This is the worst place I have ever experienced!!! If I could give them a negative star rating I would! I walked in at 5:15 pm and ordered 20 wings. I was order number 97. The staff person literally called every number from 90-to 110 with the exception of 97! After 45 minutes of waiting which is the first indication this experience is going to end up terrible I approached the counter and asked for my order. The staff proceeded to giving out orders to call ins and people who walked in after me! I finally got frustrated at 6:15pm and asked one more time for my order only to get ignored by the staff. I walked out knowing I will never return!!! I will tell everyone within the sound of my voice to never do business with this f#c£ing!! Place! My frustration is at a all time high!

AMAZING! My experience is limited to the food truck only and I love it! I do my best to find it on Friday afternoons at the Free Stamp fir Food Truck Friday's! The catfish boy is so fresh and delicious, extra sauce on your fries is the way to go! If you haven't given the truck a try, follow them online and run don't walk, the rib tips, wings, fries w sauce are calling your name! Oh and did I mention the service is great, friendly and happy to see you!

Stopped by B&M for some lunch today as there were several food trucks outside my office creating quite an aroma. I ordered a Polish boy and a side of peach cobbler. The polish boy was delicious, but the bread was soggy as the juice from the coleslaw dripped into the container and was absorbed by the bread. I would order it again though as it was $5 and included a few French fries on top.The $4 peach cobbler is served cold and the pie crust lacked flavor. The peaches were good though. I'll be back to try other items.

My experience was at the location in Lyndhurst , Oh I live in Mayfield Hts. Where soul BBQ and soul food places are few and far between the service was superb we were greeted by multiple staff members with smiles and positive energy. The food presentation was awesome. My family of 3 ordered multiple things from the menu from wings to polish boys to German chocolate cake yesterday that brought us back in today for fish dinners banana pudding and more wings. As we were leaving a young man thanked us for coming. The restaurant is spotless everything in order. Thanks for bringing a place for home like prepared meals to our neighborhood.

We have food trucks visit here at work, and its really nice and convenient. Today we had Beckham's B&M BBQ. Smell was amazing, people working were amazing, polite and friendly. Food was very good and you got a nice sized portion for what you pay. However, any feedback is good feedback, right? If I get a Polish Boy or Girl sandwich, I would not expect it to be on a Wonder Bread type of Bun. The sausage was great! Snapped when you bit it, but with the slaw and sauce on that type of bun its way too soggy and don't hold up. I had more on my hands than in my mouth. So BBQ Staff, if you guys read your reviews, please consider different (hoagie style) buns for the sandwiches, even if you have to raise the price another 50 cents to compensate we would pay it. The soft wonder bread type of hot dog buns just don't cut it. (there are other reviews on here saying the same). Also had the Mac & Cheese as a side, not bad, but could be a little better... I would like the cheese to be a cheese sauce, not some melted shredded cheese over elbow macaroni. Don't get me wrong, just a critique on what we got. Prices were reasonable and the fresh smoked meats on the trailer were the bomb, you cannot beat wood fired BBQ.

I stopped into this restaurant after coming off the highway during a rainstorm searching for somewhere for teenage son and myself to dine. We discovered this great place with a sign at the street "Best BBQ" and they weren't lying. I was greeted by the owner himself Greg who was smiling and asking us what we would like to drink right away! Service was quick and to my surprise it was karaoke night!!! There is nothing I love better than ribs and karaoke what a great combo!!! My son and I felt so welcome by everyone from the staff, dj to the line cooks. You can tell it's a very family oriented business. Great experience we'll be back for Family Feud night for sure!Jenette S

BACK IN THE DAY...As my husband and I are visiting this city of Cleveland, we come to a very nice green space and then a large elevated platform facing the water. It is such a nice space that I want to get the name and a city resident informs me that I am actually on top of the convention center. How cool is that! I move closer and look over the edge. I see a man sweeping the street and notice that he is next to a food truck. I yell Hey!! My husband tenses up and says my name, I give him that "chill" look because I know my people. I again yell " Hey Rib Guy, up here". He looks up and engages me. I ask him if his ribs are any good and he says yes because he made them. I say okay, I'll have to check them out. Normally if I want good ribs, I simply make them but since that's not an option... I make my way down to the street and we decide to purchase just a sample, (no sauce) to share. These ribs have such a nice rich smoky flavor without being overwhelmed with smoke. They are delicious and we decide to order more. When my husband returns with the container, it is stuffed and has a rubber band holding it together. It also contains fries, cole slaw and half of the order with sauce. We have found this really cool bench just outside of the stadium that is surrounded by trees. It is the perfect place to sit and enjoy our meal. There is something wonderfully organic and natural about sitting on a bench and enjoying lunch on a beautiful day. With every bite of these ribs, I experience a memory from " back in the day", (Sims BBQ in Little Rock, countless BBQ joints in Kansas). I really miss good BBQ! The interesting is that everything in the container sort of co-mingled and it worked. The food was good and this was a perfect way to get a taste of the city. Next time you're in town, you should look them up because they have been in the area for 50 years and will probably be there on your next trip as well.***This truck has a great menu which includes catfish, chicken and a variety of sides.

DISGUSTING FOOD! Food truck by Willard Park (free stamp sculpture) on Lakeside Ave. I got the pulled pork sandwich and mac and cheese. The bottom of the bun was completely soaked from the coleslaw juice, found two - yes, TWO!! bones, alone with pieces of cartilage in the sandwich! I wish I could post a picture - so pissed that I wasted $10.50! Mac and cheese was below average at best - I make better mac and cheese. UGH!! At least you got the perfect name right for the Bar-B-Que.....B&M because it sure did look like a BM!

This is the worst black owned restaurant I have ever patronized. Please stop patronizing this business out of loyalty or whatever the reason. This is the only site I've read where customers are actually pleased. I consider them fortunate because 90% of the other views were not. For example. The Bedford/Oakwood location operated without air conditioning for the entire 4th of July in sweltering heat of approximately 88 degree temperature. Second, the wait for food was over 30 minutes probably because the employees couldn't function under the horrible working conditions. The cashier kept walking away from the counter every time someone was in the middle of ordering their food because she was getting sick from not being able to stay at the counter with Asthma. She struggled to even stand up straight and had to lean over the counter to take an encounter. No fault of her own. But what customer wants to look at a sick person taking an order. This was terrible inhuman that this owner or the city of health would allow this place to even operate in such a fashion under unhealthy conditions. The poor customers remained in the lobby waiting for food or waiting in parking lot just to stay cool (95 inside I'm sure, outside was a treat), This owner apparently cares absolute Nothing about his employees or customers and is merely considered about making making revenue. This is employee EXPLOITATION at its finest! Finally, I had a terrible stomach after eating the barbecue with diarrhea all night. I will never patronize any of these locations knowingly. It is a horrible the manner in which these employees were treated and my heart went out to them on this holiday. It depicted some modern exploiting behavior of employees that had no other options but to make a living under those conditions. I understand we all need to work but this foolishness was beyond acceptable. They need to be reported to the better business bureau and the city of Bedford health department. They'd be getting away with this please stop patronizing and tell 10 others. There are power in numbers. Another black owned business mistreating it customers regardless of race. I've seen it too many times, of not treated well we aren't obligated to support.
