Very cool smoothie bar! Modern decor too. When I walked in, I was greeted by the staff person working at the register. I explained it was my first time visiting and that I wasn't sure what I wanted to order. The staff person was super helpful, and explained the menu to me. When I mentioned I like mango, the staff person told me about the mango tango which is what I ordered. It was good and refreshing. My only reason for not giving this one five stars is that the banana and pineapple seemed to overpower the mango. It was still a really good smoothie. I just like more of a mango profile. The staff person also explained the app, which has perks. There is also a location in Green. I was thanked for buying a smoothie and I will go back here soon.

Was in town to see a specialist and we needed some food. Found this location and decided to try it out. Now, I wish we had a place like this near home.The store itself was lovely. It was bright, open, and a welcoming space to be in. The staff was equally as nice. The menu offered a variety without getting bogged down in itself. There are also vegan-friendly and gluten-free options.The food was delicious. We got a couple wraps, and I snagged a shake. The flavors were spot on - including the honey wheat wrap itself, which added this note of honey to the mix. The shake was the perfect consistency, with rich flavor. Honestly, I really need more of this place.

Im in town on a work trip and Im far away from my juicer. This place lets you build custom raw juice mixes and also custom raw smoothie's. For me that means I can leave out alot of the more sugary items I tend to try and avoid. The additional "add in" ingredients let me make a smoothie pretty close to how I would in my own kitchen and the smoothie holds up impeccably if taken for lunch later in the day and refrigerated. Throw in the ability to order through the app. for quicker pick up and theres no reason not to swing by for this killer way to start the day. So glad I tried this place out!

I ordered 2 salads, a TURKEY wrap and 3 smoothies on 2/24/25. I got home with the food for my family's dinner and to my surprise my TURKEY wrap had NO Turkey on it. It was a wrap with cheese and bacon only. Mind you the wrap cost 11.99. I called Beyond Juicery in Green, Ohio and told the young man what had happened. He was shocked when I told him my TURKEY wrap had no turkey. He offered no refund, didn't take my name or number to offer me a free wrap on my next visit, or even my email address to send me a coupon for a free wrap. He said thanks for letting us know and hung up. It's like ordering a burger and not getting the meat. Is this ok? I tried to call customer service and the recording said no one is able to take your call. I am usually not one to complain but to get a $11.99 wrap with no meat and no recourse from the company angered me. Where is the customer service these days. They have great food but now I will no longer order from there because of their lack of professionalism.

Been coming here for a while. While the staff is usually amazing, the manager could use some work. Not the nicest. If I'm going to pay $12 for a wrap, I only ask to have it made correctly. I walked back into the store and nicely asked if I could have it remade. The girl was very nice and remade it for me. The manager came over and decided to argue with me over it. Saying that I have done this multiple times, when in fact, it had only happened ONE other time. Funny thing is, she is the one that actually took my order. It's a shame, with all of the times I have been to this place, this one experience will stop me from ever coming back. She should really have some training in Customer Service!!
