Bella Pizza Westpark

21 points 16 minutes agoSo I don't normally write reviews about places , but in this instance I have to I ordered pizza there 3 days ago and it was really really yummy so I decided tonight to order my husband who is the patient at Fairview hospital I called and checked at the hospital three times to make sure that he would be able to have it delivered considering that it was after 9:00 p.m tonight they said no problem to have it delivered to the emergency room desk my husband had hip surgery so he couldn't go down to get it but the people on the phone at Fairview hospital said they would make sure he got it no problem ,it was all paid for so it should have been easy peezy drop off the driver had the pizza there in a half hour but the security guard at the entrance to the hospital (that the hospital staff told me to send the driver to refused to let him leave the pizza or even come in the building this wonderful driver sat in his car outside while I made calls to several different hosp staff including security they all said no problem send him in to leave it ....Driver goes back in and the security guard was a jerk and sent him away ... The whole time the ladies at bella pizza were communicating with me and being very patient and understanding the driver went above n beyond to deliver that pizza and wasn't allowed.... I apologized to bella pizza and told them to tell the driver I'm so sorry and ty for trying mind you I didn't have a big tip to attach to the order except a mesley 1 $ so this driver did all that and knew it was only a dollar tip ..well the driver wasn't allowed to complete the delivery after sitting there trying to deliver this pizza for over a half hour the security guard still wouldn't let him in or even let him leave it ... All this time I'm on the phone with Fairview and they kept telling me to have him leave it and the nurse would come down n get it which she did but the driver wasn't allowed in the building because of the security guard ... Driver had no choice but to return to the shop ... The ladies at bella pizza communicated and stayed in touch with me the whole time and they were so kind patient and understanding with me ..I apologized I told them to tell the driver thank you so much and I apologize. I was so upset thinking that I have wasted money on a pizza that could not be delivered I was crying and upset the ladies at bella told me don't worry hun stop up tomorrow and they will replace the whole order at no cost to me it wasn't bellas fault that the delivery wasnt able to be delivered so they didn't have to replace it at no charge but the ladies on the phone were awesome and the driver went out of his way so I just want to say thank you to the staff at bella pizza I am looking forward to placing future orders (delivered to my house lol) even my 8 year old daughter who's very picky enjoyed it when we ordered it to our house a few days ago she even ate the crust ! She never eats the crust thank you bella pizza staff drivers and owner you guys are awesome 1​

Waited 40 min for order that when I went to pick up, was never even started, the place was so dirty and 4 people at the line making the pizzas, and no one had masks on, all had dirty greasy hair and hair wasn't pulled back, so it just hung over the food! I'm glad my food wasn't made because I was so disgusted by the dirty employees and the hair was just the topping on the cake!

Very respectable and an improvement over years past. Pizza is delicious. Nice big sausages. good sauce.

I haven't been here for some timeand now I remember why. Food is not good. The deluxe pizza I ordered without black olives had black olives on it. It was undercooked I had to throw it out. The pepperoni pizza was over cooked and super greasy. I was going to call and complain but I can tell by the quality of the ingredients that on their best day they couldn't we me over. Sorry

I ordered a sandwich and a salad on the way home from work tonight. First time I ordered food from here but it won't be the last.I ordered a hot Italian sub and a house salad. The sandwich was delicious , a little spicy but oh so yummy. The house salad was a perfect size to go along with the sandwich. The ladies who where running the place couldn't have been nicer, i ordered during " happy hour" and the meal was far less than a fast food joint and it was SO MUCH BETTER!!!

This place is so great! Asked the girl working for a recommendation between two dishes because I couldn't decide... she did not let me down! I had a delicious pepperoni roll. Perfect amount of cheese and pepperoni, and the dough was crisp (but not too crispy) and tender. Boyfriend got an Italian calzone sub and loved it. We split a side salad- it was huge! The people working were super friendly. The only problem was it is located in Cleveland and I live in Colorado... sigh. I very highly recommend this pace!
