BIBIBOP Asian Grill

One of the best food places in Mentor! I was so excited when they opened up a location in town. We've had their food in the Pinecrest area many times and the chain in general is one of the best tasting meals for the price. Coming from Florida, it's really hard to find flavorful food here in Ohio and Bibibop does not disappoint!The place was packed and that's always a great sign of how well a place is doing and the quality of food they offer. They even have free miso soup for customers! The atmosphere and decor is clean and modern with great music. The service is super fast and friendly and just an all around great experience. Really good food options are hard to find in this small town and so glad we now have another option to choose from. Now we just need a Brassica to open in Mentor and we would be set! If you're on the fence of trying out Bibibop I highly recommend you give it a chance and you can thank me later!

I went on a whim, and I wasn't disappointed. I made a custom bowl and I went a little bit nuts with what went in it. Purple rice, sweet potato, rice noodles, corn, kimchi, broccoli, spicy chicken, and most of the other vegetables. Let's not forget the Yum Yum sauce. It was good. I feel I got good value because It was about 10 bucks and I didn't leave hungry. I would go back to the place. Service was good, went in and the line was about 7 or 8 deep, but I went through the line in less than 10 minutes.

Ingredients didn't taste fresh at all. They could've had more of a selection of ingredients. There's no price listed for a purely vegetarian, non-tofu/extra protein bowl; they really only give you a little spoonful of each ingredient.. And it was so stuffy inside but there's no outdoor seating.

2x in a week. Never eaten at this place before. Love the options. Staff was great and explained very thing. Chipotle style food section style. We were in and out quickly. Pricing was a more than expected, but food was awesome and great so well worth it.

What I love: the fresh choices and the flavors. We had three people with three different choices and agreed that within the "fast food" choices, it's solid. I love the fresh vegetables and options for vegetarians. I would like more vegetable choices for sure, but we also loved all the sauce options. Added bonus was the free miso soup. Everyone was super speedy and friendly as far as service... so overall I give this 4 stars especially for the healthier options! What I will end with - tip big people! This is a hard working group slinging some great food! They deserve it!

Food portions are so small for the amount of money they charge and the potatoes were hard and why do I need to pay extra for a side of sauce?

Edit 12/2022... I've been coming here for a bit now, and the food is good, but the service has been going downhill. I went there tonight (12/14) at about 7:45pm and they seemed more interested in cleaning to shut the place down at 9pm and taking care of online orders. Sorry, but when you have a line of people in front of you, take care of them, and worry about the cleaning and online orders later. The most important customer you have is the one who is standing in front of you.I hope this gets fixed as the food is good and I want to see it stick around and not go the way of the prior place that used to occupy their building.

BIBIBustSpent $71 on a pickup order and was shorted all of the proteins. Had to spend another 30 minutes driving back and forth to get the order fixed. No apology offered. I don't plan on supporting this business again, since they didn't really seem to care about their mistake.

Friendly service. Food is great. Spicy foods and sauces are good and spicy. Will return again.

They do not answer the phone!!! The DoorDash isn't clear! And the food portion was so small I want a refund or a credit I paid a pretty penny!
