I stopped coming here for years, because the food was overly cooked, the fish to be exact. Chicken cooked hard. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

They told me it would be a 10-15 minute wait, it was 45 minutes before they gave me the skimpiest looking beef ribs ever...one bone was so bad I had to show the Manager, who was also the Cook. She walked away, not saying anything until I asked her what's up; she replied I'm cooking your ribs! I ask how long, as I had now been there an hour and refused to wait another 45 minutes, she threw a little box with one of the HARDEST, TOUGHEST, and skimpiest bone of rib and said it's up. I got home and couldn't bite the meat, and I have porcelain veneer crowns for teeth!! I thought maybe she had "reheated" an old Rib bone, so I went to the other ribs in my box ...ALL BONES were to tough to chew, I'm not talking about chewing a long time, I'm talking about THROWING IT AWAY, because the attitude they had, it would have been a Police incident to try and return them ribs; $20 wasted!! I have eaten Pork Ribs there before but bought the MORE EXPENSIVE Beef Ribs for a friend, she couldn't eat them either. Customer service sucks....food is just ok and prices are too high for that kind of food/service combination!!!

Food is usually great, but fell short tonight. Stingy with the sauce on the side (one bbq sauce for 2 wing dinners) and i open it and there's a hair in the coleslaw. I won't be returning.

Crazy .... 40 min still no food. All I ordered was tenders and fries. Walked in 10 min ago to check status, she tell me it's coming. Will not come to this place again. Finally got food lady at counter apologized and gave a free drink and more tenders, but wait is not worth it.

First thing you notice is the big plexiglass between you and the person behind the counter. Oddly there are lots of other places around that seem to be more comfortable with their clientele, so it is a little off putting.Second, while it is a BBQ place, they seemed to be more into Chicken. And fried chicken with BBQ sauce is not BBQ.Okay, on to the food. I got a rib and chicken wing combo.1) Chicken was awesome. It was fried fresh. Even with BBQ sauce squirted on it, it was still awesome. I would go there just for their chicken buckets.2) Ribs were so so. They seemed to have been smoked, but somewhere else and then reheated in an oven. Also, they were cooked at too high of a temperature for too short of a time. (Sure, how do you know that?) Well the meat did not separate from the bone as a slow smoked rib would do, and parts of the outside were burnt, as would be the case of too high of a temp (needed for quick cooking). So i was a bit bummed. But, the chicken was pretty good.

The staff was very friendly. He even opened the door for me. The chicken was good. I like mine without sauce, so it's extra crunchy.

Wish I would have read reviews before going. Ordered online, get to restaurant, they say they never got an order. Fine, order to go and pay. Get back to hotel, for not receiving our online order they sure managed to charge for it. So, call the restaurant, "yeah, were having problems with that today, we'll give a refund." That was over a month ago, still no refund, the only reason I feel compelled to even review this is that very reason. We paid a hundred dollars over two orders and only got fifty dollars worth of food, allegedly fifty dollars of food. The food was average at best and terrible at worst. If you get both brisket and pulled pork you should be able to tell the difference. They both tasted the same, did we only get one of them in two containers? Possibly, but they were at least different colors. Maybe they bleach their beef to give it a porky appearance. Wouldn't be surprised. Also, pork chop sandwiches shouldn't be bone in. Awful.

They have an assortment of burgers brisket pulled pork, chicken and everything I love this place

I went to B& M Restaurant Last night and i order a catfish Dinner and the food were amazing the service were great the service were fast a very friendly restaurant i will tell everyone about the great service and experience that i had with this restaurant

this place was ass! I got wings and I received only bones no meat! And my cornbread was from Antarctica. they had flys everywhere and it smelt so bad. get better!
