've ever had and they don't skimp on portions either. Ask for a cookie. They are awesome ;)

They could use some work on there bread very soggy, this maybe good and natural on a Irish field. However, his is pizza and it should be dryish and flaky like the fields of bari Italy. Light yet barley moist, subtle crunch at the end. Cajun fries are okay though.

A like trying new places, and today I felt lazy and wanted a pizza. Well this place showed up on my shirt and was given 4 stars.... Well it's deserved! My order arrived faster then anticipated. The driver was friendly and polite, and made sure the order was correct. I went with their pepper jack cheese bites, garlic knots, and a large pepperoni and sausage pizza. The cheese bites where smaller then expected, but still very flavorful and hot even with the delivery. The garlic knots where warm and fresh. Covered generously in butter garlic goodness. It didn't with marinara, but I ordered a side just in case, as that's how I like them. Now for the pizza. There large is just that, large! It was much bigger then expected. The pizza sauce had great flavor, the had just the right amount of pepperoni and sausage. The crust was a little thinner, but that doesn't really matter much when it's full of flavor. And it was cooked well. The only thing that was a bit disappointing, but wasn't an overall factor, was there side of butter garlic sauce was a bit thick. I like to dip my crust in it, and it was a bit thick for that but still tasted good.Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a shot! I will def be ordering from them again the next time I have a taste for pizza. And the price point wasn't bad at all.
