Best Serbian chicken ever. The wife loves the hot sauce. I'm partial to the coleslaw. The Chicken is so tender. The staff is very kind.

I hadn't been here in awhile, but the chicken was just as I had remembered it. Crispy and flavorful on the outside and moist on the inside. Hot sauce was kickin' and the coleslaw was delicious as usual. I use the fries as vessels for the hot sauce. I don't know why it tastes so good over fries but it just does.Now, I'm not gonna remove a star or anything, but the ambiance is a little dated. The lights are a little too bright. The service is a little too slow (albeit very friendly!) Of the Barberton chicken houses, I think this one is the priciest. I'm not sure it is the "best" per se, as they all have their merits. But I really did enjoy my visit here the other day.

We placed a rather large order over the phone for pickup when some family came to visit. They told us a time to come get it, we showed up at said time and waited no more than 2-3 minutes to get our food. The gentleman working rang us out and we were on our way. The food itself was okay. I wasn't enamored by it, but didn't dislike it. I did decide to try something new; so that could be on me. I did try a few bites of things from other family members and it was good. We also got a few things in our bag that we didn't order. Whether intentional or not, it was nice to receive a few extra sides. I don't think anyone disliked their food so would definitely stop by again whether intention person or takeout. I'd like to eat there since the restaurant parking lot is massive but the inside doesn't look that big, seemed a bit dark, but went back a long way.

For years, Belgrade s was THE place for a great chicken dinner. I've come to the conclusion that Belgrade's is not all that great. First of all, the portions are really small. Am I eating pigeon wings, cause they are tiny. Phil's favorite, chicken backs, have also diminished. What the what? Paying way too much for skimpy chicken. As for the sides, best hot rice. The best. Eating in? Order the fries, but eat them fast, because they get cold fast. Never order fries to go. Coleslaw, the best vinegar based slaw I've ever had. Because of Belgrade's recipe, I won't eat mayonnaise based slaw again. Service, slow. I don't think they've changed the restaurant in years, same wood paneling and pictures, is the owner really related to those pictured? Don't know, just know that the Barberton Chicken Houses are not as good as I remembered.

Mediocre. Meh. Nothing much to brag about. I am sure that this place, in its heyday, was as good as all the articles claim. But I didn't find anything special about it. The ambiance is reminiscent of 30-40 years ago. The food was ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok.

Okay, so I've heard about this Serbian-style fried chicken in Barberton, and this place seemed to be the one where people said to go get it.I guess this is one of those situations where the hype kind of ruined it. It was fine, but I must say it was a little too "bready."The sweet slaw was fantastic. Tomato (hot sauce) side was good, too.The chicken, meh.

Wonderful classic Barberton chicken and hot rice! Service was excellent. Not fast because it's made to order. All around eondetvil experience.

Every time I'm in Ohio I stop in and have the best chicken ever. Thank you so much for the great service and your hard work

The food and service was amazing. The chicken is so moist and tender. The hot sauce was wonderful and I love to stick my chicken in it. The coleslaw was tangy and good. I recommend this place wholeheartedly. It is horribly expensive just so you know.
